I would stay here again. It's clean (checked with a black light), curtains keep the room completely dark, bed was comfortable, air conditioner was cold, shower was hot, wasn't around for breakfast, pool was nice, and it's very close to the interstate. I have no complaints. Only nice things to say.

The staff was wonderful, very welcoming. The room looked clean but we found dorito wrappers and sugar wrappers behind the nightstand along with roaches crawling on the outside of our door to the room. The floor was sticky as well. The hotel looks great overall, but the rooms need more attention. Our room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned and it was super late and we were tired so slept a little bit and left super early.

The hotel was clean. Not a super nice resort look just your basic text book looking hotel. Floors in our room were dirty. Spilled water and wiped it up and rag was black. We asked them to specifically mop and they did not ever do it. Just sat down clean towels. Fire alarm was hanging out the wall also. Wires exposed.

Rooms smelled musky and molded. Ac in room made lots of noise. Paint on doors bubbled up and peeling. Water damage was obvious. Windows dirty and molded in tracks. Bugs in lobby. Mattress harder indentions and worned out areas , or holes in mattress. There had definitely been damage to the hotel that seemed to be covered up with paint. The smell gave it away.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The property is very near Interstate 12 and the south side of the hotel borders the highway causing some noise issues. We use a sound machine at night so it did not bother us. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The hotel had a very strong chemical smell like it had just been recently fumigated. I was hoping I didn’t leave with any uninvited guests. The ac unit was very loud and the mattress was uncomfortable. The bedding wasn’t very high quality. Just overall not a very inviting hotel room. I feel like it was overpriced.

The night staff was super friendly, but it's clear that the hotel is old and the rooms need some TLC. An ottoman in my room had a section of upholstery missing; the shower drain would always close, leaving water to pool at your feet, and you could hear every sound from the room(s) next door. It's also located behind a Waffle House (if you know, you know) and a Sonic, but if that's not the food you want, you can't walk to another location because it's on a highway.

Price did not match online. I was told to order online. That took long. The date came out wrong. Not sure why. They wouldn’t give me a room, unless I paid for another night at the higher price in person for the correct date. I was promised a refund on the online order. A sign says manager in duty. He wasn’t there. He was called. He said yes he’d refund the online price. Expedia was going to refund it. He refused. I had to pay two nights for only one stay. Terrible service.

Property is a little hidden off Hwy 59 and my GPS took us past the entrance before it said we were at destination and nothing was there.Need signage closer to Hwy 59.Also,this was at night,making it hard to see. Other than that,the property is good and staff is very helpful. This was a good place to stay for our visit. Our room was clean and ready for us.

I hope you see this review before booking. If you are traveling with a child, the elderly, or someone with mold sensitivities, choose a different property! We drove up way past our little one’s bedtime after a full day of travel. The yard was unkempt and the fountain drained and dirty, but we were tired. During check in, we noticed a strong moldy odor, but the front desk agent didn’t respond when asked about it. I figured there was some flooding in the lobby. Upstairs in the room, the odor was even worse. If you’ve ever experienced house flooding, you know the smell I am talking about. This place smells like Hurricane Katrina. Not to mention, the rooms were dirty. Grimy. Long story short, we checked out within 12 hours of our three day stay and the General Manager hid the entire time, refusing to refund us but also refusing to address us personally. Instead, he spoke through a young front desk clerk. I do not recommend!

I stayed the night here due to my fashion show ending really late and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very cozy and all staff was Johnny on the stop in assisting our needs. We were able to get a later check out and Angie was super joyous and nice about, definitely a person who can make you smile. I would stay here again.

Staff was kind enough to let us check in a little early, which was helpful as we were checking out at 530am. Room was bigger than expected, clean and had lots of extras we didnt realize we would have (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pull out couch, etc). Grounds were clean and well maintained. Pool was nice, and even had a few floaties to play with. Excellent price for an excellent hotel!
