Hyatt Centric Guatemala City

The breakfast was excellent. Great selection and quality as well as service by the staff.

The service at Hyatt Centric Guatemala was exceptional. From the door man, guest services, room service, everyone was just wonderful. The hotel is lovely and has many cultural references in its entire space. The restaurant and food were excellent as well. Highly recommend if staying in the area. Will be booking Hyatt Centric from now on for my Guatemala trips.

Well serviced and clean

I didn’t feel welcome at this hotel. Upon to my arrival, there was no bellboy to help with luggage. Se unity guard helped us to bring luggage to the elevator. While waiting for the room the bellboy showed up. He was traitor make conversation by asking a bunch of questions. Help desk clerk (Sandy) processed my check in and told me to wait 10 minutes and left. Somebody else arrived and started helpings other guests. Fifteen minutes later, he asked me if I needed any assistance. I told him I was waiting for my room. He asked me for my identification and my wife’s ID so he could complete the check in. The bed sheets looked all worn out. It seems to be like the hotel is more for people who work in the area rather than family oriented.

Excellent location, Cortes’s staff, beautiful installations, good wifi, shower, gym, just an excellent combination for an enjoyable stay.
