The room was very clean - the only one thing was the marks on the carpet under the mirror area which were very noticeable as soon as we entered the room. I was unsure of it was marked or burnt? The parking was very good and very reasonable priced considering what some hotels are charging now. Bed was very comfortable, adequate lighting, bathroom very clean and stocked with all toiletries. A quiet room. Although not used there is a very well stocked service area at reception providing a wide range of products Breakfast in the morning was very good with a good choice of items…….I never realised that poached eggs or omelette could be provided. Overall a very good hotel with excellent service

Hotel was okay, nothing special. Staff were pretty cold, and werent overly engaging. Bed's were okay, the bathroom in the room needed some cosmetic attetion, and there was a weird stain on the carpet. Limited parking availability made it difficult if you were arriving back at the hotel any later than 7pm.

Great hotel with great facilities. They offer free bus tickets to city centre and the arena which was brilliant. All staff we encountered were lovely.

I stayed for a week while on business in the area. Nice hotel, comfortable, good service, clean and good quick food, only downside was the car park was very busy with guests having left cars while offshore and parking was difficult to find a space.

Hotel is very well placed for access to the airport or to the city. Room was nice apart from a few burns on the carpet and marks on the wall. Food was good and plentiful. Only compalint is the size of the wash hand basin in the bathroom, it's far too small and is tucked into the wall under the mirror.

Its starting to get worn. I stayed here regularly through work over a two year period pre-covid and it was 'different' back then. Now its little things like bulbs in lights blown and not replaced (bathroom shaving mirror and shower ceiling), stains on the back of curtains, blood spots still on pillows (not washed properly) and no room service - though you can avail of the shop 24hrs where you can buy, for example, a tin of pepsi for over £2.... Nope... This used to be my go to place to stay in Aberdeen. In future I'll check out somewhere else...

Lovely big room and super comfy bed. The lady at breakfast (Sarah?) was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Deserves a mention as some people hate their jobs and are miserable; she was so wonderful. Medium black stain on the carpet is my only negative comment; and didn't ruin my stay!

Staff great. Room was ok but c the carpet in room 409 was so stained it either needed cleaning or replacing plus on entering the room you could still see bits on the floor, which I picked up. Bath towels quite small. Everything else in the room was excellet only the carpet made me not want to put bare feet on the ground.

The hotel is a standard Marriott and to be honest I didn't expect much. However, the rooms are nice, bed is very comfortable and I slept very well. Everything was spotlessly clean too. The staff are the real stars here. What a wonderful team. So friendly, courteous and helpful. I had a specific issue that I could not fix as my flight back to Aberdeen was delayed. I rang the hotel, even though I was not booked in for that night (I stayed the night before) and they went out of their way to fix this for me. Excellent

Helpful and friendly staff from start to finish. Bed nice and big and comfortable. Very clean throughout hotel. Nice breakfast, fully English and continental style. The bad bit was the design of the toilet partition wall, smoked glass wall with glass door. Not very private and the light would shine through the glass wall and over the bed at night.

The rooms are spacious and modern. The bed is comfortable and I think this hotel must have been refurbished very recently. WIFI is good ….. and free and breakfast was good value with a good varied menu of hot and cold buffet foods. Victoria was a credit to the hotel and was chatty, friendly and bubbly yet proffessional and gave some excellent recommendations.

Despite paying for parking - I received a parking fine. I was travelling in my work van so the fine went straight to the directors with managers etc copied in. It was quickly cancelled but still felt like I shouldn’t have been put in that position in the first place. I made a complaint and was assured I’d get a call within 5 days but never heard anything back. With the large selection of hotels in this area, I’ve recently been using other nearby hotels. Left a bad taste. Won’t be back.

Check in was horrendously slow then the guy gave us a receipt for the agreed rate but on checking visa a much higher figure came off! 30 minutes standing there at 11 pm was just too slow!

What can I describe about this hotel. The are more people than actual seats in the restaurant. The reception, restaurant, bar, meeting area, etc is all in the same room. This hotel is extreanly busy you will be lucky to get a seat.. not becuase the its so good... becuase there are so few. Loads of tradesman just getting smashed on the beer at night. The steak was £28... for a 8oz steak that when asled for Rare is given ti you what ever the chef felt like cooking it. I shall leave that for my food review.

Very nice hotel. Delicious vegan salad- one of the best I’ve ever had. The tiny gym is also a nice touch. Nice decor and clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Absolutely, the most friendly and helpful staff! Wonderful customer service, an A for their effort and they should be commeded! The negative: the carpet in our room was full of stains. The food at the restaurant was a bit disappointing in quality, flavor and cost. I would still return because of how wonderful the staff were!
