Older but very clean hotel. Even the pool area was clean. The pool water was a comfortable temperature but the hot tub could have been a little warmer. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection. The staff were very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, big, comfortable room! Only issue was that the hot tub was either not working properly, hadn't been used in awhile, or it just wasn't very clean so we will avoid that if we stay again. Loved everything else about the place and the staff was excellent and very friendly!!

The pool was clean and warm, we have small children so ideal pool temperature. Hot tub was being repaired at the time of our stay whish they would have disclosed that before booking our room.

This is a great family ran hotel. The owner was super nice and even blew up a beach volleyball for the kids to play in the pool with. Only thing that was a pain was to keep asking for pool towels, need to keep those stocked better.

The ice machine wasn't working when I got there, but it was quickly fixed. The refrigerator in my room (104) was not working well. Then apparently some ice fell off and melted on the floor and it seemed to work better after that. I called the front desk when I used the pool and discovered there was no dry towel for me to use and let them know towels were needed at the pool. Several hours later I checked and there still were not dry towels to use. Perhaps they were keeping towels back for the community pool exercise the next morning whic had a lot of participants.

We had a wonderful stay quiet clean,could put more than 1 roll of toilet.paper in room,a few bigger garbage cans and put enough towels per all guest The pool and hot tub were clean but hot tub water was cold as the pool they had the heat set very low, disappointed about that!!! But the people we saw and talked to were very nice. We would stay again.

had to move the beds to put a crib in the middle of both beds floor had black mold under the beds which we noticed at 1am and dirt and apple under beds

Looks a lot nicer in photos, there was some stains on the bed and stains on blanket which was gross. But staff was super nice and friendly and accommodating. Also the jaccuzi tub had a fake eyelash and some hair in it. So overall not a terrible place to stay but they really need to work on there cleaning habits.

The receptionist was bothered to have to check me in, and then was bothered, when I requested to switch rooms after finding a bed bug in the first room. He denied that they had bed bugs, because “we clean the rooms after every stay.” Be that as it may he should have done more to ease my concerns. He did not even offer a refund.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and warm. Simple breakfast was very enjoyable and convenient. We stay here every time we head up to Wautoma to visit family and we never once had an unpleasant experience. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and work hard to make guests comfortable and happy. We’ll be back!

Place needs many updates rooms not the cleanest. The manager is the person checking you in and cleaning the rooms 24/7. I stayed here two separate times the second time Friday and Saturday nights the back door was.zip tied to open without a key card i alerted the manager and he only stated that some guest do that but why is that allowed. Saturday during the day someone tried to get into my room i originally thought maybe it was the cleaning person but with the door issue i dont know that for sure scary either way especially since they dont clean the room every day when you stay more than one night. I wont be back it is hard to feel secure when the door that should only be accessible by a key card can be open by anyone. I have NEVER stayed at a.place that you could jist walk into another door without a key card. This should be addressed and taken seriously by manager. The manager lied to my face when he said he cut the zip tie off in fact it was still there when I checked out.

This is a very underrated property! It is sensational! We loved the room, the continental breakfast was excellent, and, the helpfulness of PK (front desk clerk / manager) was amazing. We felt valued and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and can’t say enough good things about this gentleman and the hotel itself. Thank you for a great stay!

At checkin we were met with a fairly rude individual where I felt like my presence was interfering with his night. We then proceeded to go swimming only to find the hot tub coated in dark green alge. The pool was separate and looked good so we decided to swim. Super salt water pool. The clerk hat was mentioned earlier kept coming to the window and watched us for 15 minutes on and off, before entering the pool area to put out towels- that had been empty and told my son specifically no jumping. My son cannonball'd once (only after another family had been doing it 10 or more times, prior) I pointed out the hot tub was just gross and he told me there was nothing wrong with it. Btw the next morning the hot tub was blue no longer green. Easter breakfast was no different then another day. No cooked food were offered. I was taking a load out of the room to the car and had 3 employees harasing me for my cards, when I wasnt ready to check out. When I was ready to check out there wasnt anyone at the counter. Will NOT stay here again.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My room was exceptionally clean and I was very happy I was able to set the temperature to my own comfort. All in all a great stay and I will definitely use the hotel if the need ever arises

Cute little budget stay in Redgranite. The town is adorable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were okay. Perfect for a quick stay with no kids to get to your next destination. Prices were fantastic.

We had planned a ski trip with family and wanted to find a hotel with a pool for the kids. Quality Inn in Redgranite was close and well priced and a pleasant surprise! It looks to be recently updated. The pool was a nice size, the management was very friendly, the beds were comfy and I was happy to see a nice continental breakfast. The hotel was overall clean and seemed well maintained. I woukd definitely stay in the future!

We have family in Mt Morris, we visit about 4 times a year. We usually stay in Wautoma, but both motels there are run down and very dirty. We rented 8 rooms for 16 family members for New Years Eve, and were extremely happy with the accommodations. This motel was extremely clean and updated, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Very enjoyable stay here. Very clean. Nice pool area. Pool was like bath water so was very pleasant. Nice whirlpool. Breakfast area was small but adequate. It had waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, mini muffins, fruit, coffee, juices, and milk. I would recommend this hotel.

Newly renovated, spacious and clean bathroom. Good water pressure. Beds and bedding ok. Windows very dirty and breakfast area was not replenished at all. No spoons, only white bread, one bagel. You could have waffles or cereal or white toast.
