Great property wonderful views. The 2 bd. Was lovely, spacious comfortable and clean. Wish the pool area was open to use but due to maintenance it was closed. Will return when in the area.

Everything was great! The only reason I didn’t give everything 5 stars was that parking was tricky at certain parts of the day, it was a bit dark and dangerous at night and the pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance. Other than that, our stay was great!

Weather was great, the view from our unit was spectacular. The kitchen was more than sufficient especially with all the great dining options near by. Hit wholefoods- also nearby, and be stocked. The gym was better than expected and allowed easy access to the locker for post workout pool / hot tub with a breathtaking view.

It’s a wonderful property. Excellent location very friendly people. One problem is the parking. People in town park at the property so it’s very difficult to find a place which is a hassle. Somehow they need to gate this off

I love the location of the Hyatt. The pool in my opinion is the best feature with spectacular views. My only comment would be that there should be more umbrellas available at the pool. On a very hot sunny day nobody wants to sit in the blazing sun and not all of the chairs have shade availability. The beds are super comfortable, and the unit is very well equipped.

Overall a very nice property and the rooms are a little dated, but very nice. There is no bar at the pool or in the resort and the hot tubs / fire pit closes very early.

The staff was amazing. The view of the Sedona mountains were spectacular. You could see them from your patio/ balcony. The place was cute inside with shops directly across the walk way. The only thing I could complain about was the carpet by the door was stained and I’m a clean freak. The location was great and the grounds were very well taken care of.

Checked into the hotel and then was appointed to the concierge, who then tried to upsell on us on something we told him multiple times we didnt know if wed have time to do, was very adamant and pushy. As we were trying to be nice he kept us there for 30 mins until he realized he wasnt getting a sale he became very rude. Also, didnt even ask of we were interested in the jeep ride. I dont know if he was trying to sell us jeep rides or hotel membership rewards. Not a good taste in my mouth after that i didnt even want to stay there. Bathroom was poorly washed and crumbs still on the table upon arrival. Then my fiance went on the porch to a giant tarantula (not the property’s fault obviously) I dont know if ill be coming back to this place.

Great location, but having stayed at many Hyatt properties, this particular property was old and dated. Used the restroom in the middle of the night and when I turned on the light, I found 4 large bugs on the bathroom floor. Another problem had to do with the plumbing. The hot water took forever to warm up and when turning the faucet on cold, it actually came out hot. My wife and I used the public Jacuzzi Tub and were surprised that the water was so low that the skimmer was inoperable and any dirt that collected in the tub had no where to go, except to remain in the tub. Again because of the water level, the jets were unable to circulate the water properly. I had intended to use the Steam Room, but the temperature in the Men’s Locker Room had to be set at about 60 degrees and after turning the steam on for about 20 minutes, the Steam Bath may have warmed up a few degrees at most. I know that this is a Vacation Ownership/Time Share property, but I would definitely skip this one. On a good note - Douglas, at the Front Desk was wonderful!

Area is beautiful, Rooms are more mini apartments with a kitchen, well stocked with utensils, pots, plates, and glasses. Jacuzzi tub was great, fireplace was cozy, and two patio areas. Stunning view of the Red Rocks from one of the patio areas.

The hotel itself was okay, clean, not as big as I thought, noisy neighbors, also not the view I thought I was getting, (parking lot). I would recommend, making reservations directly with the hotel to get more accurate room information and details. Sedona itself, was very beautiful, the resort is perfectly situated to explore, whether your walking or exploring by driving.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and everything was clean. Pool area was very nice. The buildings were a little to close to one another and the view from our balcony was a cell tower. For such a beautiful area, the balconies for most of the rooms did not provide nice views. You were either looking at a parking lot or another balcony. They needed to hire a better architect when they laid the place out

Beautiful property and the 2 bedroom villa was perfect for our couples trip. The only challenge we had was that our villa required us to carry our luggage up and down one flight of stairs. They should validate there are no physical limitations with future patrons before assigning rooms.

Amazing stay! Check in was smooth, the front desk was so nice and helpful and they gave us a room with a great view. We stayed in a 1 bedroom, which felt like a luxury apartment. Washer/dryer in unit was a nice bonus too. The grounds are beautiful, parking is easy, and there is such a nice relaxing vibe throughout the entire resort. Pool has amazing views and tons of lounges avail. Excellent location, right in the heart of everything, we walked everywhere. It was our first time in Sedona and I would definitely stay here again.

Mixed review One bedroom apartment on bottom level had adequate windows but felt like basement no views. Furnishings were fine , comfortable bed , nice to have kitchen with full sized frig and ice maker . No Wi Fi connection , they sent someone to fix when we were out but didn’t work . We did not inquire further about connection. Water pressure in shower was abysmal. Pool was nice , good size plenty of lounge chairs . Parking close to room could be challenging at times but late in the evening spaces seemed to open up . The shopping mall and restaurants were convenient to our room location . The location to town was great , walk to shops and restaurants but not sure the room worth the price . Then again every hotel seems to be overpriced these days .

View from our balcony was beautiful. Room was very nice. The only thing was all the stairs. We expected 2 flights when we were asked if we were ok with stairs. This condo had 4 very long flights of stairs. If we were only staying 1 night it might have been ok but we were staying 3 nights.

Convenient, all inclusive facility with striking views of the Red Rocks. But their timeshare sales pitch was relentless everywhere. For any kind of info for tours, directions or transportation were strictly differed to talking to timeshare sales department. We enjoyed the pool and the hottub and used frequently while staying for 3 nights while daily going to all the nearby hiking trails and soak. Has a laundry room, multiple restaurants and snack bars. It’s a nice property in an extremely touristy place that is Sedona, close to all the restaurants and trails. Just watch out for those timeshare sales people.

Great location, facilities, room was newly decorated and had everything you could need. Room had a fireplace and a balcony to watch the sun set on the Sedona Red rocks. Central to uptown Sedona. Highly recommend. Staff were super helpful upon check in, Sierra spent time to understand what we wanted to do in Sedona and suggestions on what to see and do. Check out was also simple and efficient.

Excellent property in the middle of everything. The pool and spa area have beautiful views and the spacious rooms offered “home away from home” comfort. Staff was amazing too. We will be back!

The staff was very nice but we were pounced upon in the lobby, before we had even gone to our room by a very aggressive sales pitch --- terrible first impression. The buildings do not appear to be sounds proof at all ... the noise from other rooms made it difficult to sleep, we tried moving to another room but it was still very bad.

In a great location with lots of areas walkable. The pool area is very nice. We should have taken advantage of some of the activities. Had a two bedroom (it's basically hotel rooms but together) and was so nice to be able to do laundry after hiking in the area. The parking was a pain as it is shared with the shopping area. Our TV kept going in and out.

This place is truly amazing - the best in all Sedona imho. The location cannot be beat - both centrally located to restaurants/businesses and gives the best views. You are up on a little hill away from the hustle and bustle but within a 5 minute walk of all the shops. The building is gorgeous and the fitness room, activities, pool and hot tubs so fun!!

It was very expensive for the value. They had no breakfast. The room was small for the price. This was our third visit to Sedona the other two trips, we had nicer rooms with breakfast for half the price. I would not recommend the Hyatt.

I liked that we were walking distance from all of the shops and food. I didnt realize that most of the area closes at 8 and the shopping centers can close at 5 or 6pm. The pool had a beautiful view and the restaurants had great food and drinks

We had a great 2 bedroom condo with a patio that had an amazing view. There was also a fireplace that was nice during a chilly evening & morning. The staff was super helpful, if you needed help. This is a large complex but the location is fantastic. We walked to most of the restaurants we visited.
