The hotel was transitioning to a new computer system and as a result I was first given the key to a room that was occupied. I’m not exactly sure how any system can allow this to happen but I’m glad the guests were not in the room when I opened the door. The staff apologized and quickly assigned me to a different room. That room was very nice other than the small ants (several) that were crawling onto the desktop.

Parking is very limited and there is no bar in this facility and also the elevator has been broke for over a week anyone who needs an elevator it’s a very inconvenience, especially for older people people with medical conditions or bad hips or legs. It’s not good. I’m pretty sure it’s been like that longer than a week.

I would definitely recommend SpringHill Suites! We had to make this reservation because the first hotel we booked was absolutely awful. The staff at the other place was extremely rude. When we booked SpringHill last-minute, they did everything possible to help us get settled in time to attend a family funeral.
