The desk is not attended. The person is available by text adn was very nice when she arrived. You need to login to get your room number and door code. No amenities, coffee or tea. Rooms are clean and updated but an older hotel.

The facility is unfortunately only staffed 2-8pm daily. None of exterior doors lock at night. Front desk staff was very helpful. The place was very clean and convenient to shops and restaurants.

Bathroom was very cold, and no food available when I got there at 7pm. But the room was fine and comfortable.
