Great establishment all-around! Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast has great variety and plentiful, with many seating area options inside and in the terrasse. Room was spacious enough for a family of 5, sofa-bed for the 7y.o. Kids spent a great deal of time in the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Spacious hotel gym was more than what I expected: dumbbells up to 75lbs and a cable crossover machine, Peloton bike and several other cardio machines, and a large enough area with yoga mats and medicine balls for floor exercises. Right in the heart of downtown, chose to many restaurants and bars. Way more than we expected the price, and made our trip that much more memorable!

We had a fabulous stay! The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful layout and atmosphere! Their breakfast was delicious, and they also have an amazing Italian restaurant attached to the hotel! You needed to add on parking, but it wasnt too expensive and parking made easy!! The hotel is located away from the hectic shopping areas, but so close to get to, less then a 10-15minute drive! Your far enough out that it is quiet but close enough to everything, it is great!! The staff were so friendly and helpfull! Would come back to this hotel again!

This hotel was amazing. The entire facility is pristine! Everything spotless. Rooms were spacious, clean well equipped. The staff were very friendly and everyone always had a smile on their face. Upon arriving to our room, we received a courtesy call from the front desk asking if everything in our room met our expectations and it most definitely did...a very nice touch that I had never had before. Made us feel very welcomed. They have several outdoor patios to enjoy the beautiful summer weather and one with a propane fireplace that is lit every morning and every evening. We are our supper/dinner out there and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool area was clean and always had plenty of towels. The breakfast was too notch! Tonnes of options, hot and cold. Simply amazing from start to finish! Will definitely be back.

Quite suprised, the hotel itself was very nice and modern. Upon walking into our room, we noticed blood on the wall by the bathroom. Not a small amount either. The lobby bar was nice, service was ok and there was only one person on staff. It took an hour and a half for food, but we were not in a rush. Nice staff and friendly. For what we paid for the room and food, I am very disappointed. I would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel for cleanliness and service, everywhere was spotless. Excellent breakfast with staff on hand to help and always stocking up. Room was very comfortable; overlooked the rail line but I only heard one freight train rumble through during the night! As this was only an overnight, didn’t really have time to explore, but the hotel is in a nice part of town with lots of new buildings around it.

From the moment I walked through the front door I was greeted with friendly competent staff. The room was amazing, clean beautiful and had everything I needed. Shower was spacious and very up to date and clean :) I was also pleasantly surprised with the wonderful continental breakfast the next morning! 5 stars all around! Thank you Hyatt ❤️👌

Beautiful new hotel captures the ambiance of downtown Monkton. Amazing breakfast, facilities and many walkable dining options. Extremely clean all around. Cost of parking should be included. Pull out couch not very comfortable. But the beds extremely comfortable. A/C noisier than expected in a new build. Still, highly recommended and would stay here again,

Overall very well located hotel, modern look, and very clean. The sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable, very noisy if your room faces Main Street, pool is kinda small and free parking would’ve been greatly appreciated especially at 250$ per average room a night + all the fees. A 250$/night room ended up costing me 312$ with parking.

This was by far one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff were super friendly, and always eager to answer any questions. The room was spacious, and the little sitting area was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, and honestly the building was so quiet , we thought we had the whole floor to ourselves. Breakfast was very tasty, and lots of choices. I highly recommend this hotel

Before arrival quoted price on Expedia was with taxes, when confirmation arrived it was plus taxes. Arrived after 3:00pm and room was not ready. Waited over an hour in lobby for a text that room was ready. Had to go back in line and wait some more after text to get key. Got to room and bed mattress and frame had issues; leaning towards the centre and foot of the bed. We were advised that we could not be moved as hotel was full. There were two other guests arguing with the polite but helpless staff at the front desk. One over price the other over room availability. I guess we were not alone. Staff was very sympathetic but the system was against them and unfortunately we paid the price.

The check in time is 3PM and I reached at 10:45PM and the room was not ready yet - can u believe this? They said our staff was not available and we had to clean lot of rooms - thats not my problem, the bare minimum expectation is that when I reach late at night I am not waiting for my room. Horrible experience, never ever I will stay with them ever again.

Overall hotel was clean. The hotel room we booked was unavailable and was given an “upgrade” from a room with king bed and sofa to 2 queens. We weren’t told about the room change and we’re not given a chance to decline. Since it was just my wife and I, this wasn’t an upgrade at all. Overall poor service.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights just to relax and we loved it. Was quiet and clean. Staff were so kind and helpful. They even called the room shortly after check-in just to make sure everything was working great and to satisfaction. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen at any hotel and everything is easy to get to. We ordered room service for the first time ever and it was from the restaurant attached to the hotel Carrabbas. Delicious ! Overall we loved our stay and had no issues at all. We will be back.

Parking is extra. Not much to downtown Moncton and feels a little rough at night. Location is convenient and we didn’t have any issues. Loved our stay and room. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Spent the day at Parlee which was fantastic. New Brunswick has so much to offer!

Our room was clean and spacious. Location was nice to visit the surrounding areas. Staff were also friendly. Breakfast lineups can get crazy so get there early (improved layout of the breakfast area could probably help this). Overall I’d recommend the Hyatt Place and would return.

The rooms are modern, clean, a good size and the beds are comfortable! The staff is top notch-especially Kaylee, Eva and the desk manager Josh. The later check out time is a great bonus too! The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is a little high priced, but it is well worth it-a must try. We will go back to experience that meal again!

The hotel was clean, nicely outfitted, and had friendly capable staff. Our room had confortable beds, a nice pull out couch, and updated washroom. The breakfast was among the best we have ever had at a hotel. The staff were diligently keeping the food fresh and full, and there were great options of all kinds including potatoes, sausages, eggs, pancakes, and more! We definitely recommend this hotel!

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. It is right in the heart of downtown and easily walkable to great dining options (some are right off the lobby). Great pool, tech, lots of USB ports to charge all the family's devices. The breakfast buffet may have been the best I have experienced at this level of hotel. I highly recommend staying here, especially for people travelling with their family.

We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and very spacious. The pool was clean and lots of seating and lots of towls available. It was nice to have a lobby bar that served food and good drinks. The complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options.
