Springhill Suites Baltimore White Marsh/Middle River

We enjoyed sitting outside in the small courtyard area on a beautiful (unseasonably warm) Fall evening. What I didn’t like (but it wouldn’t prevent me from staying again) … the shower ran either too cold or too hot … for some reason there was no middle no matter how much you adjusted the faucet.

Clean hotel. Staff very courteous. Parking was tight, must be a popular hotel, it was active, but it was no bother to us.

Amazing location with easy access to highways and to restaurants and best of all, close to my family. The very well lit parking lot made me feel extremely safe. The rooms were beautiful and had all the amenities for relaxing and studying. Breakfast was delicious.

Came down for celebration of life from Florida. It is nice and Micheal’s restaurant is an extra bonus to eat Bar in the hotel is also extra bonus. Nice clean comfortable simple

This is the second time I stayed at this location and both times the facilities were so clean, well lit, friendly and I felt so safe. The location did not charge me for parking... I love that. This will be my first choice when staying in Maryland.

We were helped pretty quickly upon check-in and told about breakfast hours, bar hours, and the 24-hr market. Parking was a breeze. I wish there was an attendant at the counter upon check-out (we left early) to thank them for the stay!

Hotel is good, room is a bit small compare to other “suites” stays. The pool is permanently closed, if you have kids they may be disappointed. Not many restaurant options close by, but within 20 min drive or less.

Property is modern and overall well kept. Drawback was gal at reception upon check-in, as hospitality was clearly not her forte. Additionally, there was no body wash (in attached containers to shower wall) and there were multiple hairs in tub which leads me to believe the shower was completely overseen from cleaning which is pretty cringy. Bedding was thankfully clean. We did not have coffee, breakfast or used other facilities.

I loved how easy the process was. I loved the breakfast in the morning but disliked only having waffles during the weekend my husband doesn’t eat pork so that was one of the only things he could eat. Also that they removed the bacon half way through breakfast. Furthermore. I disliked the shower curtains in the bathroom very unsanitary ours was very dirty and i called down for a new one but it never came so I showered with the curtain open all weekend lol.

Beautiful hotel, our room was large with a very large bathroom and a walk in closet. Separate work space and a sofa. Very clean

4 night stay in April 2025. Management and service is sadly lacking and doesn’t care. After a 10 hour jourejy we were booked into Room 425 that had a KNOWN AC fault resulting in temperatures in the 80's - after a late dinner and went to bed. At 11pm it was stifling and had to dress, report, repack and move to another room - partner who had a severe foot injury and disability.) Front desk informed me that night SPECIFICALLY that the previous guest had reported the fault ,was also moved but obviously 'maintenance' failed to fix it. The following morning we asked to talk to the manager but were informed that she had no real schedule at the property. and were not sure when she would be there but would take a message. We asked to speak with her after she had been informed of the issues. At no time did she make any attempt to contact us , we checked the next day and she left a internal message that they had no previous AC issue, and in any event ‘we were moved so all was ok, she saw no reason to apologize or discount the bill ‘. We stated to the front desk that we were not satisfied to give her one last chance to review the matter as the fault occurred previously (her staff raised this ,the disturbance was considerable and her response were inappropriately not caring. We did mention if no positive response would be given we would follow up with reviews and reports On checkout this was totally ignored. Very poor choices from the manager

Only complaint we have is the sofa was very uncomfortable. We used the hotel as home base for 5 days and nights and spent a considerable amount of time in the hotel relaxing and watching tv

The rooms are lovely. Needs more lighting. Even with all the lights on in the room it was still quite dim. The refrigerator only stays on for 2 hours at a time. So our food and baby’s milk spoiled overnight. We were put in a room with full sized beds instead of queen beds that I booked which is weird because full sized beds aren’t even an option on the website. Overall the hotel is clean and the staff were nice.

Staff very friendly and patient with explaining billing process including how to use Marriott points.

Staff makes you feel like an inconvenience. Front desk staff was on the phone watching a video, bar attendant was sitting on the phone she was not identifiable as the bartender and the staff responsible for breakfast was busy on the phone while making coffee. Staff & service needs better management and should not be allowed to use their phone. Would be nice to have more healthy options for breakfast.

The front desk stole 260 dollars off my card and refused to call the manager or refund the money the manager said she’d take care of it but when she arrived she “took care of it” and left without a word a email or anything now I’m without money that I need to go on vacation

From checkin to check out staff was very welcoming and helpful. This is our 2nd time staying at this location. Breakfast was good and staff kept the food replenished

The front desk women staff had horrible attitudes from the time I checked in and when I left …They were very nonchalant and not friendly. They weren’t really helpful and acted like they didn’t even want to be at work , I will not be returning

My wife and I made a reservation at this SpringHill Suites hotel 5 days in advance and paid for the room in full. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most inconsiderate person we have ever encountered at a hotel. His name was Tamal and he refused to check us in. I explained that we arrived late because we had been traveling the entire day. I also explained that we had checked in online earlier in the day. We ended up having to drive to another hotel exhausted and frustrated. This experience is not what we expected and I can’t imagine it meets the standards any reputable hotel sets for how guests should be treated. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Love this Hotel. We travel to Baltimore often from PA and this hotel is in the perfect location and just about 10 minutes away from a good strip with food and stores! This is our new go to place to stay, big comfortable rooms with a nice lounging area on main floor and decent complimentary breakfast!

The location is convenient to where we were traveling. It is neat and the staff is always nice.

Nice Hotel, Stayed here many times in the past, this will most likely be my last stay here! Bed comfortable, but the bathroom lights and night light even with the sliding door closed still create too much light in the room for someone sleeping. Frosted glass of the door does little to curb the light into the room. in room refrigerator froze everything I put in it. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 Am. but at 9:45, there was little left and they were taking all the food away.

Breakfast was not ready. Breakfast starts at 6:30, we go down to get breakfast before getting ready and no one was around. Come 8:15, only thing ready was bagels and couldn’t even toast them because the toaster was broken. Had to go get breakfast elsewhere and the lady at the front desk refused to help us out on the price because it wasn’t her fault. We had to spend an extra $20 to eat out and delayed us even longer. Staff were not friendly and didn’t not want to help us. Checking in, had to wait 2 minutes while the guy right in front of us was texting on his phone. Rooms were nice but probably won’t stay again.

The property appeared fairly new and the room was nice. Housekeeping was interesting. I encountered an employee multi-tasking in the hallway. He was pushing a vacuum cleaner with one hand while staring at his cell phone in the other hand. Don’t plan on breakfast. At nine on a Sunday there was no hot food except oatmeal, no cream for coffee, and three cartons of chocolate milk, no white. The person working there was complaining nonstop to anyone who would listen about working alone and being too busy to put out more food. I had a few blueberries and retrieved powdered cream from my room for my coffee. A couple of people shook their heads and moved on. We did not stay for breakfast the next morning. I’ve never been to a Bonvoy hotel, but always considered Marriott a brand known for food and hospitality.

It was overall great and located in a nice neighborhood and few minute drive to nice shops restos and theater, the only flaw that we encoutered during our stay was that they ran out of (hot even cold or fruits) breakfast by 9:30 and was told last batch was out done when breakfast suppposedly ends at 10... but other than that, we would love to stay in this hotel despite of that, maybe wake earlier for breakfast.

The breakfast this hotel offers is enough for me to give 100 stars! Overall, everything was clean, service was amazing, and everything was perfect! We have found our new hotel for when we come into town!

The breakfast could have had a little better selection but overall it was a good stay.
