It's almost impossible to find anything, which wouldn't be top class at St. Regis. Delicious food everywhere, at breakfast, at the pool, dinner buffet and Villa Toscana italian restaurant. Pool area one of the best we have ever been to, and the “Champagne Sabering” ritual was really cool, definitely recommend! Particular mentions to Norman (butler), Thi Thu Han (did the Champagne Sabering) and all the staff at the pool (unfortunately remember only Nirmana & Milan)

We felt the staff were exceptional. Having stayed at the st Regis in India this year, we knew of the exceptional service they have. Particular mention to Vina (butler) and Shiv (concierge) who were exceptional. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I shamefully don’t remember their names. Only downside is the steam room and sauna is not actually in the main hotel but a 10 min walk to the the other side of the road.

Just … amazing👌🔝 everything: fantastic breakfast, fantastic dinner/Catch restaurant/, underground connection to the beach, very nice beach and service, connection with the lifts to the Marina Mall /supermarket/, you can use your personally butler. I can recommend the stay here for everyone: family or couple 👍

Unfortunately, our expectations for this St. Regis were not met. Upon check-in, we went straight to the private resort beach, which offers beachside service—but drinks often took 45 minutes to arrive, and sometimes only part of the order was delivered. Overall, we found the staff to be slow and inattentive to detail. The property itself is in need of renovation and updating; our suite felt outdated, and housekeeping skipped standard touches such as turndown service and thorough daily cleaning. While the breakfast buffet looked impressive, the food was average at best, and service remained slow. For example, our simple egg order took 25 minutes to arrive. I had also contacted the hotel in advance to inform them that we were celebrating our honeymoon, but I never received a response. Ultimately, we cut our stay short because the beach service, breakfast experience, and overall atmosphere did not live up to the level of excellence we’ve come to expect from St. Regis. On a positive note, the manager was very kind and accommodating when we shared our concerns, but unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the typical St. Regis standard.

Very poor checkin and checkout process. 20m on each side. Even a budget hotel has better systems to simplify the process. After a long journey the last thing you want to do is wait so long to get to your room. Hotel is nice, albeit a bit dated. Beach club is great but takes 15m walk from room. Catch and service there was 5star. Best part of trip.

Some of the staff were amazing! The check in lady was so helpful and kind. As was the lady at the main entrance who always helped us super fast. The gentleman that dealt with taxis and cars outside - the main entrance manager was really rude and did not help at all. The concierge also never got back to us on the questions and help we needed. The room was very clean and service was great. We could not use the ocean for an unknown reason, no comp for that inconvenience. The outdoor pool was not clean, seemed like the filtering system was not working properly. The water was murky and felt untreated. The staff at the pool were exceptional and super helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated, but very clean and organised. For the price it was not worth it, I would recommend hotels in Al Maryah more.

Beautiful hotel with easy access to the beach. Very lovely staff. Our room was cleaned several times a day, clothing ironed daily, everyone did everything they could to make our experience a unique one. Breakfast and the restaurants are also very good quality better than most in the surroundings. Tea time was also something to try here. Overall a great hotel who truly cares about its guests. Thank you all for your kindness.

My stay was not very good , I received a room on the 49th floor that smelled of cigarette smoke and was very noisy because of AC systems that were on the 50th floor. The water from the shower flowed all over the bathroom , the towels small, old and not fluffy. You can see that is one of the oldest hotels in Abu Dhabi, it has some good parts like the food and the services but for the most part you can feel that is USED.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here for 11 nights. Our rooms were amazing, so comfortable and clean with the most luxurious bathroom. Every staff member was so very friendly. We were so looked after by the wonderful Vincent and Ankush at the beach. Santosh at the main restaurant who was so very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The ladies that welcomed us every morning at breakfast with such lovely smiles. We really could not fault anything at this wonderful hotel. Very relaxing time was had by all thank you all so very much.

El hotel es bastante bueno y el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar; sin embargo, es importante que se revise el desagüe de las regaderas ya que el agua se sale. La familia ocupó 3 habitaciones y en todas pasó lo mismo; el agua se salía al bañarse. El personal reaccionó muy bien y mandó a revisar pero no lograron arreglarlo totalmente. Nos compensaron con un check out mas tarde y con desayunos gratis.

This was our second time at the St Regis and my goodness it was even better. The food was exceptional from the breakfast and evening buffet. The Italian, Catch and Azura, with Azura being our children’s favourite. The food was incredible and certainly has the wow factor especially in Catch. The staff are so very friendly and really do go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Special thanks go to Viola for always being so welcoming at breakfast time remembering our order every day. Bhaskar for looking after us at the beach, he was amazing and really made our holiday so special. Victor for also looking after us and being so welcoming. The Italian, Catch and Azura, with Azura being our children’s favourite. The food was incredible and certainly has the wow factor especially in Catch. The staff are so very friendly and really do go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Special thanks go to Viola for always being so welcoming at breakfast time remembering our order every day. Bhaskar for looking after us at the beach, he was amazing and really made our holiday so special. Victor for also looking after us and being so welcoming. The St. Regis is a stunningly beautiful and luxurious hotel. The bedding and ammenities are wonderful and the breakfast buffett delicious with plentiful choices. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Always striving to find ways to make our stay even more memorable. The hotel exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting to celebrate our weddding anniversary. From the balloons and delicious chocolate cake on arrival to our room, to the excellent butler service, we could not have asked for more. Thank you St. Regis. We will definitely be returning!

We felt the staff were exceptional. Having stayed at the st Regis in India this year, we knew of the exceptional service they have. Particular mention to Vina (butler) and Shiv (concierge) who were exceptional. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I shamefully don’t remember their names. Only downside is the steam room and sauna is not actually in the main hotel but a 10 min walk to the the other side of the road.

The service at the hotel was excellent. From the check in, through to the waiters and the pool staff, all were extremely friendly, approachable and very much focused on attending to your needs. Nishal (pool), Vincent and Milan (Cabana) all went above and beyond. Their level of service and hospitality were second to none. We had a late evening flight and the hotel were more than happy extend the late checkout allowing us to spend the majority of the day relaxing at the pool.

Very poor checkin and checkout process. 20m on each side. Even a budget hotel has better systems to simplify the process. After a long journey the last thing you want to do is wait so long to get to your room. Hotel is nice, albeit a bit dated. Beach club is great but takes 15m walk from room. Catch and service there was 5star. Best part of trip.

Some of the staff were amazing! The check in lady was so helpful and kind. As was the lady at the main entrance who always helped us super fast. The gentleman that dealt with taxis and cars outside - the main entrance manager was really rude and did not help at all. The concierge also never got back to us on the questions and help we needed. The room was very clean and service was great. We could not use the ocean for an unknown reason, no comp for that inconvenience. The outdoor pool was not clean, seemed like the filtering system was not working properly. The water was murky and felt untreated. The staff at the pool were exceptional and super helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated, but very clean and organised. For the price it was not worth it, I would recommend hotels in Al Maryah more.

Exceptional stay at the St Regis. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of so well. Every single member of staff was so lovely and caring. They made our stay that little bit extra special. The restaurants in the hotel were brilliant too. A family member of ours had specific dietary requirements (no dairy or gluten) and all of the restaurants catered for his. Rooms were great, hotel was just wow. If you’re visiting Abu Dhabi, you just stay here!

It's almost impossible to find anything, which wouldn't be top class at St. Regis. Delicious food everywhere, at breakfast, at the pool, dinner buffet and Villa Toscana italian restaurant. Pool area one of the best we have ever been to, and the “Champagne Sabering” ritual was really cool, definitely recommend! Particular mentions to Norman (butler), Thi Thu Han (did the Champagne Sabering) and all the staff at the pool (unfortunately remember only Nirmana & Milan)

El hotel es bastante bueno y el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar; sin embargo, es importante que se revise el desagüe de las regaderas ya que el agua se sale. La familia ocupó 3 habitaciones y en todas pasó lo mismo; el agua se salía al bañarse. El personal reaccionó muy bien y mandó a revisar pero no lograron arreglarlo totalmente. Nos compensaron con un check out mas tarde y con desayunos gratis.

A lovely week spent at tue St Regis. The teams at the hotel, terrace restaurant and the beach club were fantastic throughout our stay. Really welcoming and helpful throughout. We stayed half board and my only comment would be to extend this to the italian restaurant which is also in the hotel. This being restricted to the terrace restaurant only is a bit restrictive and despite having dinner included we had dinner one night in the Italian restaurant to break up the monotony. That being said the food in the terrace restaurant was really good and there we an abundance of options. The breakfast was fantastic and the section just for pastries is more than tempting and certain tastes as good as they look. A lovely week, with great food and fantastic service.

The property itself is in need of renovation and updating; our suite felt outdated, and housekeeping skipped standard touches such as turndown service and thorough daily cleaning. While the breakfast buffet looked impressive, the food was average at best, and service remained slow. For example, our simple egg order took 25 minutes to arrive. I had also contacted the hotel in advance to inform them that we were celebrating our honeymoon, but I never received a response. Ultimately, we cut our stay short because the beach service, breakfast experience, and overall atmosphere did not live up to the level of excellence we’ve come to expect from St. Regis. On a positive note, the manager was very kind and accommodating when we shared our concerns, but unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the typical St. Regis standard.

The St. Regis is a stunningly beautiful and luxurious hotel. The bedding and ammenities are wonderful and the breakfast buffett delicious with plentiful choices. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Always striving to find ways to make our stay even more memorable. The hotel exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting to celebrate our weddding anniversary. From the balloons and delicious chocolate cake on arrival to our room, to the excellent butler service, we could not have asked for more. Thank you St. Regis. We will definitely be returning!
