Het kamer is heel erg ruim, woonkamer, keuken, slaapkamer gescheiden. Heel erg netjes, de schoonmaker vraagt elke dag of naar wens is of ik nog iets extra nodig heb. Hij neemt zn werk serieus. De voorzieningen binnen hotel is ook top. 2 zwembaden, waarvan een op de top van de hotel waar je mooie uitzicht hebt. Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf. Zal zeer zeker terugkomen

Camere spaziose con vista sulla città dotate di cucina. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buona e varia la colazione, belle entrambe le piscine e palestra ben accessoriata. L’aria condizionata nella hall e nella sala colazione era molto alta, ma si poteva scegliere anche uno dei tavoli in giardino, quindi problema risolto.

Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed.

Loved the choice of two swimming pools that were long enough to swim lengths . Property was walkable to the eating street - Jalan Alor . There were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well . Room was clean and spacious . Laundromat on site. Close walk to Pavillion mall .

The room size of this property is fantastic. The rooftop swimming pool & Jaccuzi are the best selling points and perfect place to realx yourself after a days meeting or outings. Breakfast is good with Live egg counter where the Chef prepares your desired egg types. Overall this hotel has never let me down. Highly recommend & will positively stay here again.

Hotel is located in a very busy, touristic area. Many restaurant and shopping options around. Also very walkable. Room and bathroom are both very spacious. Towels and sheets were clean but overall I found dust around and few strands of hair on bathroom floors. There were some stains on the carpet and since the carpet was white it was very visible. The cleaning could be better but other than that no complaints about pice performance.

We had to change room due to fee issues with the room was disappointing that we booked a premier suite and it definitely wasnt to our expectation. Just to list a few things, shower wasnt working properly, dirty couch with stains and conditions of couch very run down(could feel the springs in it), stained carpet, broken shower door.....

The location and customer service are good. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the main shopping centres. Breakfast buffet: terrible a waste of money, very limited options. The apartment: very dated and requires renovation, needs proper cleaning. It’s lacked basic hygiene. I did not enjoy my stay and was counting down the days to leave it. Facilities: the gym is ok has new equipment but is small. The pool looks ok. I would not stay here again due to poor quality and poor hygiene. I think the whole pan pacific (park royal) chain is old as a stayed at a resort in Penang. I would not be using this chain of hotels again. My rating of this hotel is 2 out of 5.

Easy walking distance to the pavilion mall and the rest of the shopping and restaurants. The one bedroom suite (1610) needs updated televisions from 21st century. They were very old and grainy. The toilet took forever to refill. Other than those two issues the room was very spacious and comfortable for our stay and we will definitely return for our future trip in KL.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return.

Booked the 2 bedroom suite. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and very spacious nonetheless. Master room toilet doesn't have a ventilation and window is locked so it gets warm in the afternoon and stuffy after a bath. We booked this property because there is a washer and dryer in the room, but discovered we have to purchase detergent from reception, while not expensive just leaves us puzzled why it can't be included in the room price. 5 to 10 min walk to Pavilion mall and the Bukit Bintang shopping street. Multiple restaurants in the streets around the hotel.

The room was great. Staff was great. The room was very large and the view was incredible. Great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Just 3 or 4 blocks from the pedestrian walkway that was above the traffic and air-conditioned. The rooftop pool was above and beyond my expectations. The water temperature was excellent and the views couldn't have been better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Loved the location, we booked a Premier Suite, so we would have a good view, and we did. Our room front door was sticking, actually had to put shoulder into it to open. The toilet had a very slow fill, at 1st I thought it was faulty. These are my only 2 criticisms. Yes the furnishings are older, but still good, room service were super efficient and i cant speak highly enough of the front desk staff, they helped with every enquiry or assisted when needed. We would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is in the perfect location, it was easy to walk to all main areas. 5min walk to Jalan Alor about 7mins to the Pavillion etc. We stayed in a Premier Suite, which had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, it also has a full kitchen, but we only used the fridge and needed the microwave once, but it was nice having the space, and best of all it was very clean. The apartment looked exactly as pictures. Yes some of the furnishings are older, and there's a chip or bump here or there, but its very comfortable. Our only issue was our front door was sticking and we needed to put our shoulder into it to open from the outside. We didn't choose a breakfast option when booking, but it was full everyday, so i cant comment further. The swimming pools were both great, but, it did surprise me a liitle how cool the water was, especially to get in, but, once in it was nice. It is the wet season and hasn't been as sunny, so i guess thats the reason. Front counter staff are all incredible, everyday helping us out, in some way. 100% tick to them Loved KL and loved the Parkroyal Serviced Suites and will definitely be coming back. The staff were great

Thanks for hosting. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Raziman, front desk staff for his help to welcome our stay. We checked in our luggages and walked around before the checking time and before we went to the airport to fly back home. The hotel is central and walking distance to Jalan Alor, twin towers, KL tower, and other attractions. Breakfast is great with varieties dishes. I strongly recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we are in town.

The location is walkable and within distance to great spots in the district and there are plenty of restaurants around the facility. The staff are very friendly. The room is very clean and smells great. The furnishings in the room is very nice. Our last night of stay there was a problem with the circuit breaker in our room. The manager right away upgraded our room to a de luxe unit, no need for my wife and I to even ask. Props to the manager and staff for that. Overall the experience was great. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Only issue I had was waiting for the hotel to confirm if a 'tax' was paid. They were insistent that I had to pay, when I read the fine print, it said hotels/expedia had paid it already. There was confusion, and it delayed us to getting into the room. I don't think this is a guest issue to be on top of it, it should be the hotel itself that should have their information squared out.

We always stay here, it is our preferred hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Large room, clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is close enough to the monorail and main shopping area of Bukit Bintang, but far enough away to still be quiet.

부킷빈탕에 위치해 파빌리온, 야시장과 가깝다. 도어맨들은 몹시 친절하며 객실 청소도 청결하다. 어메니티는 칫솔과 물비누, 샴푸 샤워젤 정도. 1층 입구와 건너편에 편의점과 슈퍼가 있어서 필요한 용품 사기에 편리함. 조식은 다양하지 않아도 에그 스테이션이 있고 죽, 과일, 콜드메뉴와 메인메뉴등이 갖추어져 있어 개인적으로는 식사하기 부족하지 않았다. 그랩도 로비에 정확하게 도착하고 주변에 식당도 많다. 2명 숙박시 관광세 40링깃이 요구되었음. 딱 하나 많이 아쉬운것이 있다면 객실 소파의 패브릭이 오래되어 얼룩지고 청결하지 않다는것... 그래서 샤워 타올을 깔아두고 이용했었음

Hotel is not be but is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, it gets really jammed up outside the hotel at times and in the night, especially weekends and publick holidays, the pubs round the corner can get really crowded and noisy.

The apartment hotel is wonderful.I took a one bedroom. It was large and clean and comfortable. The location was excellent right in the middle of the nightlife and day life! I paid extra for breakfast and it was absolutely terrible quality,I ate once and didn't go back ! Don't include breakfast in your package!

Colazione nella media ma l’area breakfast è sottodimensionata e nelle ore di punta ti tocca aspettare diversi minuti per sedersi. Posizione molto comoda a due passi dalla night life, torri e altre attrazioni. La Qualità è proporzionata al prezzo che risulta comunque conveniente.

部屋はキレイでした。体重計が置かれていましたが壊れてました。交換をお願いしたら交換してくれました。ベッド脇にコンセントがなかったのでスマホ等の充電に困りました。WiFiのパスワード、プール等の施設情報は部屋にはなくて、フロントに聞かないといけません。朝食は毎日ほぼ同じメニューでした。6:30かららしいですが、6:45位に準備完了になります。ホテル周辺にたくさんレストランがある事、徒歩圏内にショッピングエリアがあることなどは良かったと思います。

The appartment was very spacious. Excellent for a family. The location was very convenient and perfect for exploring KL. The service was quick and good. We would definitely return. The area that needs improving is breakfast. The queues and space were poor. Also the staff could not replenish fast enough because of the numbers. So the breakfast let the stay down.
