I just booked because of roof top bar, but it is under maintenance from months, while booking there is no clue, and also little maintanance issues like keylocks not working and tv repairs, toilet flushes issues etc. paid good money but services far below the expectation.

The family suit was very large and exceeded our expectations. Lovely spacious rooms and big sofa The gym was plenty good enough for the majority of gym goers. Lifts are a little busy but only a one or two minute wait. Breakfast is OK, nothing special. Staff are all lovely.

On y est restés 11 jours, dans la grande suite 2 chambres. C’était super, très spacieux, magnifique vue sur le lever du soleil. Les lits sont incroyablement confortables, le ménage est fait tous les matins. Le déjeuner est top, les espaces publics aussi. Dommage que le rooftop était en rénovation. Seul bémol : les meubles sont un peu vieillot et tout n’était pas super propre, mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

The hotel was very far from most of the attractions that we wanted to see. The rooms were very clean but dated. The bathrooms didn't have fans so there was quite a bit of mold/black stains in the shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa was good as well. Spa staff were very nice.

The hotel is so run down and dirty. There were so many roaches in our room that we found at least 10. We ended up checking out on our 2nd day to move to a better hotel. The Hotel Manager (Joe) did not want to give us a refund and did not take accountability for the roaches in our room. He even said that some hotels have roaches, that’s normal (who says that!!!). Like its acceptable. I have never stayed in a hotel outside of the country that dirty and especially with roaches. This hotel needs to be shut down. The pictures so deceiving its a catfish hotel as my daughter would say. It looks good on the outside but not on the inside. Don't waste your money on this hotel. We got lucky to find another hotel (way cleaner, friendly staff) immediately to get out of this hotel. It’s so disgusting!!!

Extremely dirty rooms. We changed room hoping to get a trashed one. Really worn down, unfortunately we had an even worse one than last. We left the hotel due to this. Bedsheets were stained, smelled like sweat. The curtains had something black brown splattered all over them. Looked like s..t. Walls had stains everywhere, the carpet had burn marks and clearly not vacuumed. Dust everywhere. Together with a lot of black hair in the shower this was one of the worst hotel experiences for our family ever.

Haus glänzt mit schöner Lobby das hört aber im Rest des Hauses auf. Unser Zimmer hatte relativ kaputtes Interieur, es liefen viele Kakerlaken herum und es stank nach Rauch. Grande chambre, nettoyage très léger des chambres. Les stores sont remplies de poussières tout comme comme la moquette qui est mal nettoyé. The main entrance and the staff of the JC Kevin were amazing. The rooms, hallways and other social places were just a bit unclean/unkempt. Our curtains were stained, the headboard dusty and the hallway had a super mouldy smell. But this is our first time to Bangkok so all of that may be normal ?! The location was convenient enough as there was plenty around.

Very nice, huge room with lots of space and amenities. The hotel had good facilities in general for a 4/5 star hotel. Great views over the cityscape and from their cocktail bar on the 38th floor. Staff friendly. Constructive criticism would be that some minor aspects of the room were showing first signs of wear and tear and the towels were ready for renewing. A 10 minute walk to local transport facilities.

Space in room was excellent! Water in bathroom was a drama to get a normal temperature to be able to take a shower. Toilet floated. Further all things were good. But keep in mind, there is nothing on walking distance from the hotel. For everything you have to take a taxi.

It’s a nice hotel and staff was nice. The only one complaint I have is the rooms need better lightening and the shower head did not work well. The rooms are a bit dark. The bar area upstairs is currently closed for remodeling.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Die Situation am Aufzug ist jedes mal schlecht. Obwohl wir auf der 29. Etage waren, war es durch die Lüftungsanlage der Nebengebäude unangenehm laut. Die Zimmergröße war fantastisch. Aber alles schon sehr alt und abgenutzt/verbraucht. Die Frühstückssituation ist für das Personal auch sehr überfordernd. Alles in allem trotzdem ein guter Deal wegen dem Preis. 7/11 un die Ecke.

Wir hatten große Erwartungen an unseren Aufenthalt im JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel, wurden jedoch enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist stark sanierungsbedürftig und lebt nur noch von seiner früheren Substanz. Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft schmutzig: Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, staubige Regale, verschmutzte Fenster und Spritzer am Kopfteil des Bettes. Trotz dreimaliger Beschwerden – darunter eine um 22 Uhr nach einem langen Reisetag – wurde es erst nach der dritten Aufforderung einigermaßen gereinigt. Als Kompensation gab es lediglich eine Obstplatte und Getränke – völlig unzureichend bei mehrfachen Reklamationen, man wurde als Gast nicht ernst genommen, trotz Buchung der teuren two bedroom Suite in den obersten Stockwerken. Auch der gebuchte Late Check-out wurde zunächst verweigert und nur nach Diskussion bis 13 Uhr gewährt, obwohl unser Bus erst um 21 Uhr fuhr. Zusätzlich war der Aufenthalt durch lange Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen bis zu 15 Minuten belastet. Trotz voller Kabine drängten sich, meist chinesische Touristen rücksichtslos hinein. Das Hotel war in unserer Zeit generell sehr voll mit jungen chinesischen Touristen die sich daneben benommen haben. Dies war unser bislang schlechtestes Hotelerlebnis. Statt unseren Urlaub zu bereichern, hat das Hotel ihn verschlechtert. Die ausbleibende Antwort auf unsere letzte Nachricht bestätigt den schlechten Gesamteindruck. Wir würden das JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hotel is nice overall but a bit dated. Service was ok but it all seemed a bit hectic (could have been bad timing in our part ) Room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait an hour without any real apology or compensation (a free drink would have been nice as we were all tired & hot)

The JC Kevin is well located about 10 minutes walk from Chong Nonsi BTS Skystrain which makes getting around much easier as the roads outside can sometimes be very slow by car. The staff are all very helpful. I booked a Suite and the room was large . I had a living / dining room area and balcony and bedroom area (with a huge bed) and a huge bathroom. There was also a kitchenette. I was very happy with it. My room was quiet and I would definitely book it again. The only downside to my stay was the slightly chaotic breakfast which had plenty of choice but it always seemed to be very busy and as yet post pandemic they do not seem to have enough staff. That was also a common problem with the other hotels I stayed at in Thailand and not unique to the JC Kevin. If you want to sunbathe it's best get out round the pool in the morning as by the afternoon most of the pool area is in the shade. All in all I think the JC Kevin represents excellent value for money.

Breakfast was fantastic with so many options – even the fussiest eater would be happy! The staff were absolutely fabulous – from concierge and reception to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and welcoming. Location is pretty good too: around 15–20 minutes’ walk to St. Louis Skytrain station and about 30 minutes to Lumpini. There’s also a 7/11, ATM, and plenty of cheap (and delicious!) street food right next door.

The property was rather tired-looking, roof-top restaurants were insipid and pricy. There were some issues with getting the right room configuration but that could be an issue on the booking sites.

JC Kevin Hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Bangkok. Here’s why: 1. Elevator Disaster: The hotel design is completely flawed, with only three tiny elevators serving a massive 40-floor building. During busy times, expect to wait at least 5 minutes, if not longer, just to catch a ride. 2. Breakfast Nightmare: The breakfast was an absolute joke. I found hair in the food that didn’t taste fresh (maybe leftover from yesterday?) and the options were primarily carb-heavy with very few protein choices. Definitely not worth the price or effort. 3. Dirty, Old Rooms: The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation. Everything feels old and grimy. The bed was uncomfortable, and the shower was a nightmare – water temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold, with no in-between. 4. Terrible Location: The hotel is inconveniently far from public transit, with very limited grocery stores, restaurants, or bars within a 10-minute radius. Getting a taxi was a hassle since almost all drivers have to make a massive U-turn to reach the hotel. Overall, the combination of poor design, subpar cleanliness, and an inconvenient location makes JC Kevin Hotel a place I’ll never stay at again. Avoid at all costs.

Staff were super nice and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was worth the extra cost. Food is pretty much the same every day except a few rotating dishes. Location-wise, no major complaints. All attractions were easily accessible via rideshare apps. Enjoyed the pool, especially around 3pm when the building blocks the sun and you get to swim in a perfected shaded pool and avoid terrible sunburn. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The living room, bathrom, and the dining area are renovated and exceeded our expectations. Rooms can appear a little outdated but no major complaints. Bed was clean. Housekeeping was 5/5. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time!

Good location with BTS within walking distance. Hence this hotel is a good hub to explore BKK. Unfortunately really lived-off interior which urgently needs renovation and refurbishment. Breakfast is ok, but really crowded. Rooftopbar offers a great view in the evenings. All in all a decent three star hotel experience, even if there are of course more amenities, the overall condition is worn.
