The shuttle to the BTS is great. Pool and gym are very nice. Tour desk is wonderful. Organized a trip to the dragon temple which waa worth it.

Returning guest to my favourite hotel when staying in Bangkok. Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Sukhumvit Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. It’s a short walk to Benchakitti park, or Nana Plaza and BTS stations. Soi 4 has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult entertainment, plus other areas of interest are within walking distance. I stayed for 8 nights in a Deluxe Suite, which had everything I wanted, plus the room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. All of the staff are friendly and helpful (housekeeping lady was wonderful) and there is a very good travel and transport service available in the lobby.

The reception Staff were extremely kind and caring. They were always ready to answer questions or help us with whatever needs that we may have. Close proximity to parks, malls and Metro making it very convenient. There were plenty of food choices within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable each day. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The garden terrace and pool are quite nice and the exercise room was spacious. Would definitely come back and stay at this property again in the future.

Staff was friendly. A little out of the way and the floors in the room need replaced. Nice having stove fridge and washer and dryer. Hot tub didnt work. The staff will droo you off within easy walking to BTS. Breakfast was ok but almost the same thing every day. I would stay there again. Good value for the price

Room was dark and dank. Little natural light, toilet dripped the entire time, housekeeping picked up the robes and shower mat but didn’t replace them. If you go for breakfast, don’t expect a coffee. It’s not included and you have to pay extra at the coffee shop

Personalet var super søde og sengen var dejlig blød. Når det så er sagt så er hotellet slidt og det var bedbugs på alle 3 værelser vi forsøgte os med. Vi måtte derfor skifte til et andet hotel inden vores ophold var færdigt..

Hyggelig personale både i resepsjonen og i restauranten. Rommet var stort og hadde veldig god seng! Det som trekker ned var at rommet var veldig slitt med blant annet løs himling på badet. Det var i tillegg masse maur på badet. Gutten vår hadde et tisseuhell, og hotellet forsøkte å ta betalt for dette selvom det ikke sto noe sted i vilkårene.

Single male stayed for two nights in a deluxe room. Room was spacious (huge), clean and comfortable with everything I needed, plus the bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. The staff were great and I would happily live here long term! Only negative was the Wi-Fi signal which was very unreliable and I really needed a reliable service for my work situation. There is a convenient shortcut to Soi Sukhumvit 4 and you are a short walk from Benchakitti Park which is worth a visit. There is plenty of nightlife all along Soi Sukhumvit 4, including the famous Nana Plaza. Plenty of shopping malls are nearby as is Soi Cowboy: all within a reasonable walking distance (unless you are lazy). Do yourself a favour and visit Green Room music bar in Soi Sukhumvit 7: Bangkok's best Rock, Rhythm & Blues Bar In the heart of Sukhumvit (no lady drinks!)

日本語ペラペラな方がフロント常駐でしたので助かりました。 チェックイン後、部屋に移動してロックをかけようとしたら壊れていてロックできませんでしたが、すぐに修理してもらえました。 シャワーの水圧は少し弱いなーって感じです。温度調整が、熱くなりすぎたり水になったり難しかったです。 ベッドはフカフカで気持ちよかったです。 エアコンはよくききました。 防音は少し弱いです。 洗濯機は問題なく使えましたが、乾燥まではしなかったので干す必要があります。ハンガーはありましたが物干し台は無いです。 屋上のプールやジムを利用している人がいました。１日ホテル内で過ごす方にはいいです。 トゥクトゥクでスクンビットの大通りまで送ってもらえたので楽でした。 迎えは電話したら来てくれるそうです。 裏口からsoi4に出られてセブンが近いので便利でした。 チェックアウト後も大通りまでトゥクトゥクで送ってもらえました。 室内は古さを感じましたが清潔な方だと思いました。

Room has washing machine, good location, I have stayed at lohas a few times and has always been good. The bad things this time was air conditioning stayed at 26 degrees at lowest so woke up couldn't breathe a nd sweating also TV had no signal so only had a few rubbish channels and shower only had cold water

Very big room n clean. But air conditioner stopped to function twice during my six day Residence. Staff is helpful n nice. Nice gym n pool. Shuttle to road start, still have to walk 5-10min to bts. Back street is the Nana red light district.

The reception Staff were extremely kind and caring. They were always ready to answer questions or help us with whatever needs that we may have. Close proximity to parks, malls and Metro making it very convenient. There were plenty of food choices within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable each day. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The garden terrace and pool are quite nice and the exercise room was spacious. Would definitely come back and stay at this property again in the future.

Hyggelig personale både i resepsjonen og i restauranten. Rommet var stort og hadde veldig god seng! Det som trekker ned var at rommet var veldig slitt med blant annet løs himling på badet. Det var i tillegg masse maur på badet. Gutten vår hadde et tisseuhell, og hotellet forsøkte å ta betalt for dette selvom det ikke sto noe sted i vilkårene.

The result was yelling, screaming kids who would occasionally ring my doorbell for amusement: when they checked out, it was so much nicer.

Staff was friendly. A little out of the way and the floors in the room need replaced. Nice having stove fridge and washer and dryer. Hot tub didnt work. The staff will droo you off within easy walking to BTS. Breakfast was ok but almost the same thing every day. I would stay there again. Good value for the price

Room was dark and dank. Little natural light, toilet dripped the entire time, housekeeping picked up the robes and shower mat but didn’t replace them. If you go for breakfast, don’t expect a coffee. It’s not included and you have to pay extra at the coffee shop

施設は古いが清潔に保たれている。BTSの駅から少し遠いが歩ける距離だし周りは静かでいい。トゥクトゥクや無料のレンタル自転車があるので便利。ただ朝食の種類が少なく味も今ひとつなところが残念。総合的にはいいホテルだと思います。

コロナ前は良く泊まっていたホテルですがコロナの影響でレストランがクローズしていて朝食は外に行かなければならんく残念でしたが、スタッフは良く知っていて対応が非常に良かった。

Love this place!! This is approximately my 10th stay at Lohas!! Absolute a pleasure staying at Lohas Residence, this is my fourth time staying there, great motel. May I suggest though , having a bar at the pool would be so much better , like between 12pm-4pm, with light snacks, just a thought. I will be staying there again,. Thankyou Lee Worboyes 🙏
