Housekeeping clean the rooms well when you specify form cleaning. Breakfast is average, often runs out of items mid service but some items do get replenished. Some of the utilities could do with replacing due to age and wear such as coffee machine. Staff generally ok and willing to help if approached. Would stay again if needing a budget hotel. Room was quite spacious for a family roommof 4

Never been to Istanbul before but wanted around this area as a base. Room was very good, no complaints with the staff either, they were very helpful in suggestions of places to see and how to get there. Breakfast, not the standard continental breakfast I’d have but it was sufficient enough to set you up for the day. I’d definitely book here again if I went back to Istanbul.

The rooms were dusty and dirty. Full of insects and our property would be fiddled with when we would not be in our room. We would not recommend not even 1 star I don’t know how this was give 4 stars. Pool was not allowed to be used
