Breakfast plentiful - buffet service. Rooms clean - only small gripe that tea bags not replenished and only 2 provided and no milk! No problem as bar staff happy to give us some milk. Bar and restaurant staff excellent. Swimming pool cold! Lockers provided but would be good to have spinner for costumes? Spa treatments excellent.

Room was very clean and they left us a welcoming bottle of wine. The only problem we had was the pool was too cold we couldn't use it. Also the fridge wasn't working

Everything was great, the spa, the food, the cleanliness, the staff. My only complaints are that the lifts were a bit slow and that a few people came to breakfast in their pyjamas. I don't think the management should have allowed this in a 4 star hotel. It's not acceptable in any hotel but certainly not a 4 star.
