It would be nice if they had a shuttle going to one of the casinos at least, but they do not. We had an issue with loud neighbors and they were accommodating to us and moved us to another room. That room was nice, however we discovered some small ants crawling on the coffee table and floor which was a little gross. We did bring it to their attention when we left. The breakfast was good and appreciated.

Would not stay here again. The property was very run down. There is no outside seating anywhere on the property. The bushes were overgrown and there were weeds growing rampantly making the whole property look trashy and unkempt.The poolnwas closed and the bar is only open on weekends.

Great staff very kind and accommodating. Rough locals intoxicated constantly in the lobby and parking lot asking for money etc. the gym and pool are in a very secluded grungy basement which was NOT SAFE.

We had to change rooms. First room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled, there were ants everywhere, bodily fluid stains on the pull out couch and bed skirts. Did not receive blankets/sheets for pull out couch. We were given a new room next door. It smelled better and there were no ants. However there were dried boogers on the comforters, mold and dried blood on the curtains and someone dried spit on the wall. Could not shower, it was nasty and there was hardly any water . I would not recommend . Also still did not receive any blankets.

Room, sheets and bathroom appeared clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable-big and thick without much give causing a very unnatural sleeping position. Overall though the property is worn out and they have applied quick fixes and cheap coverups rather than truly fixing them. Could see ceiling water damage in room, cheap flooring applied over uneven floors, sloppy caulk in bathroom, old faucets, molding missing in bathroom, worn out curtain. Hallways and elevator areas dingy and not clean. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was super weak, bread stale, eggs dry, milk warm, orange juice subpar, waffles were odd tasting and they just didn't have a great variety. Even the plastic ware was very cheap and flimsy. My overall impression is that the property owners are doing things as cheaply as possible in order to save money and make a profit.

We stayed for a single night to see a concert at Mohegan Sun, which was an expensive cab ride to and from the hotel. There were two locked doors inside of our room, presumably entrances to the other rooms on either side of us. This made us uncomfortable and uneasy. It was hard to sleep knowing there were 3 different entrances to our room. The pillows were oddly shaped and strange, they were simply not usable and neither one of us slept much at all. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. The hallways STUNK of heavy chemicals, probably whatever they were using to clean, but the smell was overwhelming. Accommodations were ok and our room was clean. Passable for a single night, but won’t stay again.

Exercise room had very little equipment -- especially, no stationary bike. Pool in good condition, though. A "suite" as my room was billed is expected to have two rooms, with a door between the bedroom and sitting room. This was just a normal-sized hotel room, I guess they call the (unseparated) area with desk and couch a sitting room. A fine room, but don't call it a suite. Probably management can do little about this, but there was talking in the hallway after bedtime, and also for the first time in hundreds of hotel nights I heard sex noises from the next room. Potential customers may want to know, this may be a place, being in the casino vicinity, where people take sex workers. Room was clean, the blackout shades worked, and breakfast was good. Shower flow wasn't great -- high pressure but narrow stream.

This was a last-minute stay and it was one of the few hotels available during Labor Day weekend. The room was decent however, the pullout couch was a torture chamber. Not only was the tiny mattress stained and torn, It was so uncomfortable as the springs were going through the mattress itself. The mattress was only 2 inches thick and it was the most uncomfortable torturous experience of my life. They should be ashamed to have anyone sleep on such a poor kept couch.

Staff tried bait and switch with a 75 dollar increase for a jacuzzi we were not interested in. They claimed the room I initially paid for wasn't available. I asked to speak with a manager and the desk people acquiesced and gave me a room for the prepaid price. When we entered; it was the same room I paid for online! They lied to get me to pay extra!! Arrived and given a room on the first floor. Went to the bathroom to find that a "present" was left from the previous occupants. Not one to make a big deal out of things, I flushed it, only to find that the toilet began backing up. I called the front desk for them to tell me that maintenance wasn't available (they did offer me a plunger) and that they could switch my room. Next they gave me a room on the 4th floor. We opened the door to find that it hadn't even begun to be cleaned. I returned to the front desk where the less-than apologetic staff gave me a key to another room on the 5th floor, which was thankfully clean, with the toilet in working order, with no "leftovers" from previous occupants to be found.

It’s affordable. Rooms are big. The floor is pretty old. The pool is very small and in the basement. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is just okay, not many options. The location is good, close to the casino and some good restaurants.

It was just okay. $200 a night, I expected better. But, it wasn’t too bad. We were in town for a sporting event at Foxwoods & many hotels were booked or double the price. For that cost, I want to feel comfy, relaxed and as if the cost is so worth it. The included breakfast in the nice lobby was a perk. Our beds were comfy (yay!) The room seemed like they tried to update it with a pop of color on a wall & new hanging wall art (crooked). Our room had a yogurt (?!) smell that we had to simply just get used to. Not sure what that was. Bathroom was a 6 on 1-10 scale but decent. Very hesitant to try the pool…my daughter got creeped out going down what seemed like basement stairs to get there. Gym is tiny. Staff was VERY nice and hard working.
