What didn't I like? I found a hot tub but no water in it,ice machine was broken,$2.25 for a bag of small bag of candy from the vending machine is ridiculous and when they say they supply breakfast don't be expecting a real breakfast,waffles,toast,pop tarts and small muffins is not what I consider to be a full breakfast. If you're just looking for a place to crash for the night it's fine but other than that I wasn't impressed

We loved the hot tub after a day hiking around looking for the troll exhibits! Breakfast was good, they used real dishes, not paper or plastic! Great staff.

I am requesting that I get a full refund on our rooms from Saturday, September 28 at the Wyndham super eight in Park Rapids Minnesota. The rooms were dirty. They smell like dog. My youngest grandson has allergies and can’t sleep in rooms that smell like dog without getting an asthma attack, I will expect somebody to call me and discuss this with me. Our room was horribly musty smelling upon arrival. We turned on the air, as it was off. After a few hours it was slightly improved, but still awful. I felt like I was sleeping in the basement of an old house with a water issue!

They gave me a Suite , it smelled like urine a lot!!! thst hadn’t used the room for a while , no one had complained ! i got different room went back to get key in room so bad smell. Not really impressed with the hotel as a whole , had to pay $ 162. for Park Rapids Super 8!!! crazy expensive and no money off for the hassle .

Many, many cigarette butts covered the ground near the side entrance (unhealthy & unsightly). TV did not work even after asking for assistance. Shower head rusty & ran poorly, shower curtain didn’t keep from holding water inside the stall, the room had a peculiar odor, bathroom door did not close properly.

The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. But the air conditioner did not work very well and it was very loud. The breakfast was closed even though we were there at 9 and so we only got coffee and no regular creamer was available. But otber than that it was good.

We have stayed at many Super 8 Hotels in the past; however, this has all of the others beat. The room was large and comfortable, as well as clean. I was very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again when we are back in Park Rapids.

My wife needed to feed our new born. We were less then 1 hr early from the check in time. They charged us a $25 fee for checking in less then 60 min early. Even tho there were clean rooms already available. Very disappointing disappointing

Everything was perfect and check in was amazingly simple. The front desk guy was expecting me and had everything ready. It was the fastest check in I’ve ever done which was nice because it was kind of late and I was tired.

Arrived at 10:30 pm: I waited in lobby for 45 minutes and no staff showed up. 5 other people also tried to check in but nobody could get ahold of anyone. Called phone on desk endlessly and Super 8 reservation line. No resolution :(

The breakfast didn't have coffee or milk. The carpeting throughout should be replaced since there are stains all around the property. I could smell the cleaning solution which tells me they clean, but was a bit overwhelming. In a pinch, a good place to stay, but overpriced for the condition of the property.

Continental breakfast was lacking many things, OJ dispenser was out of order, no eggs, bacon or sausage. No sausage gravy for the biscuits, there was no regular coffee ready at 7:30 am, overall very disappointed with the lack of items.
