The jacuzzi room was very comfortable and enjoyable. The receptionist was very helpful, and I profusely apologized for being difficult.

Nice hotel with basic amenities. Parking right outside room door, dated but clean rooms. Continental breakfast of cereals, milk, OJ, coffee, bagels and toast. Would stay again.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean and well equipped room. Watch out for the steep driveway.

The extra large and deep jacuzzi was heaven after being on my feet for 12+ hours! & the staff were incredibly helpful from helping give me directions every 20 minutes or so bc i wasnt local round there and my gps just gave up on me! I will definetly be back to these clean beautiful and absolute treasures these rooms andntheir staff are ! And i love thatbits up on a hill, kinda. Feels more honey somehow, idk! Older motel with recent newly built additions and up dated older sections. Quiet , very clean. I will stay again on return trip

The key didnt work in the door. The ice machine was broke. The staff were very helpful.

New mgmt is updating decor so its only 1/2 done. New paint, ancient dirty and torn carpet, new fixtures but hole in walls from previous, and barely working microwave & mini-fridge. Mgmt trying to charge us for room before we arrived caused bank to flag as suspicious and put a hold on our account. We were able to fix it and pay for the room, but the inconvenience left a bad feeling. The surrounding community is a delight if you want to get away from the city, but I don't think I would stay here again.

Steep gravel parking lot, so be aware if youre on a motorcycle. Ice machine was out of order. Otherwise fine for the price, clean and comfy

Our third stay at this property...looks like a new crew is there...Tami and Haley were working their butts off ...the King room we were in was improved with new shower and tub and large tv....place was clean...air was ice cold. Bed was very comfortable and the ladies were super nice...the price was awesome...for a quick stop over you can't complain.

The Ac unit needed a new cover The place is older but pretty clean. There were stains on the top sheet. Kinda gross.... the beds needed update as well as the pillows We didnt get a chance to have breakfast. Overall for a quick stop in overnight it was okay. No bugs which is a bonus

We checked into motel only to find live bedbugs! We went staff and showed them the bugs and they didnt want to believe us at first , they did finally admit it was indeed a bedbug and switched us to another room. We had no choice but to stay there as there was no other openings anywhere and nothing under 40 minutes away , let alone it was after 10 pm in the evening . We had just finished a full days travel and were exhausted. We were highly disappointed

Thankfully, I always check rooms at all places my family and I stay in prior to taking in any luggage, etc bc my kids and I were unable to stay at the cottonwood inn as planned due to a huge presence of flies throughout the room when we walked in, bedbug feces on both boxsprings and a cockroach crawling on the wall behind the door as we were leaving before even being in the room for 5 mins. I have rightfully so asked for a refund and even tho I have pics to prove the presence of the bedbugs and the cockroach, I have been denied a refund from hotels.com bc the owner of the Inn will not respond to any messages or calls sent by hotels.com or myself to verify that a refund can be given bc it’s at their discretion, although the woman working when we left said hotels.com would have to issue the refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t book a room at this place and if you do, check the room out WELL before taking anything in! Due to the room being infested, my kids and I had to drive an additional 30 mins after driving all day on our first day of vacation to find another hotel, which cost me another $150 I wasn’t planning to spend on our family vacation.

Deep cleaning desperately needed. Linens need replaced as they are thin and stained. No hot water for shower. Front desk was pleasant though.

1st room wasn't handicap accessible, but it was nice. The handicapone they gave me next, gave my mom bedbugs(and probably our stuff) and the last room is nice. AC works in all the rooms. Breakfast was cold cereal, bread and bagels, orange juice and oatmeal (some)

The linens and towels had stains. Thd red cover looked disgusting. The sink took along time to drain, almost clogged. The shower is small and was too scared to use tub. Grout coming off tile. The ice machine broken. You could hear car doors. Expensive fir what you got. Air rattles which helped outside noise once you got used to it.

A very pleasant stay for me! The desk staff was friendly and courteous, the room was clean and quiet. That's a win for me! Thanks for a very nice experience, and enjoy the gift I left for you!

This is a small Inn. Nothing fancy but the staff is really sweet and the rooms are comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet comfortable room, this is the place to stay.

Beds were clean which is my main concern. Was glad about that. Rest of the room could be cleaned better. Under the beds were pretty dirty. Just some more fine tune cleaning and bits of updating would be what could be better. Front dest lady was awesome! Very kind and helpful. Would stay again for the price.

We were directed to 3 different rooms that would open with the keys we were given. Finally opened one with staff’s master key. Never given one that worked. So we co room because we couldn’t get back in. No hot water just barely lukewarm. It looks nice & clean outside but the room we stayed in could still use some maintenance and upgrading

Overall, this motel is inexpensive and they provide daily towel replacements. This is my best option for staying in this part of Arkansas. I told staff about a broken smoke detector and lamp in the room. They said they would address those problems. The walls are thin and we had noisy neighbors, which isn't the fault of Cottonwood Inn, but noise from the parking lot and adjacent rooms can be expected when staying here.

Didn't have a microwave, had to ask for one; refrigerator thawed out after putting items in it, had to ask for a new frig. Door had a gap where plentycof light came thru, had to slam door to get it to close, not safe. Paint coming off walls, dangerous electical outlets, no toliet paper rod installed. Beds were soft but dirty, Ellen was very helpful only good thing about place.

Hotel is dated and in desperate need of a remodel. Refrigerator in room was not working. Bedding had a weird odor and even though it was a “non-smoking” room it still smelled of stale cigarettes. Breakfast consisted of a choice of cold cereal or maybe a stale bagel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only motel in town

The personel were friendly. Curtains were a bit difficult in trying to cover the entire window.

Check in was an issue, as we booked thru Orbitz and the person did not know how to work with this. Also, the door did not seal very well, and you could see a gap. The shower/bathtub was patched and in poor shape.

We had got detained and the staff was very accommodating for our very late checkin. We left something behind and they kept it for us till we returned to the area the next day. That was so nice. Customer service is a big part of trips we take and we would definitely stay again. Thank you Cottonwood Inn. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving.

The people were very friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator worked very well. We liked the room better than the Beau Rivage in Biloxi MS. We will be staying at the Cottonwood Inn again.

After a bad day traveling, we arrived at 9 PM to find the young lady sitting outside waiting on us. She checked us in quickly so we could get to our room and finally relax. We had a slight issue with our room and when I called the desk the next morning that young lady instantly offered a different room. It's the 1st time I didn't even have to ask. Almost every room was occupied, but there was no noise, not even traffic since the Inn sets up a hill. It's not perfect. It could use a little updating, but the super friendly staff and the incredible quiet made me not care. We'll be back!

Experience was terrible as they were advertised as pet friendly, and when we arrived told us that they had changed their policy and turned us away while taking my elderly parents to visit relatives. Left on our own to find a substitute at the last minute without options for a minimum of 20 miles in any direction.

Cottonwood is NOT the place anyone should stay. We reserved a 2 queen bed room and did not get what we reserved. The rooms are smoky, dark, and the beds are filthy. The owner does not live anywhere close to this property and hires sketchy locals. He (owner) did not help to resolve our issue and made the whole experience of asking for a refund a nightmare. He would not give Expedia the "OK" to refund us even though we were not getting what we booked. Booking through a 3rd party website was the issue. Hotel is NOT pet friendly. They have a sign on the inside office wall, but Expedia shows pet friendly with a $10/night fee. BUYER BEWARE!

The desk clerk who checked us in was awesome. room service personnel was the best we have seen even in 200.00 a night properties. will most definitely stay here again.

Pretty quiet and well kept! There is absolutely anything out here so for the price and selection it was good! Some of the rooms are bad but was switched to a king size room the was good nice sheets! So don’t except much! Was here for a basketball tournament so did it’s due!

Great value for the price - but you get what you pay for. Very quiet location. A lot of work has been done to make the place attractive. A/C worked great.

Not too much that I can say either good or bad. I think the best is to say it's ok for an overnight stay or two. It isn't the Ritz but it's also not a crazy expensive price. It was fairly clean and worth what we paid to stay. I don't know how breakfast would be in a busy season if there is one here but today breakfast choices are cereal, oatmeal, toast, and bagels.

I grew up in Salem and there’s not much of an option available. Came into town for a funeral. The Cottonwood has a history of not being the best. But I was pleasantly surprised! For the rate you are paying it was actually pretty great! Room was clean and ready at arrival. Linens were nice, bed was comfy. I chose the room with a kitchenette and it suited my needs. Breakfast provided, small but adequate. I would gladly stay here again.

For the price, this was a great stay… we just needed a bed for the night, and having breakfast ready in the morning was a bonus!
