Service was amazing. Older classic hotel with modern amenities. Housekeeping was superb. 2 small complaints: 1) There was a fair downtown, and non-hotel guests were parking in the hotel parking lot. I wish security/parking attendants would allow only guests to park in hotel parking. I ended up parking a few blocks away and walking. 2) I was given an EV rental, and the hotel lacked EV chargers.

In beautiful downtown Glens Falls. Surrounded by independent shops and restaurants. Pool was warm, clean and bigger than most. Hot tub was excellent. Hotel breakfast was delicious (not included). Staff all very friendly.

This hotel was classy, comfortable and immaculate! They gave me a $20 meal credit for booking through Expedia, and their in-house restaurant was fabulous! I swam in their beautiful pool with a domed glass ceiling, I enjoyed their 2nd floor hospitality area, and I slept like a dream in their gorgeously dressed bed tucked at the quiet end of the hall. I highly recommend this hotel, you'll enjoy every second you're there. Located in downtown Glen Falls, surrounded by other beautifully preserved historic buildings. Plenty of parking onsite too!

Beautiful , great for pictures- rooms are renovated and clean . Restaurants on site - good food options. Pool was nice - annoying trek downstairs to it but understand why they don’t want wet foot traffic across the lobby.

I love this grand hotel built in 1926. It's always gorgeously decorated for the holidays, and the lobby fireplace and grand piano add to its immense charm. It also has a beautiful pool and hot tub. And...don't leave Glens Falls without a visit to the excellent Hyde Collection! We went on a candlelight tour, which was fabulous!

The property was very nice. It was quiet and very clean. The restaurant was very good and the service was amazing. The pool was a little to cold for swimming as it was a cooler day and there was a lot of chlorine in it.

The building was clean and quiet. The pool area empty and water was super clean. The room itself could use a better cleaning as there were spider webs everywhere windows, all corners and bathroom. Had 2 restaurants food was okay but theres a dominoes and burger king nearby if you have little ones. Staff was very helpful and professional and it was only 15 mins from lake george so that was a plus. Overall a good we xperience and Would atay again.

O verall okay. The bed was comfortable, and the food was good, making for a pleasant stay in those areas. However, the lack of soundproofing on the doors was a significant issue. Even if you request a room away from the elevator, you’ll still hear loud conversations from people walking in the hallways. This lack of peace and quiet might be a concern if you’re sensitive to noise.

The Queensbury is an excellent hotel. The location is great, parking is abundant and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated, but it did take a full 5 minutes for the hot water to reach the shower. While each room has an individual AC / Heat unit, this system does run frequently and can be a bit loud in the room.

This hotel is perhaps the BEST hotel you could ask for in the Lake George region. Very clean, has a bar and restaurant, beautiful piano area. But only thing is the noise and the pillows, the pillows are a bit small for adults and often times there’s a lot of noise in the hallways.

This is a wonderful, historic hotel, with all that comes with that: smallish rooms, smaller bathrooms, but grand lobbies and wonderful public spaces. It's within walkable distance of restaurants and Hudson River factories and attractions. The bathroom was beautiful--small, but high quality tub and other fixtures and tile. We would have appreciated more plugs for our electronics (with nearby flat surfaces to put them on), but it was a lovely hotel for a vacation visit.

Check-in was 4pm. Was unable to check in until 5pm. We had dinner reservations already made for 5pm. Hotel allowed late check-out of other guests that affected our check-in time. Hotel claimed it was due to the hockey team playing that night.

Be very careful — the bathtub is extremely slippery. One fall and you could seriously hurt yourself. Honestly, it’s a serious safety hazard that should be addressed immediately. Also, be aware of the experience at Park 26 restaurant downstairs. The service was incredibly disappointing. We waited over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us — no menus, no greeting, not even a simple, “We’ll be right with you.” Meanwhile, multiple staff members were busy cleaning tables and deliberately avoiding eye contact, as if we weren’t even there. It wasn’t just bad service — it felt like no one cared. Someone had just woken up and come down looking forward to breakfast after reading good reviews, only to be completely ignored. There were at least three waiters and one waitress just standing around. Not one of them thought to say, “Can I get you a coffee while you wait for your server?” We ended up driving half an hour to find another place. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable with just basic training and hospitality. This place seriously needs to invest in training their staff — because right now, it feels like no one knows what they’re doing.

There were 2 parties going on the night that we stayed. That did not bothered us. But what did, was that some of those people were drunk and came up to our floor, making noises at all times of the night. But what’s worst, was the service at the restaurant next to the checking area. The person that took take care “Steve”, was horrible, non attentive to our table and forgot to bring us all the items we had ordered, never came to our table to ask if we needed anything. So the experience of sleeping and eating at their restaurant was not too great. We will be back visiting Lake George area this summer, but will take the family elsewhere. And that’s too bad because this hotel has all of the right things going for them as far as being top notch. The look and feel of the hotel is great, it the service and attentiveness has got to improve.

We love the Queensbury! We've stayed several times and the hotel is always so accommodating in giving us our favorite room. We enjoyed a delicious dinner outside at Park 26. The decor and ambiance is wonderful and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Parking is great and the hotel is conveniently situated to walk into town. The Queensbury is our first (only) choice when visiting the Lake George area.

Our stay at the Q was nothing shy of perfect. The room, the food & drinks, the staff…were all exceptional! Our meals were the best we’ve experienced in a long time. Fenimore’s and Park 26 created some of the finest food & drinks! Kudos to the chef!

Nice hotel. Old but nice. Has pool and jacuzzi. Wasnt a fan of dinner at the pub but the bartenders were good. Breakfast was great. Farmacy resturaunt down the road was excellent for dinner though. Also Very friendly staff.

The food options on premises are good. Breakfast was excellent with the inclusion of organic eggs and real maple syrup. Although the Corn Beef Hash was probably very healthy, I don't recommend you order it if you're used to the NYC salty style with the micro potato pieces. The Queensbury version may be much more wholesome, but it doesn't hit the taste buds the same way. The sourdough bread appeared to be quite authentic and real butter, not some olio concoction, was served with it. My eggs and hash contained one slice cut in 2 and stacked instead of 2 which I would have preferred. In general, however, the portions at both the Pub and the Restaurant were on the generous side. The entire Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The bathroom had nothing to work with in terms of toiletries surface area. That was disappointing. The room coffee was surprisingly good, with arabica beans pouches provided, as was the restaurant coffee (Assuming the same coffee was used for both since the taste was similar to me, and not bitter in either case - A pleasant trait common to arabica beans coffee.). The bed was OK and comfortable enough, but its overall quality was in the adequate to decent range (Probably more the latter) at best. I would consider staying at the quaint Queensbury again, a Hotel which opened 99 years ago and will soon be celebrating its centennial.

Every area was well maintained and extremely clean. Both in house Restaurants were excellent. The Morgan & Co. Restaurant across the street was an incredible dinning experience, a must try. Very friendly and helpful staff. AAA+
