It could easily be cleaner. They had a note that front entrance would be closed at 10 and when I left they closed it at 9. Staff is nice. Pool is very green. Chair in room very stained. Room could use a good deep clean or updating. Stayed for one night good enough.

I haven't stayed at Hilton property for a while, and it seems they have lowered their standards. I know they can blame Covid, but not giving you clean towels unless you go to the desk and ask for them is not what I'm used to. The food options for breakfast, especially on Wednesday, were few. The pool was green. The bathroom sink needed some Draino, and the bathroom door was ridiculous. It was too heavy, didn't close all the way, and didn't lock. I was disappointed for a Home2Suite hotel, and with Hilton.Staff was very friendly. None of this was their fault.

So this hotel's pool was out of orser and that's why we picked it because it had an indoor pool, also could open blinds because they were totally broken. Desk check in guy was silent and rude. It was a HUGE disappointment! I come to Rhode Island often to visit my grandson and i will not stay there again!

This property was was safe and generally in good condition. It is always disheartening to book a property that meets your needs, in our case, making sure we had a pool, only to be notified 3 days in advance that the pool was closed. The staff was unable to keep up with the extreme noisiness of a party that came in and totally interrupted the sleep of many from 12 am until 2 am. We were also a bit surprised that others who booked ended up with rates up to $30 less than the one on the Travelocity site, however we understand that is outside of the properties control.

We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Even though the hotel looked contemporary and clean, the room had a terrible odor. The living space smelled like chlorine, and the bathroom moldy. We asked for an air refresh spray and the receptionist handed it to us without saying a word. After spraying it still smelled horribly and it was hard to stay in the room. When we came home, our belongings smelled very moldy and had to launder everything including the bags.

The room was not that clean. The couch in the room was so stained we wouldn't sit on it. As soon as we opened up the couch to turn it into a bed, full on chips that had been dropped and it had stains.

We always look for and stay at home 2 suites. We love it here! Only issue was our shower head didn’t have any water pressure. Luckily we just needed a quick rinse but had we had to fully shower, we would have had to switch rooms. Other than that, we love this chain!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen area was well equipped with dishes, good size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Sitting area was nice. Bathroom was clean. Only issue was the shower didn’t have great water pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Had to make trips to front desk to get bedding for pullout couch, no chair(s) in room upon arrival, telephone did not work, outlets by bed shorting out.

Hotel is new and overall pretty nice. The service at check-in was perfect. The room overall wasn’t cleaned well from the previous stay, the shower had not been cleaned at all. The walls are thin and the tv from the adjoining room was very loud unfortunately. For $170 a night a better cleaning and a bit more soundproofing would be expected.

Very good stay... Only problem was my room was right in front of elevator. So there were a few loud noise incedences.. But will definetly stay again... Just not near the elevator...

On the day to Check out even though 12PM was the check out time. As of 9:30AM-10 AM the cleaners came knocking at my doors twice asking “oh when are you checking out?”. And I had to reply them is it time yet to check out and they replied yeah it’s almost time. I reported this encounter to the lady in the front desk on my way out.

Hotel did not have reservation in their system though I had the Orbitz reservation number to show them. Happened 1 year ago as well, that time they had a room to offer anyway. This time they we sold out, so I had to find other lodging further away. Fix ypur system, but will never be my problem again.

I liked how the rooms were set up. The added cups/plates if you happened to need them during your stay. We didn't need them, but felt it was a great additive if you did. Dislike: The Breakfast- It was ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING. They had brown/black bananas, egg wraps that looked like they were frozen and looked unappealing. Upon looking at the rest of the choices, we felt that the food may not be fresh or editable.

I traveled with my daughter and stayed 6 nights. The room and hotel were nice, but the front desk employees weren’t always friendly, and the housekeeping staff was very loud. They laughed and chatted in the halls early every morning at top volume with no regard for sleeping guests. Also, the complimentary breakfast is awful. After the first day, I went to the grocery store and utilized the kitchenette for our a.m. meal for the rest of our stay.

The actual hotel room was great. My complaints are about the quality of service and other guests. They have a laundry room but don't provide quarters. They told me to go to the gas station next door to get quarters. The gas station told me they don't give guve quarters to hotel guests any longer because they were always running out of quarters. The breakfast area was dirty and not stocked. Continually ran out of food. And the fresh fruit provided was literally rotten all three mornings I was there. The guests were extremely noisy in the hotel. They acted like they were at their home which is something I haven't seen before. The hotel staff could have controlled this better.
