Everything was great, the spa, the food, the cleanliness, the staff. My only complaints are that the lifts were a bit slow and that a few people came to breakfast in their pyjamas. I don't think the management should have allowed this in a 4 star hotel. It's not acceptable in any hotel but certainly not a 4 star.

We were in the business suite (or one bedroom apartment - description varies by site) and it was superb, with a lovely river view. Clean, spacious, robes and slippers, full range of toiletries, value-for-money minibar, and excellent (if small) pool/sauna, etc. We didn't try the restaurant or spa facilites, but the breakfast buffet was very good and the bar was very reasonably priced. The old town was a 20 minute walk away (if happy to walk through back streets) or 40 minutes if walking along the Vistula - there's a tram stop nearby though. All-in-all, excellent value for money - I'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our third stay at Galaxy hotel in Krakow. We especially appreciated the pool and jacuzzi, and regret that on Friday morning the jacuzzi was not in service. It would have been better if the regular cleaning of the jacuzzi three times a week was done during the night or early in the morning. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok, although I remember even more impressive breakfasts from earlier stays.

Excellent hotel! But I didn’t like that they outsourced their swimming pool so anyone from the street can book it leaving no options for hotel residents to book a swimming pool. I stayed several days and pool was booked for one week upfront! I specifically booked this hotel to use the pool after extremely long travel and get rid of tension in a lower back after 19 hours flight and airport time!

The hotel was just off of the central historic area, on the river, and on the corner of the Jewish Quarter - full of great restaurants. The location was good with plenty of sites to visit around it. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the stay was enjoyable. The spa was relaxing and the breakfast was un-hurried with plenty of choice.

Veldig fint opphold på galaxy hotel. Mind barn og jeg likte godt bassenget. Bra sikkerhet på hotell mtp ingen kan ta heis uten rom kort. Ok utvalg av mat. Synd de ikke har is på hotell, det savnet vi. Sovesofa var hard. Men vi klarte oss. Takk for oss Tok taxi rundt om kring med uber og bolt, veldig rimelig.

Nice and clean. Close (15min walk) to the Jewish area (very nice restaurants and bars) but a bit far from the city center. A mall is very close (3 min walk). However, the staff could use a smile and be a bit more polite. But this seems to be a cultural thing since not many Polish people smile and do small talk with tourist. The reception should still think about this as taking on many international tourists. The Pool & SPA is OK. But the lady in the reception of the spa was very rude, did not even give us towels, so had to go back and ask for it. She also asked us to pay to buy spa slippers and was overall anything but concerned about the guest comfortability and happiness.

Hotellet er veldig fint! Rolig område, med gåavstand til det meste. 3 min til shoppingsentre, 20 minutter til jødiske kvartal og ca 25. min til gamlebyen. Rett utenfor hotellet var det en koselig promenade langs elven. Vi bodde i toppetasjen med utsikt over elven. Hotellet var veldig fint. Eneste minuset var at vi ikke fikk hjelp på hotellet vedr. typiske «turist spørsmål» Skulle de gi et svar måtte vi booke alt via dem.

The staff was very rude and uncouth at the reception desk. Especially the female staff. I tried to leave a list of sites for Schindlers list and the night staff wanted it and the next morning the woman at the front desk gave me soo much lip about it I could not believe it! First she said I may need it and I'm like, duhh I created it for you, then she says they didnt tell her about it and I'm like oh my god woman just give to to the people that are there at night so you all can explain to tourist where certain interesting Schindler's list sites are. The customer service in Poland is the worse! I could not believe how rude the females were at the front desk. All they wanted to do was say "no" or we "we don't know" or "we don't have". This hotel needs to seriously train the staff on how to communicate properly and provide customer service at the highest level!

Hôtel parfait . Si je pouvais je mettrais 6 étoiles sur 5. Très bon accueil. Les enfants sont très bien accueillis avec un sachet surprise. Il peuvent également profiter d'une aire de jeux et d'un mur d'escalade. La chambre est spacieuse. Vous avez des bouteilles d'eau offertes tous les jours. Dans la chambre vous avez également un petit frigo. L'hôtel est vraiment calme. Le petit déjeuner est parfait ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts. L'espace piscine chauffée , jacuzzi, sauna et hamman est très appréciable après une journée de visite. Nous avons également utilisé le parking de l'hôtel: 45€ pour 5 jours. Le quartier juif est à 15 minutes à pieds, un centre commercial est à 2 pas de l'hôtel, c'est agréable de marcher le long du fleuve pour aller jusqu'au château. Le centre est accessible en tramway (5/10 minutes à pied et 8 minutes de tramway 1) Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel et nous ne pouvons que le recommander.
