Great hotel to be centralized to Plaza. Bathroom is tight, but beds are super comfortable! Staff is very friendly and helpful

The staff was excellent. The AC did not work. But the worst thing was the fact that there was no elevator to our room. I have bad knees and could barely get up the stairs. Not on our list to stay there again
