Todo bien. Lo único es la manera de llegar al parqueo es complicado con el nuevo sistema de papelito de pasar por las máquina del parqueo de Cayala. Se pierde mucho tiempo y tienen que llegar del hotel a auxiliarte y de paso que si no hay señal es un quebradero de cabeza. Lástima! No volveré a este lugar.

The hotel is located in a great area close to shopping and restaurants. The restrooms in the rooms do not really offer much privacy. The sliding doors are not long enough and there are large cracks in which you can easily see other guests doing their business in there. Parking was another issue, we were told there would be an attendant there to help us access the designated parking spaces for hotel, no where to be found. We had to park in visitors area a few times and had to pay for parking. Apparently hotel keys are not currently working with the garage sensors, very inconvenient. Other than that hotel was great and rooms were clean.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line.

I have stayed at several hotels at this price point in Guatemala. This is overall the worst. The top floor breakfast and dining was great. In the rooms: all talking in the hallway can be heard inside the rooms. The barn door style bathroom doors do not provide privacy. The light switch for the bathroom is outside the bathroom. The walls of the bathroom are glass. When a person Turns on the light and goes in the bathroom the entire room lights up at night. The reception desk is on the top floor…what? Parking is a labyrinth and few signs pointing where to go. The underground parking is under most of the grounds so many elevators but they all require specific key cards so you will be walking all over down there until you find a way up. Nice upper class shopping area but there are better options in the city.

Con respecto al parqueo dan un QR que si te pasas 1 min ya no te deja salir... y al hacer el check out no me dijeron así q tuve q regresar y eso me demoró al menos 30 min más. No hay problema si te avisan antes de desalojar o al momento del check in pero no de sorpresa frente a la pluma.

Our stay was great. The staff is very very helpful. They set up transportation for us everyday and gave us great advice on when to go to places. The food was good. The only reason they didn’t get 5 star was the cleanliness. The carpet in the halls was stained and dirty. They need to get a little more particular with cleaning. But I highly recommend the hotel it’s in a great area and the customer service is 5 star.

My room floor was not clean, and there were stains all over the carpet in the hallway. Parking was complicated, and the reception was located in a different building from my room. The staff appeared unprofessional and were not very helpful.

The hotel was great, in our favorite area of cayala. The restroom just needs to be cleaned up a bit. Lots of mold around the shower and shower was leaking lots of water into the bathroom floors. I let maintenance know right away.

Pros: The staff and location are amazing! Cons: This could be lack of research on my part but the bathroom in the rooms are tiny and the have a sliding door so there is a big gap that you can see through when the door is "closed" also the sink is detached from the bathroom.

Booked there for my team and myself on business trip. I'm so disapointed and upset about my stay here. I had to leave the hotel earlier than expected and front desk have not been able to get my laundry back before my departure despite I've warned them 6 hours in advance. I've asked to ship my laundry ASAP so I can catch up on my following step in Brazil, they agreed and then I never got any follow up and reply. Now I'm back in France, I've been able able to reach them and they only offer to make it available in front desk and don't reply anymore to my messages...OMG it's so poor service level, not what I expect from Marriott which I'm used to choose especially in case I need international standard back up. if you add the room was very noisy with no isolation from slamming door at 5.30AM, strong noise coming the fridge and another source i've not been able to locate, no room service after 11pm...and 200 euros of clothes lost. never Marriott again whatever the country.

Sandy from the restaurant took care of me. She went above & beyond to talk to chef what foods chef recommend for me. I was diagnosed with celiac & gluten allergy so she really took care of talking to chef for recommendations. Thank you for everyone in the front desk. They are all so nice & they helped me sooo much.

The hotel is in the perfect location in the middle of Cayala. There is so many shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The hotel itself was very updated and clean. Bed was so comfortable, best sleep I got in Guatemala. Breakfast buffet was delicious, egg were made to order and there was fresh fruit, cheeses, potatoes, fresh bread, yogurt, etc. Would definitely recommend including it in your stay fare.

The hotel was just ok… i stayed here just because is in Catalan City and was my only option. I think this hotel is average, no room service, food in the bar area was “ok” I prefer to walk around Cayala cause there are a lot restaurants.
