I found the hotel to be situated in a fantastic location near the M40, with easy access to High Wycombe and rail links to London and Oxford. There is plenty of parking on site, which is £6 for 24hrs. The staff here are so welcoming and I was warmly greeted upon arrival. I stayed in a Deluxe Room on the ground floor and it had everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable nights sleep. There is a welcoming bar area, restaurant and room service available for an evening of relaxing over a few drinks and some food. The buffet breakfast is also very good and items are regularly replenished and the staff do a fantastic job here looking after the guests. Check Out was personable, easy, and friendly! I look forward to staying again when next in the area.

The rooms where great, unfortunatley, there was no lift as it only goes one floor up but my luggage was heavy. I was struggling. bed & towels where clean but the side table and the phone full of dust. Shower was strong and I enjoyed it very much. overall stay was good.

Having driven back from France it was a very welcome evening and night in a comfortable and clean hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent anniversary meal in the restaurant and a good breakfast to start the next day.

The Hotel was clean. My room was tidy and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Staff were polite and dealt with my needs in an efficient manner. The location is by the m40 and a tad noisy- check in was awful allocated a room with single beds and it stunk in there -when a room was re allocated that had a double bed -Crisps all around the base of the bed- No soap in the dispenser at the sink -No body wash in the shower-plug in the shower was blocked and the bath filled up and took an age to drain - I would have complained on check out but no staff and a queue of people waiting-

Very helpful at reception and room was comfortable. Asked for a wake up call both mornings during my stay on the form at check in but didn't receive either day. Housekeeping left me with no towels or bath mat after cleaning the room, so had to ask reception to provide. Housekeeping also left me no milk on the tea tray and only emptied one bin. Overall my stay was average.

Fantastic staff on reception who were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was well maintained and very clean. Room was comfortable and perfect for my one night stay. Very quiet and a good location with a cinema, Five Guys and Costa all within walking distance.

Had a great stay, from check in to departure we enjoyed the whole experience. All the staff were extremely friendly & helpful, the food was good, the room was spacious & the hotel overall was clean & very comfortable. Highly recommended

The property is convenient to the motorway, but that is about the only highlight. The common areas are average and the rooms are small and cramped. I stayed at this properties some years ago when it was a Holiday Inn Express. I had hoped for an upgrade when it became a Holiday Inn, but it seems only the name changed.

Stayed for one night for a swimming meet at Wycombe Leisure Centre. Less than 10 minute walk away. Room was large and very quiet. Parking said first come first served but car park was huge so can’t see this would ever be an issue although it did cost £7 for the night. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel room was basic, very dark room. I think it was very over priced for what it was compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The staff were all lovely food was very nice I just think the price was a bit much and 7.50 a pint I thought was a bit much!

AC broke on night one , wasn't fun, but hey it happens,. reception lacking in staff and competancy , restauruant/bar staff freindly and fairly attentive , food was good area ok with local cinema, burger joints etc . local traffic heavy in the morning

Travelled with 3 friends and we all had our own rooms booked at this hotel. However the hotel resold my friends room, despite it being paid for up front. This meant when he checked in they had no rooms for him! We had to share my double bed instead. Disgraceful from the Holiday Inn. Taking money up front for a room, then leaving people high and dry by selling it to someone else.

Excellent service, from Reception, dining room staff, bar staff, and cleaners. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, everything was hot and freshly cooked, and nothing had been forgotten. Our lunch was excellent too. The bedrooms were very clean and neat, as was the entire hotel. In spite of being surrounded by very busy roads, we couldn't hear the traffic at all, and the Hotel is easy to reach from the M40. We would recommend a stay there any time!

Overall a good trip, staff were lovely. Couple little things such as hair dryer didn’t work a few minor things broken such as the lamp. But the Staff again very helpful and no stress or drama and the room was adequate. Would stay again.

This location charges for parking it was not mentioned during booking. Checking is complex and requires a lot of personal information... it was easier to go through UK Border control. I will certainly be keeping these issues in mind the next time I am booking travel accommodation

It's a Holiday Inn similar to many others. Close to the motorway, a little distance from the centre of High Wycombe. There is a small shopping mall nearby with limited shopping and dining options. Had breakfast in the hotel, it was a buffet with fair options. Their coffee was ok, but I like good coffee and went somewhere else for that

Check in was easy and straight forward, thought the charge of £6 per night for the car park was an unnecessary add on, and should be included in the room rate. Restaurant and bar prices were expensive and the room was too small and cramped for two people. Had to shuffle past each other to get to the bathroom. Unlikely to stay there again. The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent and very friendly..
