Excellent room location for ski-in ski-out. Pool complex has lots to do which our kids love. Restaurant options on property for more family oriented to live music/nightlife so if your group has people interested in both, you all get what you want.

The resort was absolutely breathtaking and beautifully maintained. It’s a great spot for families, the kids loved swimming and spending time at the playground. While it’s not fully handicap accessible, that wasn’t a major issue for us. One thing I wish they had was a coffee shop open around noon for a mid-day pick-me-up, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

We came with our two young kids in the summer. Having access to the outdoor pool (with a water slide!), indoor pool and hot tub was great. We did the zip line, miniature golf, and gem sifting. All the resort staff we interacted with were very friendly. While the guest rooms do need to be renovated (new carpet please!), the public areas were full of old school charm.

Everything was perfect! The only thing is that there is no elevators but you do not have to walk up that many stairs. Little difficult with cooler but overall not too bad. No other complaints, love Peek'n Peak!

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge and microwave, which we were not expecting but were great to have. The resort was busy but check-in was very quick! Indoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub were great after a night of tubing. We're not skiers but the slopes were right outside our window and we enjoyed watching the skiers and snowboarders as well as the groomers 1st thing in the morning. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a winter getaway!

Very big Ski resort. The facility is very impressive.Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was very nice. We ate at one of the restaurants and the food was excellent. Our room did have a problem with the AC unit but the staff quickly worked to move us to the room next door.

The outdoor pool was good. My granddaughter had a ball on the slide. The tv in the room had alot of interference making it difficult to watch due to their cable provider, Spectrum, which they were unable to fix. Houskeeping did a lousy job cleaning the room. They did not change the bedsheets daily, which they were supposed to do. They did not clean the floors. Did not clean the bathroom properly. .

I stayed with my daughter for 4 nights in the lodge, 1st floor with the outdoor access, 2 queen suite. There are no chairs to use outside. The room smelled of mildew and the flooring is like a roller coaster. We both wore socks indoors and by the 2nd day, I threw mine away because they were literally black. I’m guessing that these rooms flooded at some point. The exterior is very nice. We spent time at the pool and enjoyed it. The spa was booked. There are many activities and it’s Very good for families. The staff is good, but little to no housekeeping. If we go back, we’ll stay at the condos, Camelot, not the lodge.

Beautiful hotel, and friendly staff. Hotel room had everything we needed. Hotel had lots of nice features, pool, hot tub, exercise room. Nice outdoor gas fire ring. And lots of places to eat. Clean. Only problem was tiny ants in desk and tv stand. i was trying to work at desk w my laptop and i kept killing ants but there was still more. Very distracting while trying to get a few things done at the desk. room 1234

Common areas were dirty, tables not wiped, around pool and hot tub people leave straws and cups no staff check the area or clean up (people should also not be so disgusting to begin with), rooms are outdated look nothing like pics on website, they are musty smelling. Resort is big staff made no effort to provide map or directions on where things are.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s a beautiful facility and the castle vibe is fun. The restaurant was verY good! The beds were comfortable. The only problem was that the tub was clogged and it would fill up with water when showering.

This property is an older ski resort that needs some serious updates. We happened to come through on their Jimmy Buffet weekend so parking was tight. We just needed a place to sleep over night and all that was left was the Tiffany Suite and for the price I was so disappointed! It is NOT worth the money, buyer beware! The bed and jacuzzi tub are a nice touch but the AC only works at the bottom level, where you sleep is so hot! They need another unit on the upper level. We considered sleeping on the pullout couch since it was colder downstairs but now way, it's disgusting and stained. All the windows have curtains except the window that faces the bed so you'll be woken up by how bright it is. The sink upstairs is cracked and doesnt drain, the chairs and couch downstairs are ripped and well loved. We've stayed at nicer motels with much lower ratings, very disapointed.

It was a great stay until they charged me an extra day without telling me. When I came in, they told me they would hold an extra $75 aside for incidentals. They failed to inform me that they were authorizing an extra $138 in addition to the $280 I paid for the 2 night stay. In case I stayed over I guess. My issue was them not telling me. I could have easily put more money in that account and not been overdrafted if they had simply told me what they were doing. Be aware that they can basically charge you double. The front desk told me it isn't a charge, it's an authorization and will drop off in about a week. That doesn't help me because I wasn't planning on them charging the full price and pulling additional amounts in authorizations. They caused me to overdraft an account needlessly. The place itself was very nice.

I was incredibly disappointed by our stay. We paid $500 for one night stay. I have stayed at lots of high end places in this price range and above. They had one person answering phones, checking in guests and working the gift shop on NYE. When I went to check in, they told me that they had over booked so I was not getting the room with a fireplace that I had booked so they downgraded my room and didn’t contact me until I arrived. They gave me no choice. They did give me 2-$25 food vouchers but the rooms are exactly the same as they were 25 years ago when I stayed there for a wedding. The room was clean but like walking into a time warp into 1990. The bar tenders were understaffed and not the slightest bit friendly. You had to wait forever between drinks even before it got busy. The ads said nothing about needing a reservation to attend a NYE party at the Inn and they were sold out as was the prime rib buffet they advertised (which was the reason for choosing to go there). All in all, this place needs horribly updated, more EMPLOYEES, better management or drop their price to a comfort inn level if that is the type of experience that they are going to offer…. I was disappointed 25 years ago and they continued that disappointment this time as well… just a poorly run facility from everything I experienced.

I love staying here during their Fall Festival..the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming..the front desk went out of their way to secure me a room for the second night and were even able to keep me in the same room. The two sisters at the bar are sweethearts!!! Always taking great care of their patrons!

This was a beautiful property as far as scenery. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken the entire 4 days we were there. The lodge hotel itself needs a load of improvements. The furniture is rank and the air doesn't properly circulate in the units. Also booking through a 3rd party like Expedia leaves no opportunity for upgrades. They have luxurious condo's but we didn't realize until we got there. The service desk and customer service made it extremely difficult for us to get a more comfortable stay. The most important thing I wanted to rave about is the young gentleman at the coffee shop who went above and beyond every morning to provide excellent customer service. If I ever return it will be because of his welcoming spirit.

We stayed here one night off season on our way home from somewhere. In summer, I found it to be the most reasonable rate even though there is a resort fee added by the state. It is a ski resort. The main lodge was very nice. (there are condos and other things you can stay in on the property). We had little reason to interact with staff but everyone was professional. It is far from other things to a degree. You can drive to things in about 1/2hr probably but there is no mini mart around for example. However, they did have a store on grounds. I'm not sure if it was open and what all attractions might be open. There was one (of a few) restaurant open and we ate there and enjoyed the food. We also played mini golf on the grounds. The room was very nice and all was very clean.

It was perfect. We were visiting family and the hotel was about 30 minutes away. Easy drive, perfect location, and the stay was more than comfortable. We loved the bathroom set up. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, as well. Will stay there again and will recommend.

The room was a decent size, the bed was extremely comfortable. The food at tge Bistro was amazing. We wanted a quiet peaceful night and tgat is what we had. We will definitely be back when there are winter and summer activitie but it was so relaxing during off season.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and spacious for our group of 3. Bar was very nice with live music. We were very pleased for our short stay. Only thing missing was an elevator, however, we didn’t need one. The overall beauty of the interior made it worth our stay and we will definitely return for a longer stay and to enjoy outdoor fun.

We came to shred the gnar and the gnar was shredded. We had a great time at the resort and hotel. The old school vibes were flowing hard. One great feature is the indoor/outdoor hot tub! Superior rejuvenation after a long day of shredding the gnar. The 210 restaurant/bar was rad with great food and bev. The bar top itself is made from geodes and lit from beneath creating a super cool and unique dining experience. The snow conditions were excellent and the slopes were uncrowded. The only thing that was a bummer was we were unable to redeem our Indy Passes at the hotel for our lift tickets which basically nullified the whole "ski in/ski out" aspect as we needed to navigate treacherously icy walkways to go to the ticket office a few buildings away to retrieve our tickets in the morning. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return.
