Booked this room for an event that was happening and when I booked the room way in advance the pool was open when I arrived it was down the whole weekend I didn’t receive any notice or anything that it was down untill I wanted to go enjoy it the front desk just kept saying it was down and didn’t know when it would be back I would’ve really wanted to know this ahead of time

It was definatly full or sports kids. I would change the rules of the hot tub to no children in it, because one of the reasons in booked this particular property was a hot tub!! When we got there it was full of kids.

This is a really nice hotel. The girl who checked us in was kind and patient, they have a outdoor patio area with tables, chairs and a fire pit, we did not use the pool or hot tub, the bed was very comfortable the pillows were really good. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again!!

It was far enough from highway to not hear noise. Breakfast was good and well stocked with options. After check in I was informed that the hot tub was broken which was the specific reason for booking at this location. Staff was very friendly but could only apologize as I had booked through Expedia and not directly through hotel. There was a dirty cup left on the floor from a previous person, and I could hear someone in the room next to or above snoring and it was loud enough to wake me several times throughout the night. I was able to get a $25 credit for another stay but it was my time and inconvenience I cannot get back.

This hotel appears to be fairly new with big clean rooms. Very updated looking and quite nice. The guy at the front desk was very nice and friendly and helpful! The hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was good. I def recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable. We did experience an unfortunate event when the heavy, glass shower door fell off onto my wife causing considerable bruising and considerable pain to her arm. When she called to report it to the front desk, the first and only question was "Did it shatter?" I would have thought that the first question should have been, "Are you alright?" They sent up a repair man to place the door back in place. The following morning at check out. I mentioned the door falling off and the first and only question was, "Who repaired the door?" Again, I would have expected the question to be, "Are you alright?" This was an unfortunate event, but what made it absolutely worse was the lack of empathy and concern for my wife's condition. We took pictures of the bruising to her arm which is still painful. The complementary breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great-lots of choices! Pillows not so much—they weren’t bad, just king sized and heavy to move to comfortable positions during the night, duvet was a bit scratchy. The thermostat wouldn’t hold a temperature, it was blowing cold air when it shouldn’t have been. Otherwise, hotel was quiet even though next to the freeway. Nice place—I’d ditch the king pillows—6 standard size for the king bed would work better.

Stayed for one night and place was great! Not sure how long the hotel has been opened for but it was very clean and it smelled clean. Only tiny complain unrelated to the hotel is how close it is to the highway so if you're a light sleeper you might jave trouble sleeping. Pther than that great stay would definitely stay again.

Wasn’t able to make the trip there. Tried to cancel 3 days in advance. Front desk wouldn’t help and the GM Kelsey wouldn’t return my multiple messages on her voicemail. I tried calling her directly 4 times. Worse management I’ve ever dealt with!

I stayed one night with my granddaughter. It was easy to get off and on interstate 29. There is not much around the area to do a couple choices for restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff pleasant and helpful.
