First Quality Customer Service! The hotel surpassed my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. I have stayed at many hotels in Greece. Zeus Thessaloniki Lazart is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Greece in terms of exceptional customer service, cleanness and cool atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. Their approach to customer needs is exceptionally good. The hotel management’s problem-solving approach deserves 5 Star rating. I highly recommend Zeus Thessaloniki Lazart Hotel. Fantastic Experience!

When I checked in there was just one person who was on the phone, I met my friends in the bar and went again to check in she was still on the phone, It was almost impossible to get a drink in the bar you had to go to reception and ask for service. The pool was closed off as it was the end of the season,in September!!! I was so looking forward to a swim.
