I thought I had read they had a pool but they didn't, they didn't have free or any kind of breakfast. It seemed like the other guest actually lived there. There was mildew /mold in the shower along the wall/ceiling and the room just didn't smell good the linens appeared to be clean otherwise I felt like I needed to wipe things down before I used it. Would not recommend.

Air conditioner was not turned on when we arrived. And, there were no anti slip mats in the tub/shower I which made tub very slippery and only one small bar of soap for two adults. Also, no vending machines for snacks.

We were looking for something convenient to I 75, that was safe, clean, and close to EV charging. This property more than fit the Bill. It is a traditional, basic motor lodge. Two stories with stairs to the second story. Doors on the outside. Beds were comfortable. The pillows were more than adequate. The bathroom/vanity area is as you would expect. The television worked fine. The hot coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. For the price and the service, this place is phenomenal.

Check in was fast and easy. Id stay here again though the room has a bit of street noise. Parking is right next to the room. Carpet has been replaced by LVT flooring which seems more hygienic. Decor is fine but the chair wss pretty worn. Room is big enough for a table which was lacking. Has a mini fridge and microwave. Good price.

This is a very spartan/utilitarian hotel property. It's obviously quite old and there are no amenities to speak of beyond just a place to sleep. The room was small and had clearly been smoked in. THAT SAID, it was also cheap and clean. I searched high and low for bugs and found none. The staff was friendly. The room was noisy and I could hear interstate traffic but it was brightly lit and seemed safe. If all you need is a place to sleep this is decent. They allowed my dog and it was a hassle free experience.

Staff was friendly enough. Motel was right off the interstate which was loud but ok. The cleanliness was terrible. The floors were filthy and unswept. The bathroom door was also filthy. The towels had grease stains on them. No more Econolodge!

I spilled a bit of water on the floor and got a towel to wipe it up. The white towel was black wear I wiped the floor. We had to keep our shoes on for the entire night and did not put any of our belongings on the floor. The TV didn't work. Staff was quick to remedy the tv and very apologetic about the floor.

I stayed at Econo Lodge East Ridge recently and found the overall experience to be below average. The hotel is basic, which is expected at this price range, but the cleanliness needs serious improvement. The bathroom and sink area were not properly cleaned. There were shaving hairs left in the sink from a previous guest, and the soap holder was dirty. The bathroom door was also noticeably stained, which gave an unpleasant impression. Another issue was the air conditioner – it was very loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully during the night. That being said, Mr. Kevin at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind during check-in. His professionalism was the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, due to the cleanliness and noise issues, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The rooms need to be up to par on cleanliness and vents in air conditioning were filthy. I had to clean my own ! And also the first initial room we were checked into was filthy. And we were checked into a room. The room was somewhat better, but my fiancé still had to clean the vents in that room and the bathroom and the floors in the room. The day before we had made a reservation and was unaware of a deposit so we had I had to cancel. They did not refund the money nor did they do anything in regards to the dirty rooms we were checked into.

The gentleman that completed our check in was very friendly. I was disappointed when our rooms definitely had been smoked in, especially since it was advertised as a non smoking hotel and you had to sign off that you would not smoke. The sheets were clean, but the rest of the room left a lot to be desired. The rooms are “updated”, but definitely need a more thorough cleaning. For sure a case of “you get what you pay for”.

Room was dirty and smelled like smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. The short time we spent in the room led to asthma flare-ups. Furniture was worn and falling apart. The walls themselves were dirty. Mold growing on the tub. Little tree hanging from the sink pipes in an attempt to mask the smell. Electrical boxes and wiring were not up to code per my partner who works with electrical. Poor lighting not in working condition. Despite being around other nicer hotels, definitely did not feel safe. Only good thing we can say about the hotel is how prompt they were on the refund.

Everything was great but.... We called to ask if we could check in late. They said that was fine. Checked in at 1130pm after a long day driving. Got to the room and it was easily over 100 degrees. The AC was not on, not even the fan. It took hours to finally cool down enough to sleep, but has to be up at 6am to travel, so didn't sleep much.

For the price I paid the room was okay. Surprised to find a microwave and the normal small refrigerator. Bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't. The upholstered chair in the room was worn and the bathroom door needs to be replaced.

The front desk guy was nice, helped out w a tv issue, twice. But the tv kept freezing while watching and the manager suggested we had to move the tv and therefore the wire connection to get the tv back to working.

Good rooms at a good price. Safe place to lay your head. Clean and affordable motel-style rooms near Exit 1 at the border of TN and GA. Friendly service at the front desk. Rooms were clean and remodeled recently - matched the pics on Expedia. Caution: Room 110 had a loose toilet, unbolted and tippy. We notified the staff. Be aware there’s an extra $100 reserve per room that’s returned a few days later if you didn’t damage the room. We could manage the cost so it wasn’t an issue for us, but it would have been too much in our younger poorer years.

Checked in with Kevin who was very friendly and helpful. Our first room was disgustingly dirty. Dog hair all over the floor, dust on both night stands. Furniture in the room was old, worn and nasty. We went back to Kevin and told him about the room, and he offered us a different room. We went to that room and it was slightly cleaner, but upon pulling the bed comforter up, we discovered a large black spot on the bed sheet. Not sure what it was . There were other stains on the sheet as well. We went back to Kevin and advised him we wouldn’t be staying and we asked for a refund. Kevin was very understanding and made arrangements for our refund. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever encountered. Obviously would not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Kevin for being so understanding.

I locked myself out over a holiday weekend late at night. Needed to call a locksmith but needed to wait till morning. The manager was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the make up of the room. Pet, taxes and all was 100. I would definitely stay here again and suggest for other short stay visitors.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was convenient as this was a stop enroute to Florida however you do smell the fumes from the nearby freeway and can here the constant flow of traffic. Was also disappointed to learn the continental breakfast was cancelled a year ago even though it was still listed as a feature and played a small part in choosing this hotel over another in the area.

We could barely get our room door from the outside. When it was time for bed we realized the door didn't lock from the inside!! We blocked it with the light weight table and chair on top of the table just to be sure. We did get moved to another room in the morning. The orange "juice" was mostly water and the coffee didn't taste good either.
