It was ok. Not stellar, it was about 2 hour drive from yellowstone. 1 hour from Grand teton national park. The restaurants listed that are close by are all closed permanently, that was a bummer. On site lounge/deli was not open as promised (not sire if those hours were supposed to be seasonal) Quiet, nice area, but not great location with dinner options

Near national parks, price reasonable for location. Very clean. Restaurant choices okay between Victor and Driggs. Though we didn't use them, the pool and fitness room looked clean and well equipped. Only problem was we asked for housekeeping for our room mainly to replace towels and empty garbage but was never done and front desk person said it looked like housekeeping didn't even see request in book. Disappointing but front desk person gave us clean towels and we checked out after one more night anyway. Front desk staff was very good.

Very impersonal welcome; phone on counter saying to call for someone to come check us in. Told we needed to request room cleaning. What? Should be a part of the expensive bill. Then, when I did request after a couple of days, they had not touched the room. When I asked for come monetary compensation, I got a free apology and an offer to clean it the next morning!! Gee, thanks. Expensive place and they were not concerned with the lack of service we received. Glad we won't stay there again.

Nice clean room; however the washer and dryer were broken; Wifi didn't work 90% of the time; also they charge for use of the safe automatically and if you don't request them to remove it (if you didn't use the safe) within 60 days you get charged.

Good hotel, 40 minutes driving from Grand Teton. However if you stay in OCT to APR Teton pass is closed so difficult to get to the National Park within those months from the hotel. Not far from Victor is Driggs, a small city with plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Also on the Wyoming side is Jackson, a bigger city. Great warm breakfast. The small refrigerator in the room did not freeze and melted ice cream overnight. Internet was constantly disconnecting, went to reception asking them to restart the modem. What was odd the night stuff at front desk was hinting me that it is not their responsibility to do much about the internet. At the end he did restart it and it got better. Generally, would recommend if you get it for a reasonable price.

Cable tv didn’t work, faucet was broken, and shower pressure was low. Kept asking stuff about getting stuff fixed all they said is (I don’t know), the food was bad. Rooms get cleaned every 3 days. Hard to find anyone up in the front desk, called before arrival and no one answered the phone. Staff was too busy being on their phones. For $450 a day this isn’t worth it, it’s a motel not a hotel. Rather go to New York than stay here.

We booked a two night stay. Only able to stay one night. Got up in morning. Their boiler blew. We had no water, no shower, could not flush. They said they would get it fixed asap. We returned to room at 5pm after being in Tetons all day. They said they were closing the hotel since they had no water. After a long day we had to find another hotel in a town with only a few hotels. We then had to pack up our room and move to another hotel. Not optimal!!

The hotel falsely charged me two extra nights with a random rate. I have been calling them to solve this issue for the past two weeks, but every time they say they are busy and cannot solve it and promised that the last day to fix it would be 07/29. I waited patiently till the time they promised and still haven't gotten any valid response. Calling again, the same answer: they are too busy to take care of their mistakes. And no apologies from the front desk people.

We stayed here while visiting Grand Teton National Park. Hotel itself is great. Very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately there are basically no restaurants open in this area on Mondays and Tuesdays, so we had limited dining options. Many restaurants are also open for breakfast and lunch only. The one gas station closed each night around 9-10. Plan food and drinks accordingly and have a backup plan.

Check in was slow. Only hotel on our trip that asked me to initial multiple times (I don't have a pet, won't smoke, don't do drugs, not left handed etc etc). Otherwise a great hotel. Rooms were big, clean, comfortable, quiet. Couple of great BBQ type places to eat nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was clean. A great hotel all round.

Cobblestone suites is a great border location between ID and WY. Definitely worth the money. We liked the facilities. Everything was clean from towels to sheets to an extra tissue roll. Microwave was available in the room. I was here for 3 full days, and showed up for breakfast every day but eggs were missing for two of those days. They had a note saying "ran out of eggs". Can happen once, not twice. On the 3rd day, I scrapped some of the last eggs at 8:30 AM. For $300 a night with taxes, please cook some adequate eggs! This cannot be rocket science knowing headcount paid travellers in advance. Front desk ladies were exceptionally nice and kind. Restaurants around here do not have vegeterian options. The chicken is sometimes mixed with pork (spices or grind). I would recommend getting frozen gourmet meals beforehand. Excellent hotel. We look forward to coming back again. Excellent for transit stop as well. Great for kids as well.

The breakfast was not great to begin with, but the service left an even worse taste in my mouth. We arrived at breakfast a few minutes before it closed because we weren’t sure what time it was over. I asked for an item and the lady on the morning of Jan. 2 was very curt in her response and rude. She could have said it kindly, but she acted annoyed that we were even there. Another family was there and asked about the coffee and she had the same rude, curt response to her. The fellow customer and I looked at each other in shock and she shared that the worker was not very nice and could have been kinder. We both were treated terribly instead of with kindness. I do not recommend this hotel if they do not address this behavior and tell their staff to treat everyone with kind customer service. Perhaps consider a soft close on breakfast and emphasize customer service. The call button for the elevator was broken during our stay, so you could not take up luggage unless someone went up first and sent the elevator back down. We were informed of this upon check-in and they said they had a call out to fix it. The rest of the hotel is okay and it was clean, but guests are treated as an inconvenience instead of as valued customers.
