24-hour coffee machine was a surprise. Located very close to airport and all non-hot items on normal breakfast bar were available for eating at 4:00 a.m. when I went for coffee. Extra designated spots for suitcases because they know it's at the airport and people need to prep for return trip home. I love the dove products in the bathroom.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff that is very kind. They are fixing a lot of things and that led to some issues with construction sounds. The hot tub was also only lukewarm and not too bubbling

I was there for a week and had to request clean sheets. I had a bloody nose due to the dryness and when I told the staff they just covered it up instead of putting clean sheets on. The desk agent was embarrassed and got my sheets cleaned.

Everything was nice. I would make two comments . 1- I waited for more than 40 minutes to be picked up from the airport. 2- The blind in my room did not work so I have to be in the room without natural light. The reception was courteous and kind. Also the breakfast was good.

The hood was a comfortable bed, clean room, and pet friendly. Not so good.... one staff at the front desk was extremely rude, I think she rolled her eyes at me wheh I asked for extra blankets. The heater/AC in the room was very noisy (I was told they are all noisy). It would also turn on approximately every 40 min and blow freezing cold air, even when I turned it off. I had an extremely stressful drive and did not appreciate the absolute disrespect from front desk staff

I stayed at this property because of the free shuttle to the airport. Upon check in, I was told that the shuttle was full. But the staff didn’t seem to care about how I was to get to the airport. I asked if it could make an exception and run twice at a particular time instead of sticking to their schedule, but the receptionist at the desk told me no. It cost me $80 to take a seven minute ride to the airport. I won’t stay there again.

Brand new, so it’s very clean and nice. Loved it! Only issue was the breakfast food - specifically the eggs were actually cold. Not warm- cold- like out of the cooler. We first tried the cheese omelet, then the scrambled eggs. Scrambled were a little warmer, but the omelet was cold.
