Pool is filthy and brings down the whole outlook on the property.. Decent property otherwise

Someone up front was absolutely amazing she let me check in early she went above and beyond she is very professional I enjoy the room very much it was very comfortable and clean and I appreciate that very much you cannot beat it for the price it's very quiet there's no partying perfect place and there is truck parking as well

Ovepriced for area, rundown. Room was outdated worn out yet clean. Breakfast was minimal to nothing.

I did not even STAY there.. I was NOT TOLD that it had OUTDOOR ENTRANCES… the door lock was completely UNSAFE.. I left immediately to stay at the near by Hampton Inn… I lost $89 … but consider my SAFETY to be worth that! Sorry!!

Came in from riding my Harley in 102 degrees heat. Only thing I expected was an working ice machine. They had one and it did not work. Had to go to a restaurant to get a couple of large cups of ice for drinks that night. Good AC. Clean room. Other wise ok.

The bed covers had lots of stains. The bathroom was gross and had dirt and hair all over the floor. Nightstand was visibly dirty and had sticky substances on it.

First of all, I was not greeted when I walked in. I had to initiate conversation and before she said a word to me, she got up and turned on a light. When she did speak it was to ask for my DL. I gave it to her and she looked at a screen for several minutes before I had to speak first AGAIN. I asked if was she able to find my reservation. I had checked in online. She said she was trying to see if I was prepaid. I wasn't which she would have known if she had asked. Once she got my card and printed out the forms, instead of bringing the form where I was standing, she put it on the opposite side of the counter for me to sign. I almost didn't move but I needy blessings to keep flowing... We have been traveling a great deal for business and this has been the worst customer service experience I've had. Got through that only to get a crappy room. So disappointed. Our room was not up to our standards. It was not clean, paint was peeling, there was a piece of toilet paper in the peep hole and you can see the outside from the crack in the door. We are staying because we are tired but we are not happy... At all!!! Oh and the rude person at the front desk was the manager on duty. Also, I tried to add pictures but for some reason it's not working. There are pictures though... Sigh

Nice stay but the towels had 3-4 different types of hair in them and the shower curtain was molded.

I requested to change from my first room, because the white bedspread looked like children with muddy feet had jumped up on it. My second room, the bedspread was also dirty. It look like they had installed some new electrical covers, and there was like sandpaper dust all over the top of the outlet plus the floor, there was scum in the bathtub. There was the same dead roach in the same corner for the four nights that I was there. The sheets were never changed during the entire time I was there, nor was the floor clean. I wore shoes the entire time I was there. I am not a high maintenance person, but this was truly unacceptable. I have pictures if you want to follow up with me.

Property has been poorly kept. My room 111 bathroom smelled of straight urine floor was nasty never been swept or mopped. Refrigerator did not get cold and incredibly nasty on the outside of it. Did not want to touch the ice bucket because it looked as though it was taken from the garage.

Absolutely disgusting. That room looked like it hasnt been cleaned in MONTHS. It's bad when the previous guests reciept was still sitting on the table in the room.

My rental car was damaged by an unknown vehicle (white, left passenger door). I understand that incidents like this are unpredictable and that guests are from very different areas. Dublin, GA seemed fine. A leaky bath faucet isn't uncomfortable, but raises the concern on maintenance and resource usage.

It was a quick over night trip and the room was just right.

It was good for the price. I was just expecting a newer looking room given I was told it had been completely renovated. It certainly did not appear that way and the electrical hookups were few and the one behind the bed was especially bothersome being loose from the wall.

New decorations were nice. First room given was smelly, smoke detector was broken, freezer in ice box iced, one of the lights did not work next to bed. Staff supervisor very friendly in changing our room. Second room given did not smell, was also nicely decorated, but there was no cover plate over one of the plug areas next to nightstand, the painting done around the toilet paper holder was sloppy, the bathroom seat was very noticeably old, the switches and switch plates were also noticeably old. Good attempt in upgrading, just need to have a quality compliance check list to ensure rooms meet the high quality in all areas you and the customer want and expect.

No frills … clean & convenient stop to rest while driving long distances. Good night’s sleep.

The room was freshly painted and clean. The photos were nothing like the place.

The location was great. The check-in wasslow due to computer problems but the staff was nice and helpful. The floors in the room were filthy. The coffee table was sticky. The sheets and towels looked and smelled clean, which was good. Wouldn't recommend motel to anyone.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Persons at front desk were xtra nice. Went out of there way to accommodate my needs.

Terrible we didn’t stay because they stated system was down and couldn’t validate our reservation and we were told to contact hotel.com and when we call the did a great job offering solutions but was told no managers on site so they wouldn’t gelp

The location was convenient and price was reasonable but the smell in the room was horrible. I’m sure it’s because it’s pet friendly. It was a nice room, but I was not comfortable because of the strong oder.

Wet spots on floor when we arrived, stains on the sheets, the ceiling was nasty and looked like it was going to fall in on us, the remote didn't have a guide button, so you have to scroll through all channels to find what you want, the bottom of the shower was unstable and it felt like I was going to fall through, the coffee the next morning was cold and tasted like it was old, and there were unpleasant smells in the lobby when I arrived as well as in the room itself.

Thank God we stayed for only one night. The room was absolutely filthy. My husband and I brought cleaning supplies and got to work cleaning for over an hour before we finally felt comfortable. We only met with one staff member, She was accommodating and friendly. She checked us in when we arrived. In the morning, she was doing laundry and breakfast. It’s no wonder the room was so bad, She doesn’t help to clean the rooms.
