Room was very hot with no Aircon. Had scaffold up outside so didn’t feel safe to open windows to cool the room. Deluxe room was a lot smaller than I expected considering it was actually a disabled room also

Service really poor. Reception staff needs more training. They have no idea what they are doing.

We didnt stay here for long as we had a very early start so no time for breakfast, but the bedroom was clean and a very comfortable bed. We had a lovely view of the gardens too. The freshly cooked pizza was excellent and all staff were happy and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
