The only reason it wasn’t 10s all around was they are finishing up a remodel. But our room was great. Yolanda was great we went for breakfast just before 9 and she had started her clean up already. However she made sure we got our breakfast anyway, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff was very helpful as well. Thank you all for making it a nice stay.

We arrived late at night. Traveling only with women and children, the entire back parking lot was closed off, and the front was completely full; when we asked the front desk person where we could park, she stated "I don\'t know what to tell you" Leaving 5 guests in 2 vehicles to: "figure out" where a safe place to leave our vehicles would be without being towed or on another businesses parking area. Carpets are disgusting. Fresh from the shower and walking across the floor, my teenagers had black all over their feet. Food and drinks left in the fridge from previous guests, including a 1/2 bottle of vodka....my LSU student lives in apartments very close to this hotel, which is why I chose this place. I will make sure no one I know ever stays here again. Felt extremely unsafe and unsanitary.

The stay was amazing. I love how there are stairs as soon as you walk into the lobby. My son is autistic and doesn't do elevators. It made it very convenient. We felt right at home. The breakfast was great also. The king bedroom suite was at Such a great rate! We will be back!

I was trapped in the bathroom due to broken door knob for an hour and a half. Im claustrophobic and have PTSD. All they did was switch me to room across from that room. Didnt reimburse me a penny. The desk clerk was super sweet and kept checking on me during this time. I feel like they dont give a crap about our safety.

Was okay, the breakfast was not great! Bacon and that’s it! Other then unstocked cereal and bagels etc…was not impressed! Was not enough to feed my kids so had to go somewhere else to feed them Doors slam so loud wakes everyone up all Night Room was a non smoke but smelled like cigarettes so bad, It was horrible! My kids didn’t want to stay in there but there wasn’t any other rooms available!

Great staff … the 2 things that make a stay GREAT is the BED which was horrible in room 301 and a great shower .. once again not good. The area is good, hotel was clean. But the bed is a deal breaker.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel and staff. The over all friendliness, courtesy and respect from the employees was impeccable. Ashira, Ms Yolanda, Ms Cheri & Brittany made our stay so much better. From daily greetings to food recommendations to anything and everything we could need. Will definately stay again everytime we visit Gonzales

The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Breakfast was great. Our only complaint is that we were in a handicap-accessible room and there was nothing that prevents shower water from going everywhere, so the carpet outside the bathroom stayed damp and VERY musty-smelling.
