The hotel is in the process of renovation, though that did not affect my stay. The rooms are a little tired but they are fine for the price. Bathrooms are newly renovated so it is assumed that the rooms will follow soon. The stairwells were being upgraded when I visited, though there was no noise or disruption. Breakfast is comprehensive and good quality. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. If there is one downside for me and my party of 15 it's that the hotel does not have a bar or restaurant (useful for groups to meet ) though there are plenty of bars and good restaurants within five minutes walk so it wasn't really an issue for us and could be a benefit for many who want a peaceful stay. All in all, it was a very good and comfortable couple of days in this hotel and I will certainly return here on my next trip.

The property is having some upgrade works at the moment but that wasn't an issue. Some of the rooms look tired against the brand new bathrooms. Breakfast is comprehensive and the staff are very welcoming. I will return when next in Poland

Room was really nice, and the breakfast was really good! There was an internet issue towards the end of my stay which seems to have affected the entire place, but the staff tried very hard to fix it--they were very nice. I was a little surprised that some of the buildings on the way from both the Market Squares and the train station were a bit run down and they might look a bit intimidating (it didn't help that there was an erotic store near the Grzegorzki station), but it is not as bad as it looks (and HK II is not responsible for this). You can expect your stay to be a good one, too

The hotel is in a superb position close to the main square, castle & many eateries Our room was spacious, plenty of storage space, very comfy beds & an excellent shower Buffet breakfast was more than acceptable with lots of options Our only criticism is the constant noise from the trams which work from early morning to late evening
