This Days Inn by Wyndam is the best of surprises. I often stay at hotels while traveling and am accustomed to quite pleasant arrangements. This is by far the best! The receptionist was affable and helpful, making dining suggestions and explaining the times of breakfast (a very nice set of options, by the way) and of the two restaurants within walking distance. The room is suitable for a long stay. It has everything one would want or need: full-size ironing board and iron, dish washer, microwave, stove-top, refrigerator, and Kuerig coffee maker. There is also a large-screen television and plenty of lighting, both overhead and from 4 lamps. This place is immaculate! There is a self-serve laundry on the property. My room has a full set of tableware. Had I known how nicely equipped this room would be, I’d have brought food from my home. Perhaps the nicest of surprises: a bathtub! I will return to this Days Inn by Wyndam again.

The staff was friendly and the property was fine. The was very limited parking, and plenty of people has to park in the street. The hotel is nice enough, but the tenant were terrible. The hot breakfast was decent. Good access to highway.

Great service and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The exercise area was good it had a great amount of exercise equipment. The beds and sheets felt nice and were very comfortable! I would definitely recommend and stay at your Beaumont Days Inn again!!!

We always stay here, we got in around 10 pm and the girl checking us in never looked at us and never got up out of her seat, leaning around and never smiled!! Then we got to our room and it was clean but smelled really bad!!! Will not go back!!!!!!!

Don’t stay in room 110 it’s so nosey I even requested a quiet room hear people running up and down the hall way, getting ice, knocking on my door and running away we didn’t get a good nights rest at all.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had a mini kitchen with sink, dishes, refrigerator and microwave. Highway construction can make access inconvenient, but that is not fault of hotel. Breakfast area was clean when I used it, but it is a very minimal, normal continental fare. No complaints; it served the purpose for my short stay.

It was spot on clean. They even wrapped the remote in plastic to let you know it's clean and you take it out. Lots of space in a king room. Refrigerator, Kitchen area so dishes, glasses, silverware and Keurig machine.

Hotel was very nice with spacious room but the AC in rooms is controlled by the hotel. It was very hot we had to by a fan to be comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t good at all I would recommend picking something up.

This hotel is s nice hotel, it is still fsirly new. It is close enough to eating places and so forth. I'm not sure why hotels are designed to have rooms directly by the elevator, but they are not all that hreat with the amount of noise that comes by the room. Other than that, not a bad stay at all.

Pros: the room was very clean and spacious ( we had handicap) beautiful roll in shower, bed comfy. Cons: the water pressure was VERY low!! I dont know how we are expected to get soap out of our hair or off our body with a trickle of water?!! Very disappointed!!

Overall a great place to stay, EXCEPT for the graveyard shift lady. She's not friendly at all and speaks low when communicating with customers but has no voice issues when on her phone. Housekeeping is PHENOMENAL and fast! It can get kinda loud with some guests but it quickly gets quiet and back to normal.

The only disappointing part was the employee at the check in counter. We did not feel welcome and it seemed like she was unhappy with the questions asked and we were an interruption to her day. No eye contact or smile and we had just come off an 7 hour drive.

Upon my arrival, the staff member on duty appeared inebriated, showing a severe lack of responsiveness that made it impossible to complete my check-in. I eventually had to contact law enforcement to resolve the situation. This should have been a seamless process, especially as I had already checked in online

The front desk checked us into the wrong room and while we were out they disabled our keys making us go to the front desk to fix it. Telling us that they didn’t check us into the right room but we could stay in the room. The next day they disabled our keys again making us go to the front desk AGAIN to fix the keys once again telling us we were in the wrong room. It was our last night so they told us we could stay in the room. The whole thing was inconvenient. And our stuff was locked in a room we couldn’t access half the time.

Paula was outstanding. When I walked in she was the managing the front desk and gave us a warm greeting and she had the most beautiful smile. Everytime my wife and I came down she would acknowledge us. Paula made our stay so wonderful.

The front desk clerk, Andrea made our stay extremely pleasant. She was super friendly, professional and thorough. She TRULY GETS CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long, long time. Andrea deserves a raise and should seriously be considered for mgt training. A major hotel chain will be looking to snap her up. Hope you guys recognize her excellent service skills, because she is a value-add to that property. Best stay at the property.

Brand new hotel but no signage on how to get there. Road construction didn't help either. Very difficult to actually get to the driveway because of construction and lack of signs. Nice features are breakfast, close-to-full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, extra sink, silverware.

The property was very clean and quiet, looked new. Breakfast was standard. We liked the property and would stay there again.. The only problem was due to road construction in front of the hotel. It was difficult to get to and our GPS did not know how to route around the construction. Call ahead and make sure you know what exit to take.

Property was average for the price. A little difficult to get to due to current construction. Breakfast ran out before 8 a.m. This is unacceptable because travelers plan their itineraries based on breakfast availability. The simple courtesy of an apology would have gone a long way, but the manager was brusque and unapologetic, saying that breakfast is complimentary. This may be so, technically, but it is paid for in the price of the room. Manager made no effort to have her staff bring out more food for the many disappointed travelers. Even the coffee machine had run dry. It’s possible that the large group of young men whom we saw checking in before us depleted the breakfast before the rest of the travelers got there, but this hotel did not have the capability for or interest in accommodating for that.

Breakfast was advertised from 6-10 am; however, at 8:30 there were no hot dishes available and when I asked, the front desk clerk said they didn’t cook after 8:20. By 8:20, there were literally no hot dishes. It would have been nice if they had at least mentioned that at check-in

Kind of a "basic" hotel. Pretty plain, no pictures on the wall. The hair dryer in our room didn't work, but we were given another one. The common area carpeting, particularly in the elevator, needs to be replaced. The included breakfast was good, but you need to get there early. We went down around 08:30 and the orange juice and apple juice was out...but eventually replaced. When we left at 08:50 the biscuits and scrambled eggs were gone. Staff was very friendly.
