Very close to main station - walkable in 5-10 minutes. Room was compact. The bathroom wall next to the bed is made of glass so important curtains were drawn when using. This was a positive design - it ‘opened’ up the room making it seem less compact. There was a tower fan which oscillated. This was much needed because with the window open, the church bells could be heard, and it was quite warm in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Still and fizzy water was available anytime. I will stay here again.

My 2-night stay at Hotel Felix was lovely. Service was top notch, I loved the breakfast and lobby/lounge space. I especially appreciated the serve yourself fresh water (with or without gas). I had a mini room and it was bigger than I thought. It was a perfect size for a single traveler. Yes, I had to crack the window for some fresh and cooler air but nothing too concerning in late Sep temps. I love the location too — walkable to so many places, Zurich HB, good places to eat, etc. I’d definitely stay here again!

Smaller rooms which are typical for Europe, but tidy and sufficient. Street below was loud with people coming home from the nearby bars on a Friday night. Parking is in nearby garage across the river for 25 euro/night. Otherwise convenient location with beautiful old town nearby walking distance.

Everything was great except I booked this hotel specifically because they said they had onsite parking. I messaged them on more than one occasion to confirm that I was booked in for the parking but no one got back to me. When I arrived and asked about the parking, they said “oh I’m sorry we’re fully booked up”. So I was very upset about that - but what can you do? I ended up driving around for two hours until I finally found a parking lot with space, it cost me a fortune and I had to hike across a bridge and down a ways in the freezing rain and cold back to the hotel. So that put a damper on things (no pun intended). But if you don’t need parking, the hotel is fantastic! And if you do need parking on site - make sure you get confirmation about your booking before you confirm your stay, especially if you’re paying a non refundable rate. All part of the adventure I suppose!

Hotel Felix will always stand for service that goes above and beyond. I arrived well into the evening, only to discover I had dropped my phone in the now-departed taxi. The kind clerk at the Felix front desk helped me track down the taxi and ensure the return of my phone. That was the dramatic example of kind, attentive and always courteous staff. I slept soundly between crisp sheets in an immaculately clean room. I would highly recommend Hotel Felix if you want to be old town Zürich.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was very good as well. It was very hot at the time of our stay in Switzerland so with no air conditioning it was uncomfortable sleeping but that it typical.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight layover between flights. It is in a perfect location to walk around the Old Town. Many very good restaurants are within walking distance as well as the major train station (HB). It’s only ~ 20 min from the airport. Our only complaint is that our room didn’t have air conditioning and it was uncomfortable sleeping at night. Not sure if it’s the whole hotel without it but if you are traveling in the summer months, be prepared. We opened the window and that provided some relied. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was larger than expected. There is no closet if you are staying for awhile and want to unpack. The dining area looked lovely but we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Great, modern, good condition, clean, comfortable bed. Only issue is that there is no air conditioning in the room, this was manageable with opening window and using provided free standing fan. For some of possible hotter summer weeks this could become a problem.

We were disappointed in the shuttle services. They forgot our airport pickup and we had to wait over an hour. Then the trip to Basel was a surprise. We stopped at the Lindt Chocolate Factory at their suggestion and then they proceeded to charge us for their wait time without telling us. Both rides were very expensive!

Good location to get to Main Station and the tram system to access the city of Zurich. Breakfast was very good. We were allowed to book in very early having travelled by Nightjet from Hamburg which was VERY VERY much appreciated. Very happy to recommend this hotel'

The hotel is located close to the central train station. Walkable to sights/attractions, dining, shops and entertainment. A few minutes walk to the tram stations. The hotel staff are polite and professional in dealing with guests. The room is spacious, clean with comfortable bed. They also provide a variety of options in the breakfast buffet. Thank you to Stefanie and the hotel staff members who were involved in a quick response and resolution on a matter i addressed. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Our recent stay at the Felix was an outstanding experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, very near the train station and close to multiple dining and shopping options. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were extremely helpful in providing local restaurant, transportation, and navigation tips. Our room was also immaculate and well-maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast options were also broad and very satisfying. We will absolutely return.

Air conditioning in some rooms. The others are horribly hot. Door to bathroom broke and got glass on the floor, which they did a poor job of cleaning and I ended up stepping on glass. I booked a two-twin room and got a single bed. The cleaning crew threw out our leftover pizza and our toothpaste while we were out. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good, but the property itself is not great.

Der Check-in war nicht besonders freundlich. Es wurden auch keine Informationen zu Frühstück, warum die Kreditkarte angegeben werden musste, was es im Hotel sonst noch gibt etc gegeben. Our family had a great stay at Hotel Felix. The location was ideal, and the room provided us a clean, restful room to relax between outings. The reception staff was excellent and went out of their way to help. She made a great recommendation for a local restaurant and called to ask a few questions about the menu on our behalf.

Very close to main station - walkable in 5-10 minutes. Room was compact. The bathroom wall next to the bed is made of glass so important curtains were drawn when using. This was a positive design - it ‘opened’ up the room making it seem less compact. There was a tower fan which oscillated. This was much needed because with the window open, the church bells could be heard, and it was quite warm in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Still and fizzy water was available anytime. I will stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight layover between flights. It is in a perfect location to walk around the Old Town. Many very good restaurants are within walking distance as well as the major train station (HB). It’s only ~ 20 min from the airport. Our only complaint is that our room didn’t have air conditioning and it was uncomfortable sleeping at night. Not sure if it’s the whole hotel without it but if you are traveling in the summer months, be prepared. We opened the window and that provided some relied. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was larger than expected. There is no closet if you are staying for awhile and want to unpack. The dining area looked lovely but we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Zentrale Lage und super leicht vom HBF zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehr modern und neu gestaltet, sehr freundlicher Empfang und grosszügiger Empfangsbereich. Die Cosy Zimmer sind klein, bieten aber allesn, was benötigt wird für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde wieder buchen.

Good location to get to Main Station and the tram system to access the city of Zurich. Breakfast was very good. We were allowed to book in very early having travelled by Nightjet from Hamburg which was VERY VERY much appreciated. Very happy to recommend this hotel'

Lovely hotel. Quiet, but right in the heart of the old town. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. There was a local co-op that does excellent food so we had yogurt/berry pots in the room. We had loft suite which was beautiful with terrace. Air conditioning not the best. Although big room. Overall very nice stay. Staff lovely. Very clean and modern.
