Die Zimmer sind teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, die Grösse und Aussicht (Meerblick) wirklich toll. Kein Lärm aus anderen Zimmern hörbar. das Essen war Spitze, sehr viel Auswahl und absolut nicht Kantinenmäßig wie man es sonst von anderen Hotels kennt. Viele Speisen werden direkt im Restaurant zubereitet, Abends Livemusik Zum Strand mit dem inkludierten Liegen, Schirmen, Speisen, Getränke) kann man zu Fuss (5-10min) oder mit dem shuttle fahren (im 30min Takt) Ich komme gerne wieder

Very Nice Hotel slightly dated decor. Great Location on the beach. It does have a private beach but it is a good walk from hotel. Staff were great. It is all inclusive with food and drinks including cocktails. The food was really great with very extensive buffets and pop up food corners throughout the day. Our room had a great ocean view.

Det som trekker ned: Badet trenger renovering og gulvteppet på rommet var gammelt og skittent. Det kunne vært mer skapplass som enkelt kan løses med å sette inn to hyller til. Stranda var ikke like ved hotellet. Man måtte ta shuttlebuss som gikk kun to ganger i timen minus pausene til sjåføren. Det kunne ha gått oftere. Hvis bussen blir full så må man gå eller vente til neste avgang, fordi sjåføren ikke kjører i flere omganger. Beachrestauranten har mye utvalg men ingen som informerer deg. De serverer snacks til badesengene og de er veldig flinke på service, men skulle ønske restauranten der var mer aktiv. Hotellområdet er ikke stort. Barneshowet eller show generelt er på samme sted og ikke særlig avskjermet for de som ikke ønsker å delta. Det blir for bråkete. Bassenget er også veldig lite og ikke nok med solsenger. Forventet større bassengområde med mer dybde.

Service was 5 star everywhere. Cuisine is good with much variety. Desserts are to die for. Only negative is that it is a fairly long trek to the beach, though there is supposedly a shuttle that we never used.

Gutes Essen, sehr aufmerksame Bedienung. Schöner Strand, zwar durch einen Transfer zu erreichen, aber immer genug Platz und nette Bedienung. Kein Kampf um sieben Uhr morgens um Liegen am Pool Einziger Nachteıl ist, dass ea keine Rückzugsmöglichkeit gibt, wenn man abends ruhig sitzen und sich unterhalten möchte.

There were several dining options however the a la carte was not included in the all inclusive price so I only ate at the main restaurant. The buffet there had a wide selection of well prepared dishes. In the four nights I was there I noticed the dishes were pretty much the same, which was fine for me. I found the hotel to be clean and well maintained, my room was spacious and comfortable, it had a balcony with a spectacular view of the sea and mountains. However the most impressive thing about this hotel were its staff who were friendly, professional polite and attentive. This resort is very popular with families and each night there was a lively show with loud music which went on until well into the eve. The children and their families appeared to be having a blast singing and dancing to Baby Shark at 10 o’ clock at night! I just put my earplugs in. I slept very well.

Room view was amazing Shame the hotel beach was a shuttle bus ride away The outdoor pools were not temperature controlled Main Restaurant, poolside snack bar was good.....the smaller food bars such as fruit counter not so good as some of the food was sitting on counter whole day and not freshly prepared. There were very limited vegetarian options however I was able to put in a request for vegetarian option few hours before main restaurant opened and chef prepared what I asked for, which was very good of them. Allergen information was incorrect or missing on quite a few occasions. On the whole staff were quite friendly but there was a language barrier with some Unfortunately we did find eyelashes or hair on a few occasions in buffet food, so maybe hygiene needs addressing a little more

Et virkelig skønt hotel med god beliggenhed og lækre faciliteter. Der var altid god plads ved poolen, og den indendørs pool var også et stort plus. Maden var virkelig i verdenklasse – langt bedre end det meste, vi prøvede i byen – med varierende temaer og høj kvalitet hele ugen. Serviceniveauet og tjenerne var i top! Vær dog opmærksom på, at hotellets tilhørende strand ligger ca. 500 meter væk. Et lille ønske til en anden gang: vi savnede spritdispensere ved buffeten. Når det så er sagt var det alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse og tak for en skøn ferie!.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. I stayed there with my wife. In every aspect this hotel met our expectations and in most instances it was beyond our expectations. We arrived late but they prepared dinner for us though the official dinner time was offer. The staffs are very helpful and smily at reception ,travel desk , lobby bar and restaurant. The location was brilliant. We could see the sea while lying on our bed. Gym, sauna, hammam , steam room are all included in the all inclusive package. The lobby bar was opened 24/7, amazing. There were 2 beutiful pools and has private beach in short walking distance. I was surprised to see that they arranged aqua fitness class in the pool with a trainer so dedicatedly everyday at 11:30 am. In every breakfast and meals there were so many items it was extremely difficult to control your weight. Hotel has good airport pick up and drop off service with comparable rate. We are extremely happy to stay there. If we go to Antalya again surely we will stay in this hotel.

Excellent hotel with nice beach views. This hotel provides all inclusive meals - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner , snacks & drinks. Food Varieties is top notch. Beautiful views over beach promenade. 10 min taxi ride to old town/marina. Night time entertainment & music also there. Only one negative issue is poor house keeping. They fail to provide tea bags/ Sugar & even forgot to provide Quilts/blankets in bedroom. Overall Highly recommended.

Billederne snyder. Værelserne er slidt. Mug i badeværelset. Pool for lille. Pool wc over skidt allerede kl 09 og der bliver ikke gjort rent. Buffet er kedelig og det samme. Ude ved bbq grill var der tit løbet tør for kød. Ved aftensmaden skulle vi selv jagte en tjener for at få noget og drikke. 80% på hotellet kan ikke engelsk. Rigtig mange liggestole var defekte. Elevatoren er alt for lille. Nogen gange stod vi i kø 10 minutter. Morgenmad var kedelig. Jeg prøvede en dag at alt brødet var muggen. Så fjernede de bare et stykke men sagde i skal nok lige fjerne det hele. Bord stole gulv i restauranten er møj beskidt ligesom poolens områder også er. Alle andre steder jeg har været blev pool området spulet rent.

Need renovation, dirty carpet in the room

Les parties communes sont très jolies et bien entretenues. Toutefois, les chambres doivent être rénovées et modernisées. Les moquettes sont tachées, il y a de la moisissure et calcaire dans la salle de bain… la brosse des toilettes est dans un état catastrophique ! Concernant le personnel, ils sont bienveillants, aussi la vue sur mer est sublime ! Puis, on y mange également très bien.

Did not use the spa. Beach was stunning. The cleanliness of the hotel room was very poor as you are advertising as a 5 star hotel. Carpet was dirty. Furniture was outdated. 95% of the staff doesn’t speak English. But Leoni and Sadaf on the customer relations desk were very helpful

Stayed with my family there for three nights. The property is out of dated. Shower is leaking and carpet is not clean. Service is mediocre. No shampoo when checked in and even after i requested three times, staff didn’t deliver the right thing. I believe it is because they didn’t speak English.

Die Suite in der 9. Etage war geräumig, aber die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel und Teppich waren nicht ganz sauber und wurden nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Auf der schönen Terrasse konnte man wegen der Küchengerüche aus der Lüftung leider nicht lange sitzen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Im Wellnessbereich war der Boden stellenweise rutschig. An der Bar gab es nette Mitarbeiter und eine gute Auswahl an Getränken.

La chambre était spacieuse, le lit confortable mais quelques points négatifs : insonorisation, on entendait le bruit de l'extérieure les ventilateurs sdb et chambre faisaient un bruit énorme la nourriture était assez bonne, varié et le personnel attentif

Room overlooking the beach which I enjoyed

I was travelling alone in November. This hotel is directly opposite the beach in Antalya in the Konyaalti Beach area. In Winter some of the facilities are not open so you may be best to check if you wish to stay here to use specific facilities. The room was spacious and well appointed, nice bathroom (I had a deluxe sea view double room). The balcony was a 'Juliet balcony" so no chance of sitting on the balcony on a sunny day. The hotel was fully inclusive so the cost was inclusive of any drink at the bar, plus all meals / snacks and even the mini bar was included. The restaurant was buffet style and there was always a huge choice of cuisines available. The hotel is spacious, but not so the grounds, however the two pools are a nice focal point. Even in Winter on a sunny day, it was nice to use the sunbeds next to one of the pools and read my book. Staff were always kind and speak very good English.

Aircondition took time to cool in the room and there was minor leak from the ceiling. Please address these issues

The hotel overall was pretty good, very clean and comfortable. Rooms are abit dated but perfectly clean and comfortable. Food was good with plenty of choice, the all inclusive drinks are premium brands so that was great. Staff friendly and helpful… the pools are extremely cold… which was a down side for us. However not enough to put us off overall a good hotel.

My stay here was very good. I enjoyed the quality of the food, which was always served hot. Many AI places have mediocre buffets but not MegaSaray with lots of options and good quality drinks. The rooms are a little tired, but they are large, with good facilities. The local beach was a pebble beach so be aware of this. Lots of sun loungers and never had a problem getting one, even in the afternoon. Not a lot going on in terms of entertainment but was good if you want a nice quite relaxing break. Overall I was very happy with the hotel and would return

Excellent staff and food

The hotel has potential, but our experience was mixed. Service was the biggest disappointment — we often felt ignored when asking for drinks. We requested multiple times but rarely got them unless walking to the bar ourselves, which seemed to affect English-speaking guests most. The non-smoking area is very small and still filled with smoke from the majority of guests, making it hard to enjoy fresh air. Entertainment was lacking and not very engaging; show schedules were only posted in elevators or corridors. However, Igho from the entertainment team was great—friendly and informative about the shows. Food options were mismatched, like Asian dishes with Mexican sauces and vice versa. The view from our balcony was beautiful, and waking up to it was lovely. The cleaning staff were excellent—prompt, kind, and kept the room spotless with a well-stocked mini fridge. The furniture could use updates, though. We requested a 4 AM wake-up call for our flight and never received it. No to-go breakfast was provided despite seeing it for other early travelers. Pools were very cold, and even the “heated” spa pool wasn’t warm. No hot tubs or jacuzzis. The spa area is nice with some free features, but paid services are pricey for the location. The private beach and shuttle are convenient, though the lounge chairs are worn. Transfers cost about $70, and private tours about $250, though similar ones online are around $50 per person.

Such a fantastic hotel. The food, rooms, staff and entertainment were all great. All ages catered for. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the mini disco. All the staff were so helpful. Our granddaughter is dairy intolerant and her soya milk was sent to their room. They also arrived after the restaurant had closed and Ali arranged for food to be saved for them. They were served a wonderful hot meal. Special shout out to Ali.

We stayed at Megasaray Westbeach in the second week of November and had an amazing time. We were a group of 18 people travelling from different countries for my brother’s wedding in Antalya, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The staff were great from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, honest, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has recently introduced an off season concept with breakfast only, half board and all inclusive. Even with some areas closed during this period, mainly the food court, the all inclusive option was still good value. The food quality was very good, with plenty of variety throughout the stay. Drinks and pasties were also very nice. The hotel was genuinely fully booked for a couple of days while we were there in November, which says a lot about the level of service they maintain. A few members of our group were staying elsewhere and visited us at various times. Management were very understanding and even allowed late visits (after 9 pm). They even offered complimentary tea for our visitors which was much appreciated, especially since many all inclusive resorts are strict about outside visitors. A special thank you to Sadaf from guest relations who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She even helped us with a few last minute wedding related arrangements (noting the wedding was outside and unrelated to Megasaray) and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Had a lovely short break at this hotel last week which I thoroughly enjoyed. It is exceptionally clean has a fantastic beach location and very helpful professional staff in all departments. This is especially true of Victoria and her colleague at Guest Relations who go out of their way to ensure guests are happy and deal with any minor issue that may arise. I look forward to returning in a few weeks time.

We were shocked to see Air conditions were switched off in the rooms , when we enquired twice with reception they said , at Antalya it is still winter time and the AC works centralised based on winter and summer months . They provided with fan on our request that too is an old fan which works only on timer setting which goes off every 2 hours . We stayed from 15-21april at 21-23 temperatures and couldn’t sleep at humid temperature!! We din’t expected this from 5 star hotel !!! Suleman at pool bar was very rude man with very rude behaviour . Once we were having breakfast with our toddler near the table at pool bar and our child was making noise by playing with chair . Suleman came and asked us to eat inside the restaurant when other families next to us were already eating . We felt very embarrassed and he was very rude when offering drinks at pool bar as he was rudely asking ‘I just gave you one drink’ and ‘glass is not allowed at the pool’ with very rude tone and behaviour. We don’t expect this type of hospitality from country like Turkey and from 5 star hotel !!

This is my third time since 2024,to stay at the hotel .It has a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone is very helping, kind,and can speak English, which is very important for foreign travelers.It gives me great pleasure to be welcomed as a family member, and being recognized by everyone, since I'm a returning guest. Excellent customer service especially the guest relation who originally from Netherlands. Food is great and as well as the entertainment in the evenings. Lots of choices of food and as well as drinks. I would come definitely come back Jade

Das Hotel hat uns im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Strandanlage, diese liegt etwa 400m vom Hotel entfernt. Alle 20 Minuten fährt ein Shuttle vom Hotel an den Strand.

Central location, great variety of quality food, fantastic views from the rooms, super attentive staff - best experience ever! If I have to mention the cons, lift was too slow at times and its digital panels were faded - too hard to see which lift is coming. I also did not particularly like the fact that beach gate opens at 8am - too inconvenient for early birds who want to walk the promenade. We had to go around through the main entrance and smell the bins sitting on the side of the hotel :( But overall was a truly fantastic holiday !

Utsikten var underbar, hotellet ligger väldigt nära strand o närheten till staden med promenad möjligheter o shopping är perfekt läge, personalen är trevliga, tyckte klart mycket mer än jag var där för 9 år sen, den nya konsepten med nya ägaren är klart bättre, rekommenderar klart hotellet.

Ausblick vom Zimmer war super: schöne große Bergkulisse. Die Zimmer waren gut klimatisiert und selbst steuerbar. Aber das Beste war das Essen. Nicht jeden Tag dasselbe Essen, eine große Auswahl, alles sehr lecker und freundliches Personal. Eigener Strandabschnitt mit Bar ist nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Hotel was in good location for bus station, airport, shops and old town Kaleici. Food was good, staff were nice. Rooms a bit tired and can do with being updated/refurbished but overall a nice Hotel.

We spent a lot of time researching the right hotel before our trip to Antalya. Megasaray had great reviews, but was at a slightly higher price point to the rest - I would like to say that it was MORE THAN WORTH IT. We had a fantastic trip, made better by the amazing staff who were always there to help. The main thing we would recommend is the FOOD. The all-inclusive options were not only flavourful and healthy (and a vegetarian's dream!), but more than made up for the additional cost of the hotel vs others. We will definitely be coming back again!

This was our second stay at Megasaray Antalya after a wonderful experience in 2024. Unfortunately, we noticed a clear decline in standards this time. The cleanliness was disappointing. Carpets, chairs, and sofas had visible stains, and even tables and bedside tables appeared marked and poorly maintained. The duvet was covered with a sheet that was too small, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable in a hotel setting. The food quality had also declined. Meat and chicken were often dry, and the menu felt repetitive, with similar dishes served daily. Last time we enjoyed freshly baked Turkish flatbreads at breakfast, but this time there was nothing freshly baked, which was disappointing. There were positive aspects. The staff were consistently friendly, respectful, and professional. The salad bar was fresh, though it lacked variation. The bar served excellent cocktails and deserves recognition. We appreciate the staff’s kindness, but we encourage the owner to invest in better maintenance, particularly replacing carpets and worn furniture. The lobby flooring would be a more hygienic solution for guest rooms. Sadly, due to the overall decline, we will not be returning.

I don't enjoy hotels that do not have great breakfasts and comfy beds. This one has both. Most evening meals have a special entree or dessert or both. The sushi admittedly was "meh" but the pasta night was delicious, as were the fish tacos and enchiladas on a different night. It rained most of the week (nothing the hotel can do about that) but they monitored the patio area and got it dried as soon as possible. The patisserie is now serving Starbucks (for a small surcharge) if you can't get enough coffee elsewhere. I honestly think food was available from 7 AM until 2 AM at some part of the hotel as they changed from "winter" to "summer" schedules. Don't eat too mcuh before swimming! :) The beach area nearest the hotel is a public beach, but it is nice enough. With the weather, I didn't try to find the hotel's private beach that other reviewers have mentioned. I guess that is for another day! The hallway carpets have some stains, and there's nicks here and there on the room furniture, but the food and beverage services are hot and safe and tasty. The staff tries to be helpful (in multiple languages). Spend a little extra for the "sea view" room for the best mornings, but the other side has mountains in the distance which isn't bad either!

It was not really what I would call five star it was more a four star hotel. The food was pretty standard. The problem was was everything was cold by the time you got it back to the table so that’s why I’ve give it three stars. The staff were very nice though.
