Stayed in 3 beds room. The light above the 3rd bed didn’t shut off. We had to use the main switch which turned everything off even the outlets. Beware of this as our phones didn’t charge overnight. Pleasant staff. There are some toiletries you can pick up at the lobby. I love that they provide body&hand cream, cleansing oil, facial foam and etc. A/C / heat can be adjusted. For the elevator to operate you have to use keycard when you going up. Close to train station walking 5 mins.

2인 더블룸에 묶었는데요. 상대적으로 정말 좁습니다. 장점은 코인 세탁실이 있어 여행중 옷을 정비할 수 있었습니다. Front에 계신분들은 영어가 서투시나 친절하셨습니다. 거리는 삿포로역 9번,10번 출구에서 5분이내로 가깝습니다. 주변 식당가가 활성화되어 있지는 않으나 몇군데 가볼만한 곳이 있습니다. 바로 옆에 호카이도 대학이 있는데 산책 가보시길 권합니다.

家族5人で泊まりました。セミダブル2台、シングル１台、ソファベットでした。19歳の娘とセミダブルで寝たので少し窮屈だったけど値段が安かったので仕方ないと思いました。バス、トイレ別だったのがとても良かったのと、札幌駅が徒歩圏内なので買い物しやすいですね。ただ、提携の駐車場がなく自分で探しなさいみたいな感じで言われ、たまたま近くに１台空いていたからよかったけど、駐車場代が結構バカにならないですね。あとエントランスのエアコン効きすぎて寒いくらいでした。

Property was clean and convenient location. However, the bathroom stacks are all connected so you can often smell the smells from other units wafting into the room on a daily basis which gets very uncomfortable in such a small room. Considering other hotel rooms in the area at comparable price, this hotel is not a good value.

札幌駅からも近く北大にも歩いてわずかな距離で立地は良いと思います。ホテルはまず外壁の塗装工事をしていて窓が開けられないや、給湯設備の工事で日中はお湯が使えなくなるなどの情報はしっかりとサイト内に掲示しておいて欲しかったです。クレームとしては浴槽が詰まっていて排水が逆流してきたことと、シャワーカーテンがカビ臭かったことで衛生面が心配です。コップや湯沸かし器などの利用をためらいました。ただ、ホテル側へ改善をお願いしたところ、しっかりと対処していただきました。

The hotel location is good, about 8 min walk to the JR station. Yet, it is a bit old and the room is not clean, the furniture inside is sticky and with dust. The bed sheet is with stain….. Breakfast taste is ok but JPY1980/person is kind of expensive compared with the quality. This price can have a better breakfast outside the hotel.

Location- very close to Sapporo station Room- clean n comfortable beds We booked for 4 n photos showed 4 beds. But do not realise 2 are soda bed / foldable beds. Room size is very small with bary space to walk around the room after opening 2 suitcases on floor. Toilet is also very small with tiny sink that it is impossible to wash hands without spilling any water on the floor. Hotel also does not provide bottled water or water dispenser. We recall that sister Hotel Mystays Sapporo Aspen, it is 50m closer to JR Station, the room size is at least double, with free bottled water, and cheaper room rate, this is why we give 1 star less for Sapporo Station. Actually we book this hotel only because Sapporo Aspen is full for the date we wanted to stay.

Small rooms barely enough for one large suitcase. Very clean and comfortable beds. My only complaint was the bathtub/shower area was very slippery. My husband slipped and fell twice!! We asked for a rubber mat but front desk said they didn't have any.

Hotel close to Sapporo station north exit if you take the train from the airport. Walk underground to the building across with Lawson's and escalator and elevator in case you have luggages/strollers. However leaving the JR building it gets very cold and the walkway in no longer temperature controled. Good location but few dinning spots in the immediate area, most will be at the station. If coming during winter, you will encounter a little snow on the pathway adjacent to the hotel on the side and after the hotel front entrance. The corner premium twin rooms are like double the size of family rooms for just a few extra dollars. Plus they have premium tv with built in YouTube and Netflix not available in the family rooms. Separate toilet and bathing rooms, walk in closet. Wifi speed about 10 Mbps. The only strange thing about the premium twin room was that there was always a cold draft from somewhere either the toilet or the large windows.

Wonderful property that is just a short 5 minute walk from Sapporo station. Breakfast is top notch and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Leaving luggage in their care before check-in or for a few hours after check-out is no problem. 小学生以下の添い寝利用についての記載がわかりづらい。予約確認では一切記載がないので、子供は添い寝という認識がなかった。小学生高学年の添い寝は厳しく、ベッドの用意をお願いしたところ、シーツは無し。枕と毛布のみの提供といわれた。最終的にはソファにシーツを付けていただけたが、2000円以上支払いをよぎなくされ、１名分スリッパもグラスもなし。対応の悪さに絶句しました。二度と行きません。

Want to give a an extra thanks to the hotel and staff for helping us refund the first night of our stay that we were unable to make due to a severe flight delay. They were under no obligation to do so but we're very understanding and it lightened the burden of some missed connections for us. They left notes for the staff members and took good care of us when we finally arrived. Great hotel and staff! Would come back in future.

Conveniently located with a short walk to Sapporo station! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely when helping us with the check in procedures. It's just one road behind Hokkaido University where you can get an amazing breakfast at their cafe, Cafe de Gohan. Lots of food options and convenience stores are nearby too.

Very good for value. 5-7mins from Sapporo station (closest exit is north gate #12). Fair variety for breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby and Lawson is right opposite to the hotel. Well equipped room though room is quite small (a bit hard to open two luggages). Smooth check-in, check-out and luggage storage service. Staff are very nice too.
