Comfort Suites Mandeville - Covington

I didn’t use the breakfast option. Everything else was very good. It was quiet, clean, working AC. Staff very friendly.

Was just an OK experience, place could use a little work. Bunch of stuff was broken.

Upon check in, I got a nice lady but then her Sargent stepped in spouting rules and regulations. When I made the reservation it was for one guest. I decided to share my room and was willing to pay for two other guests. I was told that I’d be charged $10 for each additional guests. I agreed. Then there was another $10 added for the third guest’s parking. Unregistered vehicles would be towed. The room smelled musty. There was not a working ice machine and no accommodation was made by the hotel staff. Upon check out, one of my guests fell in a puddle of water that was pouring in through a light fixture in the lobby. The man at the desk did NOTHING to help her and stayed behind the desk. I do NOT recommend this hotel even though it was directly across the road from the main campus for Church of the King.

This was a really good hotel for the price better than the other one we stayed at in Mandeville. The only thing pool area could have been cleaner ..

Everyone was friendly and the rooms were clean and reasonably priced. I plan to stay here next time I’m in town
