esta ocasión el ascensor no servia, pero sería el único inconveniente ya que iba con un adulto mayor que usa bastón y aunque nos dieron habitación accesible el subir un piso para el adulto mayor si causo un poco de problema

Excelente servicio y atención en recepción, muy amable la recepcionista, buena limpieza en habitación, comida del restaurante adecuada en general, atención rápida cuando vas por el desayuno de cortesía, como fue mi primer visita a esa ciudad me sentía insegura pero es mi percepción y no hay un sitio de taxis cercano pero le pueden llamar a uno por lo que recomiendo llamar un taxi antes de salir para que ya esté esperando. Si hay otros lugares de comida cercanos. Es céntrico.

Tuvimos un problema de comunicación creo yo, al llegar me dijeron que mi reservación estaba, pero no el pago. Y yo al momento de reservar pague con mi tarjeta de crédito y creí que estaba pagado. Por suerte traía un poco más de efectivo y tuve que pagar al momento mi habitación. Deberían ser más claros al momento de reservar y decir que la tarjeta quizá sólo es para garantizar la reserva. Y que tendremos que pagar al llegar. Nos respetaron el desayuno. La chica del hotel sólo nos informó que no estaba pagado pero nos dijo que teníamos que verlo con expedía. No con ellos. Y pues uno cansado del viaje y llegas con esta sorpresa, no está padre.

Excelente servicio y atención en recepción, muy amable la recepcionista, buena limpieza en habitación, comida del restaurante adecuada en general, atención rápida cuando vas por el desayuno de cortesía, como fue mi primer visita a esa ciudad me sentía insegura pero es mi percepción y no hay un sitio de taxis cercano pero le pueden llamar a uno por lo que recomiendo llamar un taxi antes de salir para que ya esté esperando. Si hay otros lugares de comida cercanos. Es céntrico.

Queda muy cerca del consulado americano si es que viene a temas de la visa. y el cruce fronterizo esta a 8 minutos en auto. muy bien ubicado, el hotel muy limpio, excelente servicio, pero la zona no es del todo muy bonita, pero aceptable.

I was there because my daughter was having surgery and the restaurant would not allow for us to get our paid breakfast (that comes with the package) to go. My daughter was unable to sit for long periods of time and had to lay so there was no way I could get her downstairs and across the street to eat.

This is a very old hotel however it is very well maintained and really enjoyed my stay. No coffee available to enjoy this nice hotel. The price is perfect and really enjoyed my stay. Complimentary breakfast was awesome and very filling.
