Very nice hotel. Conveniently located. Have stayed here a few times because the airport shuttle supposedly runs every half hour, for free. One time, they had to call the shuttle driver back because he went home for the night. This last visit, came down at 4:25a.m. and “the driver just left”, so we had to wait for her return. She was back by 4:50, so it wasn’t a long wait, & she immediately took us to the airport even though we didn’t ask to go before the scheduled time. So it seems there really isn’t a schedule for the airport shuttle. Which can be kind of stressful if you have to check bags.

If you arrive really late might not find parking. But the place is super clean staff friendly tons of space on the rooms and are clean. Will definitely come back to check out the pool. Not far from old market and airport. 24 hour drink station and snacks for purchase many options

They need to advertise better that it is paid parking and what the rate is. Unnecessary if you ask me. Breakfast is not included and prices are high. Was a decent place. Trying to figure out lighting in the room was a little confusing.

We were given the wrong room number upon checking in....and went to a room that was already occupied. The person occupying the room said the same thing happened to them. Breakfast is not complimentary....you have to pay $17 per adult......none of the treadmills work (fitness center was advertise)......there was no hand soap in the bathroom...overall not as great as we thought it was going to be. We did enjoy the surrounding area a lot. Camrbia was close by so this was good. You also have to pay $12 per night for parking. Overall, felt like a lot of money grabbing that wasn't advertised.

The staff was the nicest part of the hotel. I rented a room to visit my friend who is currently going through cancer treatment. I’ve never been to Omaha so I could only go off of the prettiest pictures on the site. I was so excited to visit a hotel that I would normally see in Scottsdale. When I arrived, it was very far from it. The photos had to be from another location. The interior is very dated and not the beautiful modern dining experience I was expecting from the pictures online. It was the same as any other breakfast buffet style hotel. My bed had hair on the sheets once I pulled back the bedding. I got a two bed room so my friend could stay the night if she wanted so I just thought I’ll try the other bed but there was hair on that one too. The bathtub had rust and sludge around the handles. There was an empty box of tissues with one crumpled on top to give the illusion it was filled and the entire body soap was empty. Lastly the room was set to heat at 75 so I had to wait a few hours before it was cooled down. There was just no care put into the room whatsoever and I was so disappointed considering it was my first solo trip and I had been looking at hotels for weeks. There were two ladies I interacted with and they were very nice. The one I spoke to in particular when I was checking out was so sympathetic and kind to me. I didn’t say anything to them sooner bc the trip was all about my friend and being present for her. I didn’t have the bandwidth to worry about it.

First room was dirty. Like they didn’t clean between guest. The wedding still had someone’s hair on it and crumbs in bed. Between headboard and mattress was nasty, which was easily visible due to layout of room.

The check-in process was substandard. They offered no water no extras for their guest rooms were a bit pricey for what you get. I brought it to the attention of the front desk personnel and advise her that the rooms were dirty. The sofas had stains and she said that’s just what it is. They’re working on getting it cleaned. I had hair on my bed. I’m not sure how they have a 9.0 rating, but the staff were decent enough. At least they acknowledge your presence but way over price for what you get.

This hotel is okay, but be mindful of your bill (potential scam). This hotel has a nice lobby and bar. The rooms are decent however two significant concerns were noted during my stay 1. Room cleanliness. This room was far from pristine. The housekeeping team does not pay attention to detail. The shower had hair in it and some surfaces had layers of dirt such as the blow dryer drawer that had layers of dust in it. The sheets did not have the normal crispness you would expect. I would not be surprised if the sheets weren’t changed from the previous stay. 2. We had two rooms on two different floors and housekeeping did not service either during our stay. Our trip was short so it wasn’t worth complaining about but it shows a continued lack of attention. To be fair there was ample time to clean as we left our room at 10am and returned at four. When we left the housekeeper was two rooms down so we assumed the room would be serviced. The most egregious error was upon check out. I went to the front desk to check out and the clerk Bonnie said “ you are all set to go”. When I asked for a receipt she said “ I’ll see if I can get it because sometimes we can’t with third party reservations”. She returned with a printout and I saw numerous cafe purchases. When I looked closer, the charges were added then deleted but what remained was a $5.00 gratuity charge. I went back to Bonnie who checked us in to have the charge removed, which she did. You have to pay for parking in their parking lot. The bed sits weirdly in the middle of the room with your head facing away from the door. We hated the set up. The tv was off to the side so really uncomfortable to turn your head to watch should you wish to from the bed. It was clean and staff was fine, but we won’t be going back.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been great. Front desk people are always friendly and quick. Lately it seems they’ve been having problems with the door keys not working with the doors all the time. But whenever I’ve had to go back down to the front desk to get new keys, it’s a quick and friendly process. I’ve loved the view of every room I’ve stayed in. The rooms are really sleek and cool. I especially love the size of the bathrooms and the fact that there’s a Bluetooth speaker connected to the bathroom mirror! Or behind the mirror. Either way, you turn it off and on directly from the mirror. Super cool

I booked this property after extensive research for a birthday getaway and I would label my trip as just okay. My stay was for 2 nights. The Good: -The shower was amazing with a really great glass panel along with a Bluetooth mirror. -The bed was comfortable. -The staff were friendly when I asked for more towels. -The overall room looked very nice with no cigarette smell. The not so Good: -There was a blinking light over the bed that was pretty distracting while trying to sleep. I wonder why this was placed above the bed. -I recieved no housekeeping on the first night and had to get additional towels from the front desk. -Coming out of the elevator had a smell of broccoli, but only near the elevator. -The couch in the room was stained and didn't look great. -The light/charger on one side of the bed didn't work.

It is a very clean and modern hotel! I enjoyed my stay overall but the thermostat in my room did not work according to the staff the hotel actually controls the temperature in all rooms and they are each kept at the same temperature. Upon checking out I was told that wasn't the case. So I didn't get much sleep because I was miserably hot all night. Housekeeping overlooked a few small details like a random cup of something was left on the side table but otherwise, the room seemed clean. I will stay again if I know for sure that the thermostats work and that guests have control of their room temps.

Beautiful newer property with very spacious rooms and modern amenities. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I would have given this a 5 star rating if not for the noisy bar across the street that our room faced and check in staff seemed to be more attentive to the pilots that arrived after me that she stopped checking me in to help them.

This was by far the worse hotel stay I have ever had during my decades of travel. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed to be working. I inquired how breakfast worked and they stated breakfast is an extra charge. This is not unusual but I showed them my Expedia booking that showed breakfast for 2. The staff argued that was an error and not included. I contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel to confirm I paid for the breakfast. Finally got breakfast coupons but after checkout , I found they charged my wife and I for breakfast. Then our keys would not work and after trying 3 new sets it still did not work. They said they would enter. Work Order to fix door for next morning. My wife went down to inquire about when it would be fixed because if we both left the room we could not get back in. The work order was never entered. However the onsite service guy came right up and fixed it and said all the front desk had to do was call him and he would have come. They did offer another room but who wants to pack up and move in the evening. The floors were filthy and curtains had stains everywhere. I wish I could add pictures for everyone to see. Do not trust Expedia reviews but also check Trip Advisor for true reviews. Very disappointed that Expedia would have this hotel as a client.

I booked two nights friday and saturday. We got in friday at 8pm. We were told they saw our booking but no longer had a room available. There was no kindness, apology or further explanation. No attempt to make it right, nothing. They turned away two yound women alone at night with no wjere else to go. We came back the next night and there was no accommodation, not even free parking, a free snack.. anything and still no smile, no hello, no friendliness whatsoever. Insanely disappointing.

I\'m sure staffing is an issue everywhere ... but ... I was up at 4:00 in the morning and decided to do some work. I tried to make a fresh cup of coffee with the in room Keurig coffee machine. It seemed broken so I called down to the front desk. The night manager said he\'d find another "working" machine and bring it up to me. Forty minutes later I found him in the lobby asleep. Embarrassed he said he forgot. We then proceeded up to a room adjacent to mine on the third floor where he borrowed another functioning Keurig machine so I could make my coffee. I really liked the Cambria property. Clean and modern designed rooms. But staffing was problematic.

When I walked into this place staying the first time, I was very impressed!!! Nice hotel and tough location to beat. Staff kind also. However, I didnt get a lick of sleep since 2 rooms close by me on my floor were having parties. After 2nd call made to front desk at 3am, the noise finally settled enough to sleep by 3:30am!!!! Need to enfoce quiet hours for sure by 1am at this hotel!!! Some people actually get up in the morning instead of sleeping all day! Hotel so nice, but that is definitely disappointing here!!!!

The housekeeping staff never came in my room the whole time I was there! I stayed for 5 nights! I even called them twice and still nothing! Plus I saw a maid in the hallway and told her to ,make sure and do my room because I was out of everything. I didn't even have one square of toilet paper left! Ridiculous

Great location with good food options nearby and easy walking access to the CHI Arena, Omaha Riverfront Park and the fun Old Market area in downtown Omaha. Hotel stuff was great in resolving some reservation quirks due to a delayed flight and late arrival. A nice pool as well.

This was a wonderful hotel and location! Restaurants & a coffee shop right across the street! Two things to note: I know understand the food in the hotel is a “restaurant” but for breakfast it is an open concept continental style. There was no host or waiter to check you in but that is NOT included. I had sat down with my food and within 5 seconds staff came over to hand me by bill. I didn’t mind the bill but I was put off that this was not communicated at check in AT ALL and I barely had gotten one bite into my mouth. The second thing is though our room was “clean” the bathroom lacked sweeping and mopping the floors. There were past dust and other debris on the floor.

The bartender at the in-house bar/restaurant treated me and other customers to her personal drama instead of serving us as the customers we all were. Emailed management about the issue, but never got a response. I’ll gladly skip this hotel in the future.

Lovely hotel. We enjoyed the lobby bar and the interesting room layout. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only things I would change are 1. providing more creamer pots in the room. Was only enough for one person. 2. Provide real coffee cups not just paper ones. Room had actual glasses so real cups don’t seem unreasonable. Location was great. We attended an event at CHI Health arena and another one at Slowdown. Both easy walking even in cold weather.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the swimming pool late hours. We arrived late from a long road trip and we could relax. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast.
