Property was wonderful. Stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast had a nice variety and varied daily. Coffee is very good. Also had lemonade and lemon water available during the day for a quick refreshment. Front desk staff helpful and informative. Pool is a little cool but that’s pretty standard. Pool is also on the small side. It definitely served our purpose, but noting to be up honest on review. We were visiting family so I added hotel to favorites list and will stay here again.

Where do I start...the beds were terrible, the air conditioner was horribly noisy, the bathtub has a tapered bottom which was very hard to stand in, the pool was so incredibly cold it was unusable, the hot tub in the pictures posted on Expedia has been removed and tiled over, the elevators were old and clunky...just a place needing tons of updates.

Costco across the street was useful to stock up on snacks. I attended a con at the Schaumburg convention center which was a 12 min walk away. Free parking was plentiful and I felt confident my vehicle would not get broken into (There is not much foot traffic in the area)

There were several hotels near the Convention Center, but they were quite over-priced. This had an indoor pool, a well maintained gym (both used), microwaves and fridges in the rooms, free WiFi and parking, free breakfast of various offerings, free waters, cookies, and apples for guests, The staff were all pleasant to deal with and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

Check in was easy. Upo. Getting to my room and unpacking, I noticed the carpet was wet outside the bathroom... I then saw what appeared to be feces in the wet spot. When i called downstairs, they said the mansger had left for the day. A staff member came up to my room with wet wipes... I switched rooms, no apology, nothong else said.

Very nice clean property and room. Hotel located in a very nice quiet area. The full breakfast was amazing, waffles, eggs, sausage, home style oatmeal with lots of topping choices, good coffee.

The room wasn't cleaned there was trash under the queen beds and playdough in the rooms by the Air conditioner, room smelled like cigarette smoke, sofa roll out bed sheet and mattress was stained and dirty. The queens beds were not queen size they were more like like full size bed only...rooms were too small and narrow. Don't post and say it's queen size beds when it's not.

Room was very nice. Sink was clogged and there was hair in the bathroom floor (I’m bald). Bed was comfy and breakfast was better than many places. Our room was right across from the elevators so it was quite noisy.

Great breakfast included. Easy free parking, large suite-style rooms and very reasonable rates. I needed some document copy printing and the front desk handled it for me at no cost. Lots of candies and freshed baked cookies available as a courtesy for arriving guests, A great place to stay in Schaumburg!

My bathroom area was ant infested. Breakfast was to go to 10am they stopped refilling the food at 9 am. It was a busy Saturday. Let’s just say not much was available. A disappointing Bonvoy experience.
