Very clean and comfortable. Free parking. Nice complimentary breakfast. Great for a longer stay or just an overnight. Close to shopping and restaurants. And most importantly for us, close to the LECOM campus that our son attends and lives across the street from.

Very strong lysol smell, bathroom tub didnt drsin properly, pool was not clean.

Beautiful place! My favorite part was the Peloton bike in the workout room! Breakfast was great. Location was perfect!!

Hotel let us check in a bit early, thankful since we were traveling with a baby. First impression was that it was outdated, elevator creaking & old. Room was much better though, very clean and worked well for my family. One of the cleaning staff was exceptional, she gave my son a slinky to have and got us ice for our drinks while in the lobby. Made conversation with us and was great with kids. Breakfast wasn't ready at 7:05AM, the attendant seemed overwhelmed. Maybe just a bad day? Overall I would stay again. The cleanliness outweighed the updates needed.

Nice property with a good gym and indoor pool. The staff was friendly, breakfast had good options and it was safe and clean.

Great property! Clean and the staff was friendly. Very pet friendly for my elderly doggie. Food options readily available for delivery nearby, a great thing for a weary traveler. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Power was out at check in so we made arrangements at another hotel across the highway where the power was on. Hotel then refused to reimburse me because they said the power came back on within three hours lol. So what? Are we supposed to hang out in the lobby until the power comes back on? They said they couldn’t make key cards or do anything because the data and power were out. It’s outrageous to think anyone would sit in a hotel lobby with a bunch of other people and wait for the electricity to come back on. They even said they have no idea when power would be restored.

The parking lot to get into the lot for the hotel was severely damaged by potholes. I also had to leave early because i broke out in hives while staying, either from the soap or the detergent on the sheets. Kind of disappointed that i had to cut my trip short.

While generally clean, the overall feel was rather dated appearance. We had a reservation for a three person suite, but had to chase down linens for the sofa bed. The entry road and parking lot were full of large and deep potholes. Finally the location behind a shopping center, with the front of the hotel facing a cinderblock wall was rather odd. The staff member who checked us in was friendly, the person who we finally got the missing linens from was surley and seemed inconvenienced that we would actually want what we reserved for.

The plastic shower curtain was moldy both in my room and my daughter’s room. She switched rooms and the new room also had a moldy shower curtain. The bathrooms smelled musty. The advertised “sofa sleeper” in the one bedroom suite was a futon that was extremely firm and impossible to sleep on. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

A bit outdated in the room especially the tub area in the bathroom. The kitchen area could have been much cleaner especially the coffee maker, microwave and silverware drawer.

Room cleaning was only offered every second day. On that day I had to call repeatedly and still the room wasn’t refreshed until nearly 5 P.M.

The atmosphere was very nice we just had a bad room. All the staff members were very friendly so we didn’t complain but the room itself could have been better. We unfortunately got a corner room with just a wall view. The studio suite was smaller than I pictured but still ok for our needs. There was a stain on the carpet I assume from a previous pet so it would be nicer if there were a separate section of rooms for guests who aren’t bringing pets. There also was a dead centipede inside the bathroom light upon arrival so that and the stain combined had us questioning the room cleanliness. Breakfast was great all three mornings of our stay so that was a plus. Plan for a $60 hold to be placed on your credit card upon checking in. When I checked out I was told the hold comes off within 24hrs and it is now over 48hrs and the charge still says pending on my card. As long as it comes off I do not have a problem it’s just a shame that those funds are being held up. Overall, super cute and peaceful hotel with great staff, just got stuck with a not so perfect room

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s disappointing because it was always the hotel we stayed at when in town to see family. But there was large amounts of mold in the bathroom to the pink of smelling. I told the front desk and was moved to another room with mold. And my family stayed in another room with the same issue. The hotel would not allow us to check out early and said there were no replacement shower curtains available, which is why the moldy ones were left in the three rooms we saw. There are other hotels right at this location, please choose on of them! It has gone so downhill since the last time we stayed. Expedia tried to assist and after the fact marriott corporate did step in to remedy. But just avoid it to start!

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. Very close to a big mall with lots of food and restaurants.

This was a convenient spot to stay, close to family we were visiting. Clean, quiet rooms, staff at front desk and throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping services are not fully available - we said yes when asked at check-in if we would like housekeeping. No housekeeping was provided the first day, second day we asked for it on our way out in the morning around 10am. We returned at 2:00pm and the room was the same. We checked at the front desk who told us housekeeping was still coming; someone came and dropped off a stack of towels and washcloths. We emptied our garbage and left it outside the room; it was picked up pretty quickly as it was gone when we left again for dinner. Other than that, we we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Housekeeping was a small issue - the room was clean at check-in, it was well-priced and close to family.

The place was ok, but they only had handicap accessible available and we did not book that type of room. The heater was very loud and hard to get to a comfortable temperature.

Nice room, spacious with a small kitchen. Comfortable bed. A bit utilitarian, but clean and well-appointed. Nice to have a small suite

Room was clean, but the furniture could use a facelift

I was across the street from the Millcreek Mall. There was Giant Eagle nearby. The room had a full-size refrigerator. The room was stocked with eating utensils. It was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The only complaint I could find was that the televisions weren't intelligent televisions.

Place was clean and roomy and all the needed supplies, but the only downside was that the mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that everything was great.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, convenient location (although hidden behind other hotels) and reasonable price. Points off for the inconvenient room set up (the closet and only mirrors were in the bathroom, so if it's in use other guests are out of luck), and the sofa "bed" (instead of a traditional pull out bed the couch unfolded to provide a flat surface, then you needed to get a large foam pad from the front desk to serve as a "mattress"). In addition there were no sheets or blankets in the room for the sofa "bed" and I was too tired to go to the front desk again so I just slept on the couch. Not deal breakers, just annoying if traveling with a family.

Great hotel tucked in the back of the mall property. Check in girl was awesome. Room was great, little bit of a weird layout but happy with the room!

The hotel was amazing. The customer service was the best. We showed up early and they accomodated us for an early check in. I give this place five stars!

The woman working the front desk on Sunday 4/30 was amazing!! She treated my dog amazing!! She went above and beyond her job description. That excellent customer service will have me return again!!!

Spent a week here and worked from my room. So I really spent a week here…staff was super nice, accommodations were great, breakfast was really good and plentiful. Thanks for creating a comfortable environment for me and my dogs!

The hotel was clean for the most part. The complimentary breakfast was good and we had a variety of options. Most of the staff with whom we interracted were pleasant and professional. However, one of the managers was extremely rude . She does not understand the concept of good customer service and the fact that it is her job to ensure that guests feel comfortable and appreciated. Because of our experience with her, we will never stay at this property again. It really left an awful taste in our mouths.

The front desk staff didn’t admit mistake and was rigid when giving us a room that was not we had requested for and refused to change. When we asked her to escalate and to ask her manager to help resolve this, she claimed she was the manager and refused to do anything including contacting her manager. She was not considerate and not accommodating when we had arrived in the hotel a couple of hours earlier kindly asking if we could get a favor to get an earlier checking in, and declined straight by only repeating 4pm or after without even showing any wiliness to help (other hotels including other Marriott’s would have tried to check on computer and would try all effort to happily accommodate in such a 2-hour early timeline.) Other than the experience with this staff, other hotel staff were very kind and helpful and considerate and their service were good. Some hotel facilities should be maintained better, e.g. the room temperature control should be adjustable so temperature can be adjusted to higher in cold days or the cold blown air and the noise from the air condition machine can be stopped (or the cold air flow from it can be directed away from the bed in cold days). We have been a Marriott hotels loyal customers and wish this hotel can hire capable staff on front desk to meet and help customers. Thanks!

Very clean property and friendly staff. They upgraded our reservation to a two bedroom suite which worked out perfectly for our two week stay. They apologized they overbooked our original reservation and gave us the upgrade at our original price. We hope to stay there again when we have to return to Erie next year. Great location.

We had the 2bdr suite and it was nice. Site is clean, staff was amazing and it's not far from the beach, Waldemar, and splash Lagoon. The mall is next door, a bowling alley that stays open until 2am and food is a 3-5 min drive. Great location.

A lot of restaurants around that are walking distance.

We stayed at TownPlace because the location was near the start of the Erie Marathon. Overall very nice accommodations and the staff were pleasant. I would only suggest a reasonable checkout time as a courtesy for those guests running the marathon (at least an hour) to have some time to freshen up after the race. We were given 30 mins which was ultimately fine. Secondly, it would have been nice to have a small early breakfast available between 5-6am (bananas/bagels/coffee) due to the race starting at 7am. Nevertheless, I understand the hotel rules regarding checkout and breakfast times so, this is not a complaint rather a suggestion. Thank you.
