The staff was super nice, quick easy check in. The room was mostly clean other than they left the coffee pot basket out with old used coffee in it. Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. Clean and working and kids loved it. They also had a sauna. Breakfast had breads/muffins, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bananas, yogurt, cereal. They kept the breakfast area stocked and clean.

The host that checked us in was very nice helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was ok. The jacuzzi hot tub in the pool area wasn’t working but that wasn’t a problem we were OK with that. I’m sure they’ll get it fixed. Everything was fine.

Exceptionally clean, large indoor pool with vaulted ceiling, great hot breakfast and they wiped tables down once you got up, wonderful shower and products, larger fridge microwave and coffee maker. Sheets and blankets were fine but not the quality of the other motels on this trip. They were clean the room was dated but good price for one night. Quick check in friendly night time receptionist. Would recommend.

Easy check in, comfortable beds and super clean everything! The staff was kind and helpful. The room was the perfect size for my family. Breakfast had lots of options. Coffee and ice water available 24 hours. Though we didn’t use it, the pool looked nice too. Definitely worth the money.

This hotel is fine in a pinch, but given the other local options we wont stay here again. Linens were stained, towels stained, we asked for our room to be cleaned 3 days in on a 5 days stay and all they did was empty the trash and pile uo new towels, didnt even take the old towels we had in a pile. The breakfast was fine.

Sadly, the quality of the hotel has gone downhill. I\'ve stayed here many times over the years, but it\'s different now. Staff is pleasant, but the hotel needs remodeling and rejuvenating. The carpet in our room felt dirty, the tub felt "squishy" while standing during a shower, the pillows were hard. They have recently painted the walls, but that\'s all. And even with that, the cozy lodge look is gone and has been replaced with generic decorating. And the exterior walls are now different colors. Not sure if that\'s because they are still in process or if it\'s intentional. I didn\'t see anyone working out there, so..... anyway, I was not impressed on this visit at all.

Comfortable bed and pillows, AC worked really well - I like the room super cold, Lobby is nice and staff is accessible. The only negatives for me were that the printer wasn't working and when walking down the halls it felt a little muggy/humid/damp. Not so in the room.

The first room AC unit wasnt working and the room was in rough shape. Moved to second room, upgraded room, which was nice, but the room smelled of wet dog. Carpet desperately needed cleaning. Dog barking across the hall, but did stop at bed time. The plumbing of the above room is in the ceiling of our room, so we could hear all showers, toilet flushing, etc from above. Pool was great. Eating area was small. Entire facility was very poorly lit. Very dark and hard to see anything.

Room was very nice but when we checked in I waited a long time for anyone to come to the front desk. There was a bell and a phone to contact someone but that seemed useless as well. Later when I had internet connection problems, again another 10 minute or so wait for help. Next morning there was an older gentleman actually manning the desk which was really nice. Breakfast somewhat cold as well.

Friendly desk staff. Although he did announce my room number out loud which he should know better for my security. I was out on the 2nd floo. There is no elevator so I could not take my heavy suitcase up and down by myself. There were unsupervised kids tossing a ball in the lobby which seemed inappropriate.

We had a change of travel plans which caused a misunderstanding with our reservation made through expedia upon check in. Clerk tried to help us then called for the manager. Manager was very calming and accomodating, as he helped us sort put the misunderstanding. We drove 8 hours and were totally exhausted. Manager allowed us to check in early, got us a room on tbe first floor, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We recommend if you are in the Austin, MN area to stay here. Book through the hotel directly, and save some $

The room smelled of a very strong cologne the effected my asthma after airing out the room there was a musty/mold smell. The rooms where out dated front desk was upset I used a booking app instead of going threw the hotel and told me multiple times to not use a booking app. The pool and hot tub bother were nice perfect temperature. Pool stayed open tell 12 for adults. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

The hotel hallways smell of curry. When pipe hammering started they did not believe me when I reported it. Only when it persisted did they act on it and stop the pipe hammering. That was the first night. The rest of my stay was fairly quiet. The breakfast was a sad experience and we decided to drive to McDonalds to improve the experience.
