the only thing I can say is they need to replace the PILLOWS on the beds, they were all flat.

The pool was out of order, which is one reason I chose that site. When I got in the shower, all the soap and shampoo containers were empty. The shower didn't work very well.

This hotel needs a major update. No way someone should pay over 100 for a room that when they walk in, it's freezing because not a lick of heat was on. Ice machine out of order. Hot tub out of order. Pool cold. Vending out of order. Barely any breakfast food put put. No proteins. Just sugar. My husband is a diabetic and couldn't eat.
