This place is horrible I get there and I'm paying $80 stay there okay I get there go to the third floor get on the elevator there's blood in the elevator that's so disgusting then I get up to my room my key don't work so I had to go back down the elevator got blood everywhere and I tell the front desk there's blood and my car don't work so you fix my card get back on the bloody elevator back up and he fixed it to another room I go in this other room there's pee all over the toilet so I go back downstairs the man don't even have nothing to clean it with no Clorox wipes nothing to disinfect nobody to come up there to clean it disgusting nasty gross don't ever stay here horrible horrible horrible people are outside it's awful place

checked into the hotel and the room was dirty (stains on the sheets and 2 towels they providedwith cigarette burns. Restroom wasnt clean and no toiletpaper). There were bullet holes in the door (i have pictures). Vagrants walking around the hotel. I am a single woman and i felt very unsafe. I checked out arond 20 minutes later. The lady said she couldn't reach the manager. Expedia couldn't reach them also

The inside the halls and stair well smelled like heavy urine, the room was clean. However there was cigarette burns in the sheets. The toilet was running and seat broken. The noise level in the parking lot at 12 am was incredibly loud. Blaring music, loud talks and screaming. For at least a couple of hours. I wasn't able to sleep until 3 am.

The room itself was great. I did not like they did not monitor some of the activities of people just hanging around. They did not address it at all. Otherwise the cleanliness and staff were excellent and very polite.

The floor was dirty. We could not walk barefooted because of the dirt. The light over the bed through the breaker 3 times. We were offered a different room but we had to much stuff to move. So we desided to have the problem fixed the next day. I had to work late and the staff could not approve me to stay until 12 or 1 pm. After speaking with management our stay was cut to 12 pm or pay $30 more and be out at 3pm. I understand the room needs housekeeper but I worked and could not make the 12 pm checkout. The worst part of my stay was no outside doors locked. Anyone at anytime can get in the hotel. I usually travel alone. I won't stay at this hotel alone. The doors need fixed.

Counter disagrees with my prepaid rate via hotels.com and increased additional rate (not taxes). Counter clerk is professional and apologetic but the counter rate is higher than that from the prepaid hotels.com fee. Property is disgustingly filthy ... trash around the property including while trash bags. Pet area did not provide bags and pet area is filled with dog mess. One property wall covered with barbed wire -- dangerous for pets and children. Pool water is literally green. WiFi in room does not work: "out of range." TV system is very poor. Most channels have extreme "lag" and interrupting display. TV itself is too small for the room. Location is very sketchy. Men walking with grocery carts, walking along the streets, with their all personal property. More trash along streets nearby.

The room wasn’t terribly but the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana which gave me a headache. Outdated furniture and bedding linens were super old and had cigarette burn marks on them. I would not recommend staying here. The 6.8 stars on this place are definitely misleading.

The front desk is locked down behind a metal gate. The inside of the building, including the office, wreak of marijuana and cigarettes. The smell was sickening. The room was dirty. I stayed 2 hours and left. The smell was too much to handle.

I had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room had no latch and a roach in the bathroom...no lights. 2nd room the door would not lock. And 3rd room was ok but was supposed to be smoke free and it smelled of cigarettes and booze.

I didn’t like anything. The microwave was not working, shower curtain was moldy, shower was not working, linen was ripped, bedroom light was not working, no internet. People outside smoking in groups is unsafe. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed.

The first room given the door didn't work and I was questioned like I didn't understand how a room key works. The door key to the second room also didn't work and again questioned if I knew how to operate the keypad. It required them to use a handheld machine to get into the room and was told someone would be by to fix it. I left for several hours and came back to the same inoperable door except the new person behind the counter made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. He asked if I would be leaving again and if so, he would have me switch to another room. I told him I didn't want to move rooms so I would just stay put and not leave. Floor was super sticky and a/c barely kept the room manageable. Not an ideal location to enter, forces you on a shady back road in order to get to the frontage road. Bottom line- stay anywhere else.

Definitely a 2 star motel, but spotless and comfortable. Curious why kitchen did not have any plates, glasses or utensils. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge just like any room.

I liked the layout of the room. For example, you have a table when you walk in the door. The bathroom with a large door off to your right. The kitchenette is a great bonus. I used it to store and reheat some leftovers. The beds feel like memory foam. I found those nice. I sent a message to inform the property about my late arrival and I checked in with no issues. The bathroom was a bit rough, but perfectly functional.

This hotel room is about the size of a prison cell with no amenities. I reserved a non smoking room to only get a smoking room. Needless to say, we didn't stay and my money was refunded.

Our stay was not pleasant because the first day we arrived at the hotel the bathroom sink was clogged and we notified the reception 4 times and they never did anything. We were 10 days with the clogged sink.

They didn't give me a refund back. But yet they wanted to check me out for the days I'm not there so they can rent it out even tho I'm still paying for the room. They also over charged me for a pet after i gave the receipt for the payment. I will not go back. Its in a shady area and if you have pets, dont go to that place. Its way too busy with traffic for my dog to accidentally get away. I do have to say that the maid was honest enough to put my gold necklace up. But then again its still my room and haven't checked out yet
