The staff was excellent as usual. The spa personnel needs more experience and muscle but were otherwise very amenable. The location is unbeatable if you are looking to experience the bustle of of old town Hà Nội.

Great location for sightseeing. Nightmatket was opened just around corner on weekends. staff are very lovely and helpful. they have onsite cafe and spa which you should try. Overall we are happy about this hotel.

The staff were fantastic, breakfast was excellent, and having an in-hotel spa is a nice touch. If you like firm beds, it’s perfect! Not all rooms have a standing shower - some have smallish clawfoot tubs. This was a safety concern for my elderly parents, but fortunately the staff was able to put them into a shower room instead.

Staff were kind however this hotel is not worth the cost. The rooms are dated, the AC unit was poor. The bathrooms poor and the on site spa at this ‘spa hotel’ is not included with rooms. We didn’t receive our complimentary drinks. The breakfast was ok however if you are on floors 6 or under you will be able to hear all the chairs being dragged across the floors every breakfast period.. the location is great for old quarter. You can not hear much outside noise if you don’t have an external window. Staff were helpful though, both kind and welcoming. Beware of paying for a deluxe/superior room and expecting the larger rooms with baths.. as it counts and this bracket just by having a window.. Overall we found the listing rather misleading unfortunately and were pretty disappointed with our stay. And comparing it to costs of other hotels in the area we found this one lacked.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. The location and the amenities are amazing but beyond all that, their people is just one of a kind. You will feel at home, Hanoi Boutique’s staff are simply a beautiful family ready to help you with whatever you need. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Hanoi and no doubt I will stay here. Their spa is also a great plus, nothing like closing a long day with a good massage or at the sauna. Thanks to Yena and the whole Hanoi Boutique’s family for all. You guys rock. See you soon

Super super service! The women at reception were so kind and helpful! They fixed a overnight stay on boat at Halong Bay for a great price, picked up tickets for us to the waterpuppet show etc. The hotel is walking distance to everything you need in Hanoi. Small but nice spa, good and proper massages. The only negative is that the beds are on the harder side, it was ok for us but maybe not preferred. I’m picky with hotels but I would 100% recommend this one!

深夜のチェックインにもかかわらず対応してくれたりスタッフの対応は最高でした。 ただ、部屋の机に何かの食べかすが残っていたり天井に虫がいて自分で処理する必要があったこと、またシャワーの水圧が弱く不十分だったことが残念です。

The staff is very friendly and helpful, The problem lies with the management that not been able to keep the safe and healthy environment for travellers. Dirty and smelly pillows, bedsheet and sticky floor are examples. If you want to have a good rest for a night, then this place may not be for you.

3月に5泊しました。レセプションやレストランスタッフのホスピタリティが高く、旅の始まる前からメッセージをもらったり、滞在中も手書きのメッセージカードを頂いたことが印象的でした。レストランの朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、何を食べても美味しかったです。追加で無料で、フォーやオムレツなども頼めます。 一方、建物や設備は古かったり(例えば、TVは見れますが、砂嵐がかかっているので、そういうところは気にしない方向け)、シーツも使い込まれてますが、きれいに洗濯されて気持ち良かったです。シャンプーとボディソープが備え付けでありましたがコンディショナーは無かったので、持っていかれるといいかと思います。トイレは紙をゴミ箱に捨てるタイプ。シャワーはお湯の出がやや弱いです。 より良い設備やアメニティを求める方には向いて無いですが、総じてコスパがよい宿泊施設だと思います。 また週末の深夜便で帰国しましたが、周辺がナイトマーケットでブロックされたりするため、夜になるとグラブタクシーがホテル前まで来れないのには注意。

This is a great 3 star hotel. The check in service and restaurant recommendation were very good. The location is near beer street and close to all major attractions in the Old Quarter. The room was spotlessly clean and had its own AC unit.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Lovrly breakfast snd again friendly staff. I would stay again when in Hanoi. I had room 401 no window . Next timd i will have window room. Also in 401 there is no electric socket near kettle. I Had to move it to bed side table . Tjank you.

Avec la note de cet hôtel je m'attendais vraiment à quelque chose de beaucoup mieux. La chambre est très exiguë, la douche est en plein milieu de la chambre et surtout l'hôtel est extrêmement bruyant. Toute la journée et toute la.nuit on entend TOUT ce qu il se passe dehors et dedans. Bien situé dans le centre d'hanoi Personnel sympathique.

Excellent service from friendly staff, always eager to help and offer advice on where to eat, what to watch out for, tour booking etc. Hotel is centrally located and is walkable to many attractions. Rooms are tiny and the pictures online are deceiving. Breakfast buffet is good and they also offer complimentary made to order eggs, pancakes, french toast and 3 different types of pho (beef, chicken and vegetables). I'd stay here again but would definitely upgrade to a bigger room.

Hotel and staff were very nice and the location was brilliant. The hotel itself is rather dated in its condition and in aspects such as sound proofing (I could hear next door snoring all night through the walls) but great hotel if you’re on a budget and looking for somewhere very well located in the city

The hotel is in the middle of city, walking distance from a few attractions. But, the room we booked was supposed to have a bath tub. It had bath tub but no shower space was given which was weird. It was so awkward to have a shower everyday in bath tub which was completely open and it would wet the whole floor. The room were okayish.

The hotel staff were customer-centric & went all out to make mom & I feel welcomed. They even organized a surprise birthday cake for mom. Very dedicated & caring team indeed. The bell boy (Tan or Thuan) helped warm mom's hands with his warming device upon our return to the hotel from the cold. On the day before our departure, Jeremy efficiently organized a last minute request for a jeep tour to the French Quarter at Ba Đình. Got a chance to enjoy egg coffee and almond avocado smoothie at the rustic Hidden Gem Cafe. Worth mentioning are the following hotel staff (not in any particular order) - Yena, Rosie, Jeremy, Chloe, Tan, Anna, Thuan, Neo & Max. I had an excellent stay at Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa, my first hotel in Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, the staff—especially Lucy, Rosie, and Tracy—were extremely helpful. What an incredible place to begin our trip in Vietnam! What stands out most is the amazing kindness and service shown by every staff member!!! I don't think I've ever received so much help with travel arrangements, local advice and more. We highly recommend the hotel and hope to return. We visited very last minute during xmas week and didn't realize how difficult it would be to book excursions. Several staff members found great options for us, helped us rearrange our itinerary and we have been so pleased with the results. Also the breakfast is delicious with many options! Thank you so much!!!

Super super service! The women at reception were so kind and helpful! They fixed a overnight stay on boat at Halong Bay for a great price, picked up tickets for us to the waterpuppet show etc. The hotel is walking distance to everything you need in Hanoi. Small but nice spa, good and proper massages. The only negative is that the beds are on the harder side, it was ok for us but maybe not preferred. I’m picky with hotels but I would 100% recommend this one!

We had a really nice stay at Hanoi Boutique Hotel and Spa. As it was our Honeymoon, they even decorated our room as a Little surprise. ☺️ the Airport Shuttle was also very comfortable. We had to leave before breakfast so they prepared a really yummy breakfast to Go. We would recommend staying here 1000%. ☺️

This small hotel is very charming. It is located in the Old Quarters of Hanoi and is close to all the things that are of interest to tourists like myself. The staff consists of very young people (I'm guessing they are all 20-25 years old), but they are very courteous and professional. The check-in staff all speak english fluently. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is in centre of old quarter, very crowded and busy traffic. You have to pay attention to the motorbikes and cars around in such narrow street. Night markets and many restaurants are nearby. (But not accessible during weekend nights when roads are blocked for pedestrian zones) The hotel room is smaller than expected, and not soundproof. Anyone passed by / speaking outside will easily wake you up. Yet, I should give credit to the hotel staff especially they are very kind and polite and will greet you every time. We had some issues in the bathtub and they are able to deal with it quickly and solve the problem.

The check in was a nice experience, they try to help you organising yourself in Hanoi We stayed only one night but surely the Hotel is good to stay longer in Hanoi. Breakfast was tasty and good variety of food additional you can order Pho or Egg by your choice. We did leave the luggage at the hotel for some hours and that worked very well. Internet was very fast. Thank you.

Rooms are tiny and the pictures online are deceiving. Breakfast buffet is good and they also offer complimentary made to order eggs, pancakes, french toast and 3 different types of pho (beef, chicken and vegetables). I'd stay here again but would definitely upgrade to a bigger room.

I would definitely recommend booking one of the suites – our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, especially for anyone wanting to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It was a great way to start each day. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. We also visited the spa and had a wonderful massage, which was the perfect way to relax after exploring the city. The location is great. It's within easy walking distance of many fantastic street food spots, making it an ideal base for discovering Hanoi's food scene. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
