The stay was great. The staff were very accommodating and were able to give us a connected room for our two rooms. A big reason we chose this hotel was they had a waterslide for the kids, but unfortunately it was closed the first night we got there which was a bit of a let down.

Very disappointed that the pool was closed for cleaning on Sunday morning. Often it is on the weekend that families travel, especially during the school year - please, clean the pool on a weekday morning - not on the weekend.

Great stay. Ample parking, large rooms and great staff. The hot options at breakfast (eggs and meat) not so great, but the make your own waffles were a hit! Coffee available all day and a little shop for snacks were always available. Pool was great and the slide was a lot of fun. Some tables and chairs on the patio outside would make it perfect. Pet friendly and my dog was treated just as great as us

We planned the visit specially for the pool and waterslide. While at the pool, an employee came in and announced that they had to close the pool for the remaining of the night. We spent a total of 1 hour in the pool during our stay. Kids were very upset!

We have stayed at this property in the past so it was an easy choice. The hotel is convenient to get to, the outside grounds are lovey, and there is lots of parking. Management cares about the condition of the grounds - they even have doggie dodo bags to make things easier. The suite we had was very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping even made little flowers with the facecloths, in the Kleenex box, and with the toilet paper which was a perfect touch. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. We enjoyed the pool and water slide (although a twenty minute wait for two towels at the front desk seemed excessive). Breakfast was amazing - hot, plentiful, and nutritious. The breakfast staff was working hard to keep everything filled and they were very helpful and friendly. The only part of the experience that did not meet expectations was check in. There were two employees on the front desk. Neither greeted us as we came in, neither smiled. At check in, I felt like I was an inconvenience especially to the female employee. No request for my Hilton Honours card (which should be on file anyway) and no benefits for being one. Check out in the morning went much better as the manager was at the desk. He smiled, asked how our stay was, and was friendly. Just how front desk staff should be.

When we checked in we were told it was $75 for our dog service fee plus $100 deposit. However when talking via chat they told us 75 dollar deposit for pet. We have screen shot of chat log from the app. We explained but the so called manager wouldnt help us. False advertising! In addition, the breakfast which was advertised as diamond class was medicre at best. No bacon, sausages were old and rubbary, coffee was gross. Bad would not recommend this hotel.

We stopped last minute to stay at this hotel on our long travel back home. Hotel was beautiful, clean and most staff were amazing. Everyone enjoyed the pool and had a good sleep. But something did happen that left a bad taste in my mouth (so to speak). We slept in before going down for breakfast close to the end. So, very few people were there. A woman greeted us & let us know it would soon be over. So we got what we could and were just waiting for more syrup when a woman came from the back (kitchen?) looked my autistic son in his face and told him to “GET OUT!” in a very rude tone. He was curious and asked why? Thats when she got even more angry and she raised her voice saying it was because he wasn’t wearing shoes. This is a perfectly reasonable time to say something to him, but why so angry? Why yell at an autistic person? All because of shoes? That’s wildly inappropriate when she could have just said “sorry, you need shoes in here” and he’d have put them on and come back. He was extremely bothered by this and is still talking about it 10 days later. I think whoever this is needs an education in how to speak to people in general but also how to people with disabilities. There’s absolutely no reason why this request couldn’t have been done calmly and quietly. Super disappointing.

Breakfast was very enjoyable, lovely selection and the staff was so quick to clear our dishes. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff were!! Clean rooms, nice friendly staff. Hotel is just off the highway and has some stores on the other side. Moncton downtown is about a 12 minute drive. Only one driveway entrance to the hotel and there was a semi trailer parked blocking part of the driveway. That was my only complaint and not even a big deal.

A great hotel located in northern Moncton. Stellar rooms with high marks for cleanliness and staff, albeit no in-hotel restaurant. This is a significant downside to the property, as you will need to travel 2.2km to the nearest fast food/breakfast or 5km to the south side of Moncton for a “real” restaurant.

The property itself is nice, clean and staff is friendly. Locations is super convenient and close to almost everything. There was a massive construction project going on while we were there and getting to and from the property was a bit painful. Dining area for breakfast seemed small, too many people and not enough table space. Breakfast was just ok. Not much selection when it came to hot breakfast menu items. Kitchenette was setup very poorly, people were constantly bumping into one another and there seemed to be lineups at almost any time. Pool and water slide were great! Kids had hours of fun!

10 minutes before the pool closes they shut down the slides. Same for breakfast. Don't get there last minute as they don't refill the buffet 30 min prior closing. I have seen better comfort for pillows and bed. The walls are not soundproof so be ready to be waken up early.

Staff were wonderful from the moment we checked in and we also enjoyed the breakfast. The bathrooms really do need to be re-done. The shower was very creaky while standing in it and trying to shower. Family members staying in other rooms also complained of this issue.
