We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years as our children love the pool amenities. However, the last 2 times we stayed, the chlorine levels in the pool were so high, the children were coughing uncontrollably and the even adults sitting poolside (not even in the water) had burning eyes. We voiced our concerns to front desk but it didn’t seem like anything was done. We won’t be returning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent variety throughout the week. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I wish the temperature control worked better. It was either too hot or too cold. The pool was disappointing as it requires some additional cleaning on the deck, and the pool floor is quite badly chipped. The splash features didn’t work and towels weren’t always available (the washing machines broke down). The hotel had two elevators but only one was working and it was a little scary considering it was very clunky, made very loud noises and shook while in operation. It was very slow too.

The pool was cold and neglected by staff all evening. There was hair build up on the vents and puke on the deck of the pool. I am glad I have a great podiatrist, since I am sure I will catch a wart or two from the pools of dirty water on the pool deck. No one ever cleaned the pool area. The pool was also geared towards young children yet the water was freezing cold. My eyes burned of chlorine, although it was so dirty in there, I appreciated higher chlorine levels. Someone's dog also barked all night. The rooms were atleast decent but the breakfast lacked anything identifiable. We will not be back. Staff members were kind though!

We stayed for one night and the pool was out of service. We were looking forward to use the waterslide however they couldn't fix it by the time we checked out. That was a big disappointment for my kids.

The facilities were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic with a great deal of variety! Our main issue was how many things were broken. The safe was not functioning, the lights in the room did not work, for 3 of our 4 days the pool heater did not work.

Definitely could use a deep clean, room was surface level clean but walls need washed, beds need to be moved and vacuumed under. When we pulled the pull out couch bed out and there was chips and garbage under it. Bathrooms were clean. Just needs a little more attention to detail! Pool was warm and fun. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Customer service was amazing my whole stay, no matter what position they were in.

The place was just not well taken care of. Some sort of brown smeared goo on every door. The first room we were in had crumbs on the furniture and reeked of cigarettes. We got moved across the hall (the hall also smelled a little of cigarette smoke) where the smell was at least better, but still did not seem overly clean. The pool area was very nice and clean however.

The pull out couch had dorito chips crushed all over it when we unfolded it and stains from the chips. The halls and floors were always dirty and stinky. Staff was friendly enough. Elevator was sketchy.

The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t hear any outside noise. The room temperature was excellent. The only thing I noticed was the carpet needs to be stretched. It had a large crinkle as you walked in the room.

Clean place to stay, breakfast okay but starting late. not sure why it got that good of a rating. Water pressure in showers non existent. Carpet is picking up from the floor, making waves. Desk and walls are badly scratched and no wifi.

Spacious room- we had 2 queens and a sofa bed. The kids enjoyed the pool. Good selection for breakfast- waffles, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, yogurt, muffins, cereals, fruit. Everything was well looked after. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Front staff are less than stellar. I accidently forgot a large metal water jug and a plastic water bottle on the front counter while checking in. I realized the next day and called the front desk. They said it was not there. When I went to check out my plastic water bottle that was sitting right beside my expensive cup was still there. Over 16 hours later. When asked to check the cameras to see who took it. The staff said that would take days and they would get back to me. No one ever contacted me. It’s obvious they know who took my cup with all of the cameras around.

Great location. Easy to access from highway. Great customer service. Arrived before usual check in time. Confirmed my room was ready. Staff very polite and friendly. Explained where breakfast was located as well as times, where the elevator was, WiFi password along with pool hours. Comfortable beds. AC works very well. Spacious room. One night stay but would stay again

Called the front desk for extra blankets for the pull out couch around 9pm, one of the phones in our room wouldn't work, then we waited about 25 minutes, no one brought any blankets and we have young kids who needed to go to bed. Tried calling the front desk 3-5 times, no answer, then finally someone answered and brought up Blankets. Tried calling down in the morning, yet again no one answered the phone

We stayed here to attend a football game. The location was convenient to catch a bus from the Turvey Centre to the field. There were a lot of choices for restaurants around the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a conference in Regina. Nice hotel, way on the edge of the city which was nice. Breakfast was decent, waffles, eggs, cereal, juice, all the usual. Pool was good, work out room needed a little TLC. Room was spacious, but we could get it to cool down, the fan/ac wanted to keep kicking off. Beds were really comfortable. One dislike was that people kept smoking directly out front of our room window do it would waft into our room so we couldn’t keep the window open.

Check in was easy and efficient and the front desk staff very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was good but would prefer to have it open until 10:00 or 10:30 The water park was great for the kids. Clean and warm. There was no blanket or linens in our room for the pull out bed. There was very little toilet paper, had to ask for more. There was a pair of men's underwear on the floor by the bed that was there from whomever had the room before us.

Clean lobby and room, I did not like our room as it faced a lit roof area. The curtains are permanently open so it was tough to sleep with the light shining directly into our room all night. The breakfast selection was not great. All in all, nice pool and clean facilities, safe location, good price.
