The parking lot is being repaved. My room was on the same alcove as a suite, and I could hear everything, including showers. Otherwise, quite a nice stay.

Really liked the easy access to the room from the car. We were in a “pet friendly room” even though we didn’t have a pet. Being able to park right outside the door made it accessible and handy for those with knee problems. Staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you.

This place was fine for a spot to rest my head while on the road. Clean and quiet. Breakfast provided. Nice all you can eat italian reataurant next door was convenient. Large parking lot out back to park an oversized vehicle (i was pulling a uhaul).

We check in parked our work truck with trailer Went to room to settle in got a call from front desk that we can’t park in hotel parking we have to park across the street in a vacant lot. The chair at the desk had to be wiped down, disgusting covered in what we hope was food not poop! Ordered food and the delivery driver was arguing withe the lady about being able to deliver it to our door as was requested by us we had to go to the front desk to tell the lady we had ordered it. Took showers before bed and 2 out of 3 of the bath towels is covered in either blood or poop. The ceiling in the shower is covered in mold. The shower curtain is hung lip sided so the whole time you’re showering the curtain slides open. The AC in the room doesn’t work worth crap. Room was hot and uncomfortable. The room has a funky smell. We do not recommend this hotel. Very dirty place. Front desk very rude. This hotel is lucky it got a 1 star

We have stayed at this hotel several times. They are smoke free and pet friendly, which is important to us. The staff is always kind and professional. The hotel is outdated but our room is always clean and the beds are very comfortable. We recommend this hotel if you need a pet friendly, clean, comfortable room with easy freeway access for your travels.

Room was extremely dirty. Fresh spots on the bed cover, long black hairs inside the sheets, urine in the toilet seat, hair all over in the bathroom, spittle on the mirror, and cereal on the floor. Absolutely disgusting.

I didn’t care for the bedding. The sheets could be softer and nicer blankets/bedspread. Also it was difficult to sleep through the night because the AC/heater unit and refrigerator kept coming on and both were pretty loud.

The hotel isn't bad. It's just very, very basic. I had my dogs with me and I did like that the floor was not carpet. I didn't like that my room opened to the outside parking lot. there is a door that also opens into a hallway. I just don't like doors opening into parking lots. Noisy.

Exhaust in the bathroom not working, sewer for bathtub clogged (slow draining) had to stop shower few times to let water drain. But breakfast was good. Room stinks, feels like someone smoke in the room in the past. Hotel needs remodeling.

Hotel billed me for the room on top of me paying for it on this app. Getting it resolved has been a nightmare. They dont return calls. Now i hsve to dispute charges.there is a language barrier but they are not trying to resolve the issue or correct their error. The room was clean but sheets were worn out, thin from overuse, stained and holes The continental breakfast was lackluster and bare minimal. No options for gluten-free or dairy free people. Sad we stayed here a couple of years back with the same owners and its gone down hill.

The only thing I did not like was that they didnt give us a room on the main floor even though i asked for one. My mother had a hip replaced and going up the stairs was terrible! She was in a lot of pain after. If someone asks for a main floor room, you should give it to them.

It was a quick overnight stay, as I was just trying to catch up on sleep traveling across the state. However, I hadn’t stayed at a hotel for a while and I didn’t appreciate the unpleasant check in experience. He couldn’t find my reservation from this app and thought I was at the wrong hotel. After he found it, I had some legitimate questions about toiletries (because I forgot to pack some) and other inquiries. He was like “haven’t you ever stayed at a hotel before?” I found it kind of rude and not friendly, regardless of my experience I should have been received warmly. Room turned out to be good, I especially liked the indoor and outdoor access features.

Paid for my room through hotels.com. At Check-in I was asked for a credit card for incidentals And gave them my credit card only to find out. I was charged again from my room. A 44 dollar fee after I just paid almost 70 dollars for my room through hotels.com i haven't trying to get in such a hotel for 2 days to fix this charger but no one will answer the phone or email me back

The front desk staff were kind and friendly. I didn’t bring a charger, but they lent me one. Breakfast was included with the stay, and everything was clean and hygienic. I stayed here for four nights and will definitely recommend it to others in the future.

When we checked in, we had asked the front desk attendant if we could get late checkout. She told us that we could check out at 11:30. Starting at about 8am that morning we had people knocking on the door and then trying to come in. After the first time trying the door and finding that the inside lock was on, wouldn't it make more sense to leave the people in the room alone until check out time? It was incredibly rude and disruptive to our plans. I've never had quite as bad of an experience, when considering the level of noise coming from outside our door and the disruptions while in our room. We will not be staying here again.

Excellent place to stop. Wonderful little town (some distance away). Nice staff. Breakfast is adequate, not sumptuous. I sleep with my window open, because air conditioning gives me a headache, and I could hear them ordering at the drive-through next door. That is the only truly minor criticism. Perfect distance to Denver.

A great night's stay in Richfield right next to I-70 at a budget price; bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast, food, gas and grocery options were handy. Definitely will stay again if in the area. The only comment of a negative nature I would make had nothing to do with the on-site staff; I received numerous emails and texts from Wyndham the day before I checked in asking me to do a pre-check-in to "save time" when I arrived to actually check in. Always keen to save time, I duly entered my information and uploaded my ID. But when I got to the motel, I had to undergo the usual procedure anyway! I asked the pleasant manager about it and she said, "Oh, yes, that's all just a waste of time!" Are you listening, Wyndham?

Convenient location right off the highway but close to downtown Richfield. Very basic property with ample parking. Room was clean and in good working order. Basically all you can ask for a Super 8. Excellent cable tv and WiFi.
