This is not the first time we have stayed here and we always come back. It is very convenient and has good facilities. They have a laundry - which someone we had not realized on our previous visits. We will be back!

Clean quite .just on Friday night we was setting on the table out side and a man came and set a 12 pack of beer down on the grill right where we was setting and didnt even say excuse me then started lighting the grill and didn’t say anything.we just went inside.they was rude.other then that liked it

The pool was not working which was the only reason I booked for a indoor heated pool they first said the filter needed fixed then the next day they said the ladder was broken in the deep in and had to replace it the staff was nice but I did want to swim since I was there so many days the room was clean and ac worked great when booked the pictures that show the room are misleading it shows a full stove so I got things to put in the oven which I had no oven I only had a cooktop which they said the full stove is only in the suites and I guess I ordered a studio which the studio show the full stove and the breakfast hours are not the same on Expedia as they are at the facility but the front desk did offer to make me a sandwich which was very nice so 10/10 for staff I would stay again I would give over all 9/10 because of the pool and the food wasn’t all that great

The mirror, refrigerator and stainless pieces were streaked. The mirror was so bad you could not see yourself. The floors were dirty and the desk and chair still had food particles on it from before our stay.

Was there for 5 days and they cleaned the room 1 time. I had to ask 3 seperate times for my room to be cleaned and that resulted in one cleaning for the week. On one occassion we were approaching our room and one of the cleaning ladies walked out. I asked if she was done and she said, "oh you need it cleaned?" I said yes please. She said she would have to come back, but of course never did. Im still unsure why she went in the room if she didnt plan on cleaning it. Everything else about the place was great, but i expect my room to be cleaned each day. Once in five days is unacceptable. Especially since i asked multiple times for it to be cleaned.

The only problem I had with my room includes: the toilet was clogged up immediately before I ever used it, the room was a lot smaller than what the pictures on the website showed, and the people in the room upstairs above my room were stomping around all hours of the night.

This property was an excellent place to stay that was close to my dad's house. We were there for 12 nights so the full kitchen was absolutely a bonus. Far enough from the highway to be quiet. Staff was always very friendly and accommodating.

We visit family each year for Christmas and discovered this place last year. The hotel is new and very clean. My warning is watch your credit card charges. We travel with our pet and we’re charged 3 times for our pet fee and each charge was for a different amount. The explanation was that the front desk person was new which I can understand. My biggest complaint is that when I asked what the issue was with the credit card charges I was given the run around by the front desk, general manager until I kept pushing for an explanation. Thanks to the accounting personnel for giving an actual explanation and correcting the issue. We’ll see if we stay next year!
