Hotel was great! Staff was friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and spacious! Continental breakfast was a good option to stay in! I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! Great for Auburn Gameday! They offer a shuttle for guest from Tiger town which is a great option, however we did not use it!

Our overall impression was that this hotel is a good option for an overnight stay or for a longer stay. I believe a bit more attention should be paid to the rooms, but the property itself was in clean condition. Typical continental breakfast, including some meats. The pool was very clean and the kids loved it. I would definitely book again.

The hotel was very clean, inside and out. One of the cleanest La Quintas that we have ever stayed in. Felt very safe. Easy access location. Close to the highway so it was a little noisy in the morning, we were in a room facing the highway. Nice little gym. . We didn't use the pool. Good breakfast, coffee not so good. Lots of room for parking a trailer or rv. The woman at the check in desk could have been more friendly. They do charge an extra $25 plus tax for pet per night. We would stay there again.

The gym wasn’t actually 24/7. And this was because the hotel staff didn’t want to keep kids out of the gym. It’s a keyed entrance! What is there to do! Iv been to this hotel 10ish times. Was never an issue before. But more importantly, the door to the room didn’t stay closed. Hotel staff told me to slam the door harder. Still didn’t work. The main amenity I pick this hotel for isn’t important enough for the staff to do their job. And the room doors don’t close Never staying again

Sheet were pills, need to be replaced. Could not sleep because of that. Mold in shower. Noisy doors slamming. We tried to get coffee and orange but the machines did not work properly. When somewhere else. Will not stay again.

Only a one night stay and I will say the Hotel looks brand new. Room was huge! Very clean, super comfy bed. Breakfast was very good and location perfect. I will stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel was nice but it had an odor and I guess it was from the pets in the hotel. The elevator lady could’ve used some mopping. There was hair and all around my sink and on a washcloth that was in the room but overall the stay was decent.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the lobby is beautifully designed, creating a great first impression. However, my experience with the room left much to be desired. I stayed on the first floor in what felt like a very small space. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was not as clean as expected, and the bed linen had an unpleasant odor, resembling sweat, which made me question whether it had been changed between guests. These issues overshadowed the otherwise nice aspects of the property.

Room was nice, bright with a great layout and amenities. Our bathroom was really quite disgusting. Stained washcloths, dirty floor, moldy shower curtain, caulk around tub/floor was almost black. Yuk. Asked for and received another room, which was better, but still dirty and in surprisingly poor condition given how new the property is. Elevators, other public areas also quite dirty. Service was friendly and professional. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Loved how friendly the staff is. Nice and clean EXCEPT the last 2 times we’ve stayed i noticed the shower caulking needs bleached. Both times the shower (different rooms) has black mold in caulking along the bottom. 😳

We loved this hotel, great service, nice room, excellent staff. The breakfast was exceptional. Only two minor issues. Room 414, maybe the whole 4th floor, had very poor wifi. It was fine when I went down to the lobby. Please put in a booster for 4th floor. Also, the tv in that room, though large, an LG, had poor color, bluish tent throughout. Either someone needs to adjust it or it needs replacing. No LG remote to try to adjust so don't know. A little annoying with such a nice flat screen. But, would stay here again, not on 4th floor.

The only negatives on this property were that the lobby coffee service machine was out of order and the blackout blind ended about an inch from the top letting light stream in. Couldn't darken the room completely. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and good parking. Staff was friendly. Delicious complimentary chocolate chip cookies. As with almost all hotels today, the toilets are extremely low. If you have bad knees, it can be painful. We will most likely stay here again when visiting grandson at Auburn. Good value for the money.

3rd floor king room was spotless, with wonderful A/C, water pressure& temp, quiet and comfy. Comfortable bed and linens, fluffy towels. We had everything we needed for a nice overnight stay. Will be back the next time we are in the area!

I would have given 5 stars but the carpet in our room was stained and dirty looking. Other than that this hotel is great! We have stayed her the past 3 years when we're in town for business. The same lady has checked us in all three years and she has the best personality. We always remember her and she always remembers us. The beds are comfortable, bathroom has good hot water and pressure, it's a quite hotel, and is in a great location. I will stay here again next year.

When we checked in, the obviously-tired desk manager couldn't initially find our reservation. She grew frustrated with us and made us wait while she helped other guests. She began to say we don't have a room, and she was uninterested in seeing my receipts from hotels.com. After we gently insisted we'd booked one, she eventually "checked" in "another spot" and found our names. Her attitude changed, and we got our keys. Accommodations were clean and nice. Breakfast was slow, however, as food items were replaced only gradually by an attendant who was literally watching a soccer game on his phone as he casually worked. While a hungry group of people watched him.

After multiple communications and assurance that our reservation would be held until midnight by a La Quinta staff person (and forwarded me an email to further assure me), we arrived at the hotel at 9:45 and the person at the desk said they let our reservation go. She said there were no rooms left. She apologized but gave us no options. It was move in weekend at Auburn ?university and we had no where to go. Very disappointed - we have liked La Quinta in the past. I plan on contacting them directly about this. We had nowhere to go at 10 pm at night.

Room and parking lot were comfortable and clean. Checked in on line arrived 10 minutes after my predicted arrival. Was informed by the desk that my room would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, asked the desk about my room. Informed still not ready. Concerned that we had dinner reservations in 1 hour and both needed to shower before dinner. I pushed for a reason why the room wasn't ready. Front desk told me those that had pre check in had priority. I informed her that I had submitted pre check in. She said " HOLD ON, I FOUND YOUR CHECK IN" . I requested any available room with a shower. Was downgraded to a queen room that was immediately available. Asked to speak to a manager was told they were unavailable until 3days later

We’ve found a hotel in the Opelika/Auburn Alabama’s area that we love! Everything is very clean, everyone is friendly. There’s a movie theater within walking distance, restaurants. And even a Texas Roadhouse.

Good hotel about 15 min to Auburn. Beds are comfortable but linens should probably be updated. The included breakfast was not good at all which is why I took off one star. I can usually find something to eat at these hotel breakfasts but this one was lacking of any healthy options and most importantly the coffee machine was broken during our entire stay.

Empfang und Personal freundlich, Zimmer geräumig, viel Platz. Leider war das Bettlaken dreckig(Kotfleck). Bei sofortiger Meldung wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, da war der Teppich fleckig. Da kein Hausservice mehr im Haus war, erhielten wir wenigstens ein saubesres Bettlacken und haben es dann selbst getauscht. Hotel war schön, beim Frühstück gab es keinen Kaffee.
