Although a small property and not fancy, it was clean and stocked with the usual hotel amenities. The property was well maintained even after the storm, it was tidied up immediately. The breakfast area was old looking but seemed to be well stocked with basic breakfast items... Not a five star but sufficient for a 1 night stay. I really appreciated being able to park right in front of our room. The pool area looked clean but we did not use it. The front desk staff was friendly.

My stay was for one night and was quite adequate. Beds were comfy, property a little run down but room was nice. Room had a mini fridge and a microwave as well as a safe. Bathroom was clean but a little outdated. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Tv was a bit of a pain. Would have been nice to have a channel guide. Easy on/off of I-76. Room was dark and quiet. Did not use the pool or fitness room.

Check in late and guy was slow. Don’t like how you entered rooms from outside building. Breakfast was fair and not much to offer, very limited space to sit down to eat so opted to grab breakfast out. Coffee wasn’t hot and empty at times so we had to wait for coffee. Refrigerator is old, door didn’t close all the way. Need to upgrade. Room was very clean, bathroom very clean and bed was comfy. Definitely need to upgrade inside and outside. Furniture old.

The room was dark and dingy. The carpet was filthy. The bottoms of our feet were black after a short walk around the room. The bathroom fan ocasionally make a loud squeaking noise.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We needed an early check in which was super helpful but they told us to be careful because the room was just mopped. I’ve mopped plenty of floors in my day and I think they may want to try some type of cleaner in the future because the floors were filthy.

The flooring has cracks in it hazards, i got back from a days work arms full with bags and my passkey did not work, i was locked out. I had to go to the office to get it straight. I find a roach in the fridge and a different kind of roach running on the walls! I could not sleep. I dont trust my baggage nor do want to use the dirty chairs to sit in. What a waste of money! I had no problem at a different hotel ill be going there again instead of here!

THe room and furnishings were old and dingy. That's fine, I paid a cheap price. What was NOT fine is i spotted a ROACH crawling on the one chair and it crawled back INTO the chair before I could kill it. I was paranoid about turning off all the lights after, so...not a very restful night. Also: many of the tv channels were 'unavailable' upon attempted viewing.

The desk and chair appear to have been picked up at a curb. While the bathroom mirror was excellent for putting on make up, it was shockingly bright, awkward to turn on and the only light source in that area. Shower floor was creaky. The room door also did not have the pull closed locking feature. There were no tissues or spare roll of TP in the room. Television programming options were extremely lean. Positives are that the bed was comfortable and toilet flushed well.

it was close to university. room was tiny. only one person could walk between furniture. I am handicap that I need a walker. could barely move it thru. shower was unsafe so did not use. bed was so high I could hardly get on it. had to use my walker to get up into bed. in all I would never stay or recommend this hotel again. and our room was already paid for so desk clerk demanded a security deposit of $50.00 I will put a stop on my credit card if it shows.

I was in my room and one of the workers tried to open the door and come right in. She got it open as far as the little metal lock would let her and she had somebody with a suitcase with her kind of unnerving.

Did the pre check in and still had do everything at the desk on arrival. Clerk asked for ID and credit card which I had already provided via internet. Provided both. He demanded not your ID but your drivers license. And got an attitude and asked why I was being rude. It was the man at the desk with an attitude problem. Never will stay there again.

We had an amazing experience at this Days Inn. We had a not so good day so when it came to our evening we just wanted to relax. We had a small issue with our TV. It was resolved with fast, courteous service. The room was spotless! Parking was right outside our room. Quiet neighborhood! Amenities were close by. Front desk service was impeccable!! The Days Inn on Edson in Kent will definitely see us again!!! 😁 😊

Very pleasantly impressed with the property. Looks to be in the final touches of a renovation. Very clean, quality bedding and linens. Very comfortable. Offered a continental plus breakfast which was a little more than just basic which was very nice. Friendly and responsive staff. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Incredible value for the cost. Only issue had nothing to do with the property but with another guest and front desk staff responded quickly and resolved the situation. Many thanks

Don't stay here. Check-in took at least 30 mins due to computer malfunction, with little communication on what was happening. Room was so dirty we didn't shower or want to touch anything. Loud, stinky (cigarettes, etc.), scratchy sheets, bright lights, sketchy people. Also, they charged the deposit fee without our knowledge, which we now need to dispute to get back. Overall a place to avoid.

The hotel was a little out dated. But clean. Beds were not very comfortable but ok I guess. Definitely time for new mattresses. But it was clean and for the price it was good enough for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was a little lacking but ok.

The front staff (male) was very rude when answering questions or if we requested a solution for something that was not working , for example TV. The continental breakfast area was not stocked well. There was only white sliced bread. No whole wheat bread. Only butter and no Jam, marmalade or honey. The room # 217 was good and comfortable.

Megan and Michelle were so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They had water and snacks for us. The room was very clean and comfortable and inviting. We had to leave early the next morning and breakfast was ready and so delicious. Biscuits and gravy and waffles over the top. Would stay there again anytime! 💗
